I cannot give enough stars to Arens Services. I came across a couple in their older years who had unfortunately locked their keys in their vehicle. We tried (as did many other people) to get the doors open or window slide open to no avail. Called Brwnham Police Department who referred me to a wrecker service who was busy at the time. I randomly picked Arens and an angel of a lady on the phone said they could come quickly and there was zero charge! WHAT?!!! In this day and age? The two young men who came had the door open in no time! Such brilliantly friendly young men and I know exactly who to call or refer people to! Thank you Arens! You are absolutely the best

I was stranded in my rig on I-10 today and Penske sent this company to tow me. Dylan showed up and hooked me right up only thing is Penske failed to tell him not only was the air bag blown but the tire was also shredded which he noticed. Him knowing this info would ve changed things but Dylan did not let that stop him from getting the job done & getting me to a safe place. He went above and beyond to get my truck hooked up! He didn t leave me there or sit waiting on help, he worked some magic and safely got my truck hooked up & to the shop! Dylan fought with that tractor but did not give up! What would have probably taken him 15 minutes took 3 hours but that s because he s a complete soldier. I knew exactly what he needed to do even though he didn t get detailed info. Thank you so much Dylan(hope I spelled his name right) you are an amazing man. Thank you thank you thank you cause I was scared out there on that road. HARDWORKING MAN DYLAN! There is no feeling like the distress of braking down on the side of the road. I was on my last stop of a trip with 4 Wal-Mart deliveries with a 5 am delivery appt in New Caney, TX.Thirty three miles from my planned stop on highway 36 headed toward Houston. When it was as if someone had shut off the key and my engine stopped. I asked my wife if she could smell fuel. Nope she didn't, but I was sure I could.Opened the hood to find the braided fuel line you see in the photo completely disconnected from the fuel pump. I tried to put it back but as you see in the first photo the threads were stripped. In A panic not sure what to do I started to making the phone calls. I had no clue... with the usual thoughts going through my mind. you know like the huge tow bill I would be faced with and whats more where could I have even taken it. I called KW they said wait a bit and they would call back. I sent them photos like the ones you see here. after an hour and one half still no call back. I called again with no answer by the shop.I did this a couple times each time I spoke to the service department "no I didn't get any pictures" was the reply. Finally I was sent to the parts department. I explained what my problem was. The parts guy was looking for a fitting I don't have on my engine (N-14) when finally on same page he said well the only thing you can do is replace the pump...... Argh!!! In the beginning I was questioning whether or not a heli coil could be used. Not even a consideration by Those I spoke with.I walked across the road and spoke with the owner of Discount trees there on 36. I had asked if he knew of any repair shops in the area with a service truck. He didn't but said I should call the International shop in Brennham. I did, I spoke with Ricky he said he didn't have nor could he get any parts before Monday. This was Thursday afternoon. I asked him if he knew anyone. He sent me to Aren's, I called and spoke with a lady there and she said she had no clue what I was talking about and suggested she have someone call me back and explain the problem to him rather than go over it two or three times. Smart Lady :)After a little while I get a call from Cory, I explained the problem to him. I offered to send the photos to him. After a little bit he called back and said the only thing he could recommend was put a heli coil in there to replace the missing threads. I busted up and said thank you that was what I was thinking. He said it would be a while but he would get out to me and try to repair it. He came out took the braided line with him so as to get the correct size. Came back and informed me no one had one.... Panic again. Then he said he had a friend who's father owned a machine shop, and was going to bring one out. This guy showed up with the heli coil but it was the wrong size. He went back to get the correct one.I am grateful to these folks. It is the kind of people I like to run into when in peril. Every one needs to make money.. but not everyone is willing to do what needs to be done rather than line pockets at the expense of someone els's distress. I mentioned the cost to replace the pump not to mention KW couldn't even come help me. Wow.To shorten this, Cory had tapped the pump and threaded the fuel line back in. we had it running again after being on the shoulder for 5 hours. Now keep in mind Cory came out there twice, his friend (didn't even have to come at all) came out there twice. I was expecting a huge repair bill. Folks it was less than $350.00 Grateful indeed.I was out of hours and drove 7 miles to the Wal-Mart there in Brennham. I met Shannon there as he was there with his children. I expressed again my gratitude. Thanks again Cory, Shannon.. You are apprecieated.G

Saved our weekend! After Home Depot didn't have the Penske van we rented, Arens came to the rescue. Nice clean location with lots of vehicles available and friendly, helpful customer service.

These guys towed my car. In doing so tore up my carbon front splitter, absolutely trashed the carpet and cover in the trunk trying to find something. They lost the front tire hook cover and charged 700 for about 14mile tow. They are kinda the only game in town so I guess you can't say much... if you have another option take it.

I recently rented a Penske truck from them (twice) The ladies at the front desk are super duper nice and helpful!! Hands down recommend them over any other rental truck place in Brenham.

This company came to tow my 18 wheeler to find out they don't have any workers with a CDL. Apparently the driver says no one has it and the price for towing was 4 times the amount. Apparently this is because the owner Is broke and running from the IRS after the driver said all this. At that point I said I was no longer interested in the service and they wanted to charge me a fee. I said nope you don't have a valid CDL to operate this type of tow truck and you changed the agreed price. Do yourself a favor run from this companyService: Car towing

Called Arens to pick up/tow our vehicle on a Sunday morning. Prompt, professional service. Great communication with dispatcher and driver. Not sure if the price was reasonable but had to have it done.

Shannon Arens, owner, seems overall like a nice guy. Seems to have some issues though with verbal agreements, learned my lesson there. Charges new part prices, for parts taken off used and wrecked trucks. Also has some issues with paying invoices, or taking care of employees (injured), how they should be.Wrecker drivers, and shop employees are great though. Buisness just needs better direction. All statements are made strictly as buisness, and nothing personal.

For each job, it charges 4 hours for 800 dollars. They charged me for a job of only 20 minutes 3200 dollars. I do not recommend it
