If it were possible to leave less than 1 star I would sign says full service oil change 29.99 but once you get in they want to add on for filter and disposal and whatever else they feel like they want to add. They didn t even come out to greet me they walked out and hollered out the door asking what I needed like I was inconveniencing them. So the $29.99 full service oil change cost me almost $50 and wasn t full service they didn t check or top off any fluid other than oil.

I have been going to Rileys for about 5 years now and even with new owners and face lift it has been great.... until my visit today. Well over 45 min. For a simple oil change and the only car on the bay. All technicians epuld be gone out of sight. There was a whole new crew, not sure if they're all training but it was the slowest service thus far.

I took my car to Riley s for an oil change and to see if they could get my horn to working, Elliott checked the fuse then the relay and ended up putting my car on the lift to find the connector was not plugged good, I had previously backed out of a parking spot and pulled the bumper out. Elliott took time to find my issue which took time, patience and knowledge and when I left everything is Great!!! Thank you Elliott

Been getting my oil changed here for decades. They are fast and thorough. I keep going back, so they must be doing it right.Oh, and they're the place to go for really fast vehicles inspections as well.

Temperature gauge came on so I stopped in and they filled the water at no charge. Great service and I appreciate the help. They let me know that the water pump was leaking. This saved me from further damage. Can't thank them enough

Young 16 year old girl goes into Riley s for a simple oil change (her first time since getting her license). Leaves after paying the $146 bill. Higher cost because they told her that she needed a radiator flush. I feel that they took advantage of a young girl that didn t know if she really needed it or not and was too intimidated to question it.

I went for an oil change and couldn't believe what I was seeing and hearing. I didn't recognize the guys. I mentioned it, and was told they were let go, and there's new ownership. That explains a lot. It explains the high pressure sales pitch to sell me things I knew I didn't need, the oil change being a lot more expensive, and how rude and condescending the guys were. I left thinking that would be a good location for a retail store. I won't be back. I hope the other regulars follow suit.Service: Oil change

I've used Riley for years, from inspections to oil changes, and they always work hard to get you in and out quickly with fair pricing. Good folks that do good work!

My family h have been coming to this place for years and it's obviously just changed owners. There's now an air conditioned waiting room even though I just came in for a car inspection. And they conducted the inspection a little differently then in the past, I didn't have to get out of the car for them to give it a test drive. Also, you pay your bill at the counter in the air conditioned room. Still have speedy service so I'll be back.

Very exspicive. Sticker shock on just a oil change .. dont even ask about fuel filter ... Dealership is cheaper.. All good thing must come to a end .

I have been going to this place for over 20 years. They recently changed owners and i didn't realize that at the time. They tried to up sell me when all I wanted was a oil change and the inspection. They wanted to change my rear diff fluid for $100, my power steering pump for $100, my air filter for $25 and i do not remember what the fuel filter cost was that he proposed. I declined all of that and even then my oil change price was twice what it normally was. Sad to say but i will be looking for a new oil change place.Service: Oil change

I was traveling through Decataur and had a caliper stick and shear a brake pad off. I called them and they said they could help. After driving down there just for them. They then said they couldn t get me done and I d have to wait till Monday which this was a Saturday 1/4/23. On the phone they quoted me about 150 to fix the brake problem. After getting there, they then change the quote to $817 for one brake pad, rotor, caliper, and brake flush job. They were taking advantage of the situation and I know it was unreasonable because I ve had brakes done on that vehicle recently and it was $700 for all four including pads and calipers. This place and these guys will rip you off in a heartbeat. Do not stop do your own brake job YouTube figure it out that s what I did and it saved me $700. I can t stress enough how this place is a scam and will rip you off.

My family had been customers for nearly 4 years. I have never had a problem until the last couple times I went in, but my last visit was with a woman, who I believe is the owner, and she didn't seem to want my business. She did my inspection anyway, but never reported the inspection to the state and refused to do so when I called. She even said she had it right there and I could pick it up from them, but she would not send it through to the state for me (something I paid her shop to do in the first place). Her demeanor led me to believe that she didn't report the inspection on purpose to inconvenience me, as I had apparently inconvenienced her when she did the inspection.Also, she told me to stay in my car during the inspection and she never even drove it, which I now know is illegal. My family will be going elsewhere. I ended up getting another inspection just down the road. Much more positive experience and i was able to register my vehicle online the next morning.

Quick in and out inspection, but some dude working there who had nothing to do came out and basically made fun of my ninja 300 motorcycle. Then proceeded to prove how much he didn t know when he claimed his old yamaha warrior made 9,900 ft pounds of torque. That s insanely laughable. And yes, that s what he meant cause I even asked him 9,900 foot pounds? And he was like Yeah, it was a 1700, that s why. You insulted my intelligence there my friend. The guy who did my inspection was cool though.

Wanted to share my experience. I have religiously went to Riley s for years. I recently took my truck in for an oil change. They told me it didn t sound right and found that it had a different filter. Not only a different filter but a dirty one at that. I had the truck in to another Boyd shop for unrelated repairs. The guy told me he had to take off my oil filter, and put new oil in. I had to get rid of that truck because of this event. The fact these guys knew my truck and when I pull in know something isn t right, that speaks volumes. I recommend them to everyone!Service: Oil change

Quick friendly service for vehicle inspection. Didn't notice a few days later when we went to register my vehicle at the wrong VIN number has been put and with my license plate. Called up there to Riley services and they had the issue corrected within minutes and still great friendly service definitely recommend
