I made an appointment for my 2021 F-350 with Kelly from the service department, mm. Kelly was punctual on getting appointments made and following thru and displayed professionalism. She knew this was a rather expensive repair and showed compassion. The repair was expected to take up to 2 days but they were prompt with the appointment time and service was completed in the same day. I would also like to recognize Lindsey from the the rental. Though she was from Enterprise, she was in the same vicinity of the office and is a reflection on both companies. She was so helpful and pleasant to work with. She had a truck ready within minutes and I was on my way. This was great teamwork from all involved. I returned the truck early due to repairs completed and Lindsey made sure all charges pertaining to the rental days was adjusted accordingly. Appel Ford always busy and has a great system to get vehicles in and out. Great work everyone!
