Had some work done by Rusty and his team at his shop. He was able to locate and fix the issue that I had been having for a while. Got my RV in and fixed in a little over a week. Compared to the experiences that I have had in over 10+ years being an RV owner that turnaround time is extremely fast. Not only was he and his wife a pleasure to do business with they also do high quality and quick work and are very personable throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!Follow up to my original review above. One of the hoses that was installed on my hydraulic leveling system failed on my first trip out after the repair and all of the fluid sprayed out of the damaged hose. This was no fault of this business, however, they made it right by ordering and installing a new hose and refilling the fluid. Rusty and his business assumed some of the cost from the manufacturers failure proving once again howimportant the happiness and satisfaction is of his customers. From the owners to their techs, this is a top notch business. Hopefully I don t have to see them again any time soon, but, if I do have any issues I won t hesitate to return and give them my repeat business and rest assured that my problems will be resolved.

We just recently came in to talk with them about our camper, and they were super nice and helpful! The prices are comparable to any place we searched online. We have been back a couple of times for parts since our initial visit and have not been disappointed yet. Highly recommend going to them for your questions or parts or anything rv related!

The Friday after Thanksgiving, we damaged our RV roofing membrane. We called Brazoria Collision Repair; its voice mail gave no indication that the business was closed that day. We were only 8 miles away, so drove to the business location only to discover they were, in fact, closed.As we sat in our truck, making calls to determine if any RV business were open, a man walks up to our window, introduces himself as Rusty, the Owner, and asks if he can help us. He could see the damage to the edge of the roof from below, has years of experience replacing RV roofs, so we talked about good repair techniques, bad insurance adjusters, and why too many RV roof repair jobs fail: insufficient glue caused voids where membranes are not properly adhered to the OSB substrate, wind works at he loose membrane, gets underneath the membrane and there she goes!Rusty was not able to make repairs until the next week, but he did have and was willing to sell us a roll of roof repair tape so we could make emergency repairs. (After all, it does rain along the Gulf Coast, where we were headed.)We were most appreciative for Rusty's willingness to take time from his day off to help us when he did not have to and to share his knowledge & experience of RV roofing.Thank you, Rusty.

Awesome people! Honest and efficient. Saved me 7-8 hundred dollars on an a/c that a Houston company was trying to overcharge me for. The owner drove to Houston on his day off to pick up my a/c so i could get it installed on time. My RV shop from now on...

I've been coming here for a couple of years now to have work done on my camper. The folks here are kind and very knowledgeable about what they're doing. I have never had an issue here. Whatever needed to be fixed on my camper got done in a very timely and professional manner and didn't break my wallet either. They will work with you and they will do whatever kind of insurance work is allowed as well. The parking lot is always full of campers needing maintenance so that is always a good sign that they do good work. So, if you need travel trailer work done, give them a call and talk to them, they're very down to earth people.

Had them add a AC unit to my horse trailer and change out the service to 50 amp. They did a great job and had it done fast best service I ve ever had in the rv and trailer industry

These are great people to work with. They do good quality work at a fair price. I had major work done with the removal of two large slides ( floors) and a new AC installed. They know their business. RV'S cost money to maintain. Try these people. I've tried many with disappointing results. I'm glad I found these folks.

If it were possible to give negative stars I would. Front clerk is an insane female who is desperate need for help. If a customer calls needing a part, do NOT sit and argue with the customer. They just removed it, obviously you don't what you are talking about. Then to follow my husband from the store because he advised you of how horrible you are treating a customer, and advise him that he didn't know what you had been through as if you needed him to give you some sort of validation that you have had a bad life. We don't know you, you don't know us. You have no clue what my family has been through. That is the point of GOOD customer service though. You have NO CLUE WHAT someone is going through, so treat everyone with kindness as you would want to be treated. Please do not waste your money here, go to Alvin!

I've used Brazoria Collision & RV Repair 3 times in the past 8 years. Every one of those times I've have been very pleased with their work. They started working on my vehicle when they said they would and were always finished on time. Last time the final cost of the repair was $ 450.00 under the estimate! Plus Betty Clark is very personable and knowledgeable.I highly recommend Brazoria Collision Specialists!

Brazoria Collision provides excellent body repair services. When my car leaves their shop, it looks brand new with no evidence of a repair. I brought my 2014 Hyundai Elantra in for repairs after an accident. Rusty and his crew work for your best interests not the insurance company's. They made sure my vehicle would be repaired to the highest standards and didn't want to settle for substandard parts requested by the insurance company. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I am an RV trailer DIY guy. Rusty and Cindy have always taken the time to answer my questions, look up parts, and give me advice on my projects. I apologized to Rusty for taking up so much of his time for so little monetary return. He just laughed and said he didn t mind and sooner or later I would wreck something or find a project I didn t want to tackle, then just keep him in mind and give him first shot at the job. Good people. Been dealing with them for about five years or more.

The worst front desk service I have ever experienced at a customer service oriented place. The woman, who is suppose to be helpful, instead, through a temper tantrum by throwing a book down as I walked out because she couldn't help me. I will NEVER use their service simply because of her. Too bad because Rusty is a pretty nice guy. The front desk employee needs anger management however! Smh!

The lady behind the counter was extremely condescending, bad attitude and just downright rude. When I called to ask about the return policy, she said read the bottom of the receipt! Isn t it too late to inform the customer there are NO refunds/exchanges AFTER the transaction?! Terrible service. I DO NOT recommend this place...or will I ever go back!Service: Electrical

ALWAYS very very helpful ladies. Not only do they have good prices but of they don't have it they will go on a hunt to get it for you... If you ask questions they will school you to know what you need..
