Our transmission went out on our truck traveling through Brady. Mikey and his guys were quick to respond, quick to arrive and quick to load us up with our truck and trailer and off to the shop! Brady is blessed to have them. Very nice guys who made sure we were safe and also great prices for a great service!

If I could give more stars I would. Mikey showed up when he said he would. Took care of me and my daughters. Took us back to the yard and made us feel at home while we waited 3hrs for our ride.They allowed me to repair my truck in the yard at no extra charge.Price was more than fair. Great group of guys making a honest living.

From the moment Mikey answered the phone, he immediately started going overboard to try to help me. My sister and her furry baby were broke down on the highway between Eden and Paint Rock.He assured me he would pick up the vehicle, and gave suggestions on a few places she might be able to stay until I could get to her. He got the vehicle picked up, and made sure it was safe and secured until we could get to it. He stayed in touch about what was going on, made suggestions about where we could take the vehicle for repairs. Knows the surrounding areas. Prices were very fair. Communication was excellant! Mike the business manager and driver responded to my call for a tow immediately after I called. As a woman traveling alone, I found myself stranded in the middle of the night between Brady and Eden. I had no clear idea where I was, only that I was outside of Eden less than 25 miles away.I was most appreciative when he arrived with a tow for my huge Ford King Ranch F-150 after the front driver side tire shredded. The spare tire went flat the day before.He kindly took me to a hotel next to the tire shop. I had a safe place to spend the night within walking distance to where my vehicle will get fixed in the morning.I cannot say enough for the service in the middle of nowhere at 8 in the evening on a Sunday.I am most grateful for everything and I highly recommend him and his company. Mikey is the friendliest, most helpful tow truck driver you'll ever meet, we were in a bind on Thanksgiving & he treated us like family, made sure we found a way to get back on the road, did everything he could & more, way above & beyond normal duties to take care of us. The world needs more people like him & his family. Thanks!!!

My 18 year old son was on his way to San Angelo when his car died 15 miles outside Brady when it was 20 degrees out. My Roadside Assisitance dropped the ball and left my son out there 2 hours with no tow scheduled. When I called Mikey and told him the situation he got out there immediately focused on getting my son in a warm vehicle and making sure he was ok. He dropped my son's car off at a shop and stayed with him until we were able to travel out there and pick him up. Mikey saved the day and I'm greatful for people like him.

We had a horrible accident... from the time we were discharged from the hospital all the way until we left we were showed nothing but love from Mikey and his crew!! These guys helped my two kids and I on a HOT day get my car towed to the local dealership. We were driving through, car decided to just stop on us, we didn t know a soul and we were stuck on the side of the road. They communicated promptly, got there way before the Roadside service told us to expect them and did not leave until they made sure we were taken care of. This review starts with two of my family members who had broken down in Brady on two separate occasions this summer and specifically the last one with my elderly father near his eighty s when he was driving back from Oklahoma. It is a review not of the town and its kindness but specifically the kindness of Mikey Farris from Back On Your Feet Recovery. My father broke down outside of Brady with two flat tires and was dealing with some medical issues. The police showed up and then the tow truck driver Mikey, as well as EMS arrived and cleared him. Both still agreed he was not up to driving and transported him to a hotel to stay the night in Eden. Mikey had towed his car to Brady, fixed his tires the next morning and picked him up the next day from the hotel in Eden and because he was still concerned with my father s health took him to his house to wait as we made arrangement to pick my father up and to drive his car home as well. There are more details to the background story and my father going to Mikey s house, but it was the right call. Being a Christian a former Police Officer, foster parent and my family working for the government and service in the military to have what Mikey did was a blessing in a time of need when my father needed help. In a country with a political divide on many issues and unknowing of Mikey s religious beliefs I am still hopeful because true kindness is still here in the world, in Brady and in people like Mikey Farris. I would recommend his company and as a person to help you when you are in need to help you get Back On Your Feet. God Bless you,Robert Christopher Cortez

