This place was quick and efficient!! They had my windshield completely installed in under an hour. They was professional and friendly. Will definitely be recommending them to everyone. Thank yall so much for the amazing service!!!

They did a great job replacing my windshield. State Farm talked to them at 4:30 pm and they were able to get my windshield and replaced it the very next morning. I'm very pleased with the job and their customer service. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Glass Inc.

I pulled in driveway and a woman approached my vehicle and as I rolled my window down and said good morning she began to yell if I had tint on windshield he would not touch your truck I kindly ask why and they woman repeatedly said you have tint we can t help you. I wanted to understand why and she finally heard me and said because there would be a blurry spot afterwards I said I wouldn t of mind the spot I just want to stop the chip from expanding to a full crack.I left and went to another place called L E Ducros Services where they were very kind and fixed the chip on windshield and entire staff was friendly

I had an appointment but was treated very rudely by the installers. They are condescending to their customers. They have no regard for your business. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There is a much better choice in Clute where they are welcoming, professional and priced fairly.

My wife called Monday morning as we had our rear door glass blow out, they got us in the same day, cleaned up all the glass, got it done quickly at a reasonable price. Very grateful for their help.Service: Auto side window replacementService: Auto side window replacement

Not sure what is up with the 1-star reviews, these guys are awesome! Work was done in half the time and cheaper than any other place quoted me for a full windshield replacement. Super friendly and hard working people doing an amazing job. Could not have asked for more.

I was refered to them by my boss for a shattered windshield on my mustang. They were fast, very good at their work and wasn't as expensive as most places are. And my car was done in forty minutes. They're awesome. I recommend them to anyone

EXTREMELY unprofessional. Brought my car in to fix my drivers side window. When I got my car back there is a large scratch on my door right beside the window from the window replacement. I was basically called a liar on the phone and told to find someone else to blame. Ended up in a yelling/cussing match with the guy. Will never come back here again & I recommend you do not also. They will mess up your car and take no responsibility for it.

I am a repeat customer wanting to do business with them again after doing 4 sets of glass with them. This time I wanted to buy 2 windshields at the same time, one new car and 1 racecar that they did repeatedly and my other street car. I asked if he can honor the same price he charged previous 2 times and he got mad for no reason and told me to go to safelite. I told him I am willing to pay price increase but he still was mad for no reason.I will take my business else where for my racecar that will need new glass periodically. Absolutely rude worker named Tony. The other worker was polite and courteous. When I went there in March to have a rock chip repaired, I had no issue. But when I came in again today because I had hairline cracks coming from the repair, Tony took one look at it from afar and said "It ain't doing nothing, it ain't doing nothing" about five times. I was trying to explain to him that I hadn't noticed it before, and he cut me off and repeated the same thing again!!! The other worker took a close look at it, and let me know that it was fine. Wow!!! I saw someone else turning in as I was leaving, and I almost stopped in the street to tell them not to go there because he was so rude.

I had a great experience with this company. My back window was busted out by someone and I was not going to go through my insurance company. It took a week for them to come out because they had to order it heated and tinted. Once they got to my house to install, it took about an hour and I was very pleased with their work. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I got the number for Hi-Tech from my auto insurance agent because I had a car window broken from an accident. I believe that the insurance agent and the person responsible for the damage had called beforehand but I don't know what was said exactly. I had gotten conflicting information from the others involved and when I asked for a clarification, she yelled that she had gotten conflicting information about which window was broken (could be true, but I know I'm right about what is broken on my own car!) and then insinuated I was lying and hung up. It was a bizarre reaction for sure.Suffice it to say, they didn't offer to do the job and I wasn't sad about it.

We needed glass replacement during the Christmas/New Year's holidays so I was pleasantly surprised when they called back so quickly. They were quick, efficient, did a great job, & were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this small family business for any of your glass needs.

