Stopped here to try out the chargers since it is a convenient location on the way back from Houston, really clean area and easily accessible, machines look great. Will probably be a frequent stop for me to avoid other poorly maintained fast chargers in Houston. If I ever decide to get a Ford, will have to check these guys out. Who knows, maybe they will release a proper EV sports coupe.

I had an excellent buying experience buying my wife a new Bronco. Javi made magic happen and went above and beyond and found the exact unit I was looking for. They were fair, transparent, and over communicated through the whole process. I ll definitely buy from Javi and Appel ford in the future.

Best service I have ever experienced at a car dealership, great people and great prices. They made the whole process of buying a car so easy. Kevin was absolutely amazing during the whole process and Zach was very friendly and helpful when explaining all the finance stuff!! Highly recommend!

I worked with the sales consultant John Decuir. He was very professional and did not put pressure on me to buy. The whole purchase experience was very good. And he was extremely helpful after the purchase getting my plates put on and a trailer hitch. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I feel that I can always be taken care of by Appel Ford. Zach England was the finance associate and he walked me through the sales contract explaining all information. He, as well, is good at his job. I also took my other car, Ford SUV, there for service. The service group communicated well and were very personable. The repair was done right.

From Dave the guy who drove all the way to Austin to pick me up at the airport, to Buck the salesman, to management and ownership. All first class! We had an amazing experience with John as our salesperson on Monday. He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we got what we wanted. The rest of the team went above and beyond to insure we were able to walk off the lot that evening. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle. Super customer service and I love my car I got from them, and maintenance with Apple Ford is even easier. They came and picked up my car to do an oil change and dropped back off! FOR FREE!!! It did take a little longer than an in person oil change, but hey you can keep going about your day.

I ve never experienced a car dealership more dedicated to customer service. Sam Ruffino (service department) is exemplary. I purchased my current car when I lived in another state, but I am certain the next one will be purchased at Appel Ford.

Blake Sanders was a fantastic help in getting us the car we d been looking for. He wasn t your traditional, pushy salesman. At no point did I feel like he was trying to fast talk me or using all the classic tricks of the trade. If you want to have an honest, respectful experience purchasing a vehicle you need to come to Appel Ford. And if you want the best experience, ask for Blake.

My first time using Apple Ford to get my newly used Edge aligned. First I was greeted by the friendliest receptionist. Service was in a timely manner. They have a nice waiting area with tea, coffee, water and snacks. Will definitely continue to use them.

Dropped my 2014 F150 off at approximately 9am after it threw some check lights on my way to work (brake light, abs and traction control). Left the truck there, did not have an appointment.Approximately 3pm, returned to the shop and was told they'd look at it later in the day or maybe next day. Got a rental car for 2 days and left.Next day, in the afternoon, I call to see if they'd looked at the truck, Sam was out sick, the other lady "didn't have notes". I call again, around 5pm or so and get a different lady, again "no notes". I wait on hold for about 30 minutes for an "update". Not sure what was going on but at that point I was concerned I hadn't even gotten a diagnosis so I went to pick up my truck at closing time, about 6pm.No diagnosis, no quote, no bill besides the rental car. I get it, without an appointment they're entitled to turn me away or push my repair out indefinitely. But, don't take my truck, let me take a rental car and then do nothing for 2 full business days. There are other shops in the area and actual humans need a vehicle.

I got there first thing in the morning, before 8 am.I told them I would be waiting for it.It took them until 11 am when I walked out of the waiting room to find out what the status was, just to find out what was wrong with it! Then they said oh... we should have an idea what needs to be fixed in a few minutes!3 hours just to give me what needs to be done! Not to fix it but just to evaluate it!Then I was told it would take another hour to fix the problem.Which they had it done an hour later.If y'all want to go a little above and beyond, put paper liners down in the floor mat, especially when your working under the dash and then make sure all the grease is wiped off the dashboard. Then maybe take 5 minutes or less to vacuum the floorboard. That would be nice touch to show y'all can go a little above the next dealership service department....Otherwise I'm happy they fixed the A/C Actuator.

The folks at Appel Ford do a fantastic job! Javi and Zach took great care of me and helped put me into the perfect truck for my needs (and wants)! They were quick and efficient, which helped make the 2 hour drive to see them worth it definitely recommend these guys for your vehicle needs!

I have been so incredibly impressed with the service at this Ford dealership. I have a MachE that was a low on battery, but the charge point charger was not working. Not only did the Ford team allow me to charge on their personal charger, but they promptly fixed the charge point charger and moved my car for me while I continued working. Although I did not need a ride while my car was charging, I was still offered one. I have been thoroughly impressed with the kindness of the team - Appel Ford customer service is one that will be very hard to match!

I just got my 2021 bronco sport and I love it. Austin was so great about the whole process. Always making sure he had all the facts correct (he s usually with hyundai)! Definitely would get another car from here again if I needed one!

Nice folks and my hood latch was repaired. My only complaint was the 3.5 hour wait, but even then there was plenty to see at the Ford and Hyundai dealerships. The time went by quickly.Thanks.

I brought my car in for some warranty work and even though the start of the process was a little rocky, Kelly with Appel was able to fix the rental car problem and make things right. I was very pleased with the extra effort they put into it to make things easier me as a customer. I would definitely use Appel Ford again for any repairs.

The only dealer I could find to repair the fuel pump on my Ford based RV! Very professional, answered every question, gave written bid and finished the work very timely! Love, love, love them and HIGHLY recommend them! Will definitely use them again.

Repairs needed were communicated efficiently. Sam was friendly and respectful. He forwarded the information to the sunroof resource company and updated me as needed. The work was performed quickly and I was driving my Explorer within a few days.

Customer Service was top notch (thanks Mary, you re one of a kind)! Technician was hands on and took the time to explain things. Unfortunately it doesn t feel good spending $400 and not having your issue resolved. Electrical is such a huge part of today s vehicles. To be guessing what component may be bad or needing replaced isn t acceptable anymore, especially when the cost are what they are these days. This is most likely industry-wide than specific to this shop. In the end, I d still come back to have my vehicle serviced here. The people are good. I ll just think twice depending what the issue is on the vehicle.