My driver broke down in Brady tx at 11:00pm. A very small town everything was closed, Terry at back on your feet towing recovery and transport, got us rolling again!! Despite not exactly servicing what we needed!!Terry was amazing and I highly recommend, could not have asked for better service, or being more timely!He was there within 20 minutes of calling him!It really shows the kind of owner he is when he steps up and helps everyone!!Service: Tire change

My husband dogs and I were stuck on the side of the highway at 3am. After being there for hours and getting nowhere with our insurance we called and within 40 minutes he arrived and helped us out. Cut us a great deal and got us to a local tire shop quickly. He was as nice as can be and offered if we needed anything else while we waited to just call and he would help. Made me feel very well taken care of and was a bright spot in a very bad day.Service: Local hauling

I am so grateful to Back On Your Feet Towing. Our son broke down 18 miles out of town and we were over 4 hours away. As a mother, I was so worried because we couldn t reach him and it was 10pm. I looked up a tow company close to him and I got Mike. He made the whole experience less stressful for us. He went out and towed my son s truck to town helped my son get a hotel room for the night and got his truck fixed the next day. Mike kept us informed the whole way through. He told me that night that his goal is to treat every customer like family and he was true to his word. We were truly blessed to have someone take care of us the way Mike did. I picked up a brand new International Truck it broke down on I-10 W near Junction, TX. My company said Back On Your Feet Towing, will be there in 1 hour. I was so surprised they where here in 45 min. I was greeted by the most nicest man. Johnathan and Marcus.I was nervous about getting into the truck because 90% of tow trucks were just nasty, some had fleas. To my surprise it was way to clean for a tow truck. I had to comment on it, Marcus said. We take pride in our equipment.All I really have to say. We had a blowout between Eden and Brady. Middle of nowhere had to have the local police stop and call around to find this awesome company. Mikey came out on Halloween and got us to Brady, helped us find lodging since they had to order a tire. He is such a nice hardworking guy.

I'm so very appreciative of Mikey, in a scary situation of being stuck on the side of the road coming home from Amarillo. He made me and my older sister feel safe and genuinely be safe until our dad could come get us. Mikey was extremely kind, took us to a hotel, gave our dad updates on our saftey. He even offered to take us somewhere to eat and let us know we could call him at anytime if we needed anything. Thanks so much Mikey!!

What a blessing Mikey was tonight at Back on your Feet Towing, he was the only person who stopped and checked on me after I got in an accident off of highway 87. Im not sure how long I would have been stranded if he hadn't come along. He stayed with me until my friend drove down from Austin and even brought us to the hotel here in Brady. Such a sweet and thoughtful man who went above and beyond to make sure that I was okay. He and his other employee provided me with amazing service and made what could have been a horrible experience reasonably comfortable. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and generosity, I wish more businesses treated people so well.Service: Car towing

After hitting a deer right outside of Brady and being 218 miles from home, Back on Your Feet Towing took care of us like we were family. Tanner and Mikey were incredibly sweet and reassuring! Mikey even gave my son and me a personal ride from the tow yard, and helped us get checked into a safe hotel for the night! We broke down between Brady and Mason Friday night 9/16/22 and Mikey sure saved us and got our car where it needed to be and us home safely back to Brownwood! We needed a tow 40 miles away to Brady and Mikey did it. Fantastic person, went above and beyond, helped us get to a hotel and find service for our car. My mom was stuck in Eden & I live in Wyoming! She was frantic when she called me as it s basically the middle of nowhere ! I called the first place that popped up on google! Mikey at Back on your feet towing answered the phone!!! He was very quick to get help sent out & Henry showed up to fix not only with the car but both of them were quick to offer help with some other things as well! Very polite respectful & personal experience 10/10 highly recommend! Both of these Men fixed a very stressful situation !!! I m so grateful for them both They went above and beyond to help my mom !