This company did my windshield on my car 2 years ago. I had to have a specific windshield for heads up display. The first windshield came in and was cracked in 2 places. Had to wait another week and the next windshield was good. My daughter took her car in today. Because of the problem I had, I asked her to look at the windshield to ensure it wasn t cracked. The owners went crazy on her and her boyfriend. Cussing them. She put me on speaker for me to hear and couldn t believe what I was hearing. I asked my daughter to go and I would call them to explain why I asked her to look at it. That lady was angry and telling me I shouldn t have asked that of them and then proceeded to cus and yell at me. Will never use them again. Very unprofessional and need to be reported to BBB.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Used this company several times several years ago and did good. Called them recently to come. They came and said head ache rack had to come off our truck but didn t tell us prior and would not wait 5 min while my husband took it off. Came back and turns out it didn t need to come off. The back Windshield came off thru the truck. We had already googled that and knew but didn t tell them. Said we needed a new one and would come back Tuesday. Never told us a time. Said they came to our gate and called. We were home and I called them back within 5 or 10 min. Told me already left and find someone else. I told them I would have opened the gate earlier had they told me a time range or some notice. Asked them if they were paying for my truck to be put back together. They said leave by our gate and they would come back again, (4th trip). We said, might as well finish the job so we can pay you. They put our truck back together and had left over parts very sloppily. They had an attitude from the beginning. Made no sense since they have to ship our windshield back now but not my problem and now we are glad they didn t put it in after all that.

I currently work for a non profit organization that advocates and assists students and their families in crisis. I contacted the owner of Hi-Tech Glass, to inquire about the cost for a window installation for a family in need. The owner was not only professional but compassionate and cover the cost for the family. Her staff members were very courteous and completed the installation in record time.Services: Installation, Auto rear window replacement

I use these guys on The regular when replacing windshields on cars that I buy to sell... they always show up and do an awesome job. Cheaper than there competition ! Don't listen to a negative review on these guys... I am sure it's there competition slandering them for hard work and great customer service. Thanks Guys!! Keep up the good work

Went to get my windshield replaced. I asked to look at the glass before installing because I ve had friends go here and they had problems. When I asked to inspect the glass they told me to take my car to Honda. DO NOT RECOMMEND Hi-Tech glass

I just called for a quote, that's all. The woman was very rude then on the day they were supposed to come out she wants to argue with me about the $35 fee they were going to charge me when they came out. When I first talked to her she didn't say it would be due upfront and she claims she did! I don't have a problem paying a fee for a quote but had she told me that I would have left the person waiting at my house for them the money to pay it. I told her he didn't have it on him that I did and I'm at work and anyway I'll find someone else to do it because she was RUDE ! And I hung up on her. I wouldn't dare do business with someone so UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

What a joke of a company. Lies and rude. Was told they got wrong windshield and the other window was busted on arrival. New ones would be in next day, lie. Two days later call and say windshield in but other window is a used one from Honda did I wanna do that... Duh! Then called back by another ride individual who simply said we can't get it... Click.. haha ok. Or you just don't want to do your job? Common I can literally order the window online right now... RUDE PEOPLE! I HOPE PEOPLE READ THESE!

I would highly recommend people to not use this auto glass service. I'm a customer that was referred to them through my insurer. So I spoke with a lady at the Brazoria location about arranging an appointment to be repaired. They didn't have the type of glass in stock that I needed so they(Hi-tech Glass) had to get it from the dealer itself. To make a long story short they were supposed to call me back because they needed confirmation through my insurance because they had to resort to a outside lender. This conversation happened on Thursday evening the 5th of May. I never got a call back from (Hi-tech Glass) that evening or the next morning to inform me that everything ok. So I called my insurance company back to simply do a follow up and see if everything went smooth and if things were in process. So my insurance contacted (Hi-tech Glass) around eleven o'clock the next day and turn the call over to me to discuss my concerns. I started to talk to the lady, which was the same person from the day before and let her know that I haven't heard from them. So the lady rudely explained what she said, when she said it and so on and so forth when all she had to do is tell me "sorry" I didn't get to call you we were busy but everything is good. This lady was bothered apparently about me doing a follow up on my service which is bad customer service. Moral of the story is if you have a unfortunate situation that your glass is broken on your vehicle don't use Hi-tech Glass they will treat you like trash.

I have use Hi-Tech Glass at both an apartment complex and a residential home to replace window glass. The apartment required special glass that they ordered. All repairs professionally done at a very reasonable price. I will use again

I would recommend this place to all my family and friends. Back windshield w/heat sensors broke and within 30 minutes to an hour they relpaced and it looks great.

Went for backglass reseal. Dealership said it was leaking. They didn t believe it and removed panels and found it to be some vents behind the seats. They refused payment for their troubles. Honest folks.

I received very prompt service. They took great care to replace my back windshield that was shattered by a baseball. I highly recommend them.
