Pulled in front of the store. An employee saw us pulling in and met us outside. He saw we had a headlight out. We got out of the car and he said pop the hood, he took the old bulb out, got the bulb we needed, I paid for it and he installed it for us. Really nice guy. I m sorry I did not get his name for this review. Great customer service.

I came in here to switch out some batteries that were no longer working and they were very helpful and got right to me. The store is very clean with a lot of product and it s just a little bit down the ways from O Riley. They even let me borrow the cart to take the batteries out of the store. I highly Recommend

I had to get a water pump and thermostat for my car they had everything in stock at cheaper prices. I got oil and oil filter from my car to have my oil changed.

Didn't have any parts in stock pretty typical these days. Soon they will be gone and everybody will just order parts online. Everything is "I can have it by tomorrow I'm not working on my car tomorrow I'm working on my car today and so can Amazon, they can get it to me by tomorrow and I don't have to come into the store and deal with rude employees.

Call to ask a question and the person that answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me. So we went to O Reilly s where we were very helpful. I wouldn t even give autozone one star!!

Had to get a new battery this morning and Patricia Pat was the rep that helped me out. She was extremely patient in helping me find the right battery and she changed it out for me! She was very helpful, professional, and her customer service skills were on point! It was an all around pleasant experience thanks to her! Thanks so much Pat...because of you I will come to Auto Zone again in the future!

This store is awesome! I was out of town and battery died. Truck started back up. When I got there to the store Mark and Wurm got me hooked up with new battery, put it in and checked it all out. They were life savers.Suzanne

Honestly I had a really bad experience with these people, and I do not recommend going there. Especially the Spanish guy there, oh man, he is worthless with no common sense at all.At O'Reilly treat you with respect always.

Great help when not too busy. Usually good results when finding your part. No questions asked when returning mistaken part in clean condition. A few excellent deals on products if you pay attention and shop the sales.

Way to go Autozone Brenham!! I was experiencing trouble with my car wanted to narrow down possibilities. The nicest young lady and gentleman helped me out.by testing my car. I am now a Brenham autozone customer hands down. NOW THATS HOW YOU PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE I was so relieved by their reassurances and help i forgot to get their names But i will on my next trip!Thank you both and God Bless!!

I went in to get some power steering fluid and asked the person checking out to help put in for me. Which was as he stated assistant manager stating they don t have to service or help customers any more. I asked when did that policy started? The manager stated it s up to the people helping that customer Bad customer service this day. I usually go in and buy what ever fluids and they are happy to help. Not this assistant manager name Lane

When I visited the store to get some parts the lady who helped me was awesome. My truck has some Frankenstein parts where their system shows one part but it actually needs a part from a different build. She was more than willing to help me look at a different model to compare and we found the part I needed. Thanks again.

Although their parts selection is adequate, finding someone to help you obtain your part is quite a chore. If you do happen to find someone to help, it will be the new person who doesn't even know anything yet, so THEY now have to wait for help, too. You need to be ready to fight for your place in line, because the employees seem to have favorite customers, and if you aren't one of them, you will be ignored until you protest. And don't waste your time calling the store. They won't answer.

Boy, boy, BOY! I wish I could give the 1 in Brenham, TX, - stars! I m a black woman & I just left there, needing help w/my headlight met a black man! He wouldn t even help a woman open the hood of my car (a Caucasian young gentleman @ a College Station, TX location I d left just before coming to this location, was ABOVE & beyond, more OBLIGING w/giving help opening the hood of my car)! Then gave the age-old that s all I got excuse concerning his Philips screw driver tool as being the only 1 I got the same old excuse lazy employees @ Walmart give when they didn t want to go search for an item to GENUINELY help a customer! Why am I NOT surprised any more?! ABSOLUTELY, HORRIBLE SERVICE!

the store had everything I was looking for although the staff seemed to treat me differently than the male customers. They were so much more friendly & helpful to them than to me hence the reason for the 2 out of 5 stars rating!

One of the workers was in the restroom for over 30 minutes my mother is 80 years old she how do use the restroom when the worker finally came out of the bathroom she ugly and told us that we could ve use the men s restroom my mother is 80 years old she is not going to use a man s restroom total disrespect I told the manager and he laughed he didn t do anything or even apologize If I can get a place no stars I would My mother s been over $160 there for a battery to be treated that way or Wiley Terri, will never ever go to Auto zone again not in Brenham Texas

Sam was very helpful he was able to correct my problem quickly and efficiently showed great customer service skills overall he made my experience at AutoZone great.
