Great car wash and the dryers are amazing. Customer service is friendly and fast. Definitely a great way to get a fast car wash or if you want to give your vehicle a detail! Definite give it a try!

Honestly, I just wasn't impressed. It is probably a great wash for the right vehicles. But it can't wash the two vehicles I have. One won't fit on their rails because it is too low, which I am used to. But I took my Bronco and got the full package wash, and it didn't even touch the rear. The back end from the top to the bottom was as dirty as it was when I went in. So it's not for me. And for the cost, it seems like it would be better. The team there are awesome! Very helpful and nice.

Highly recommend the Graph X wash!! Left my car cleaner than ever!! The customer service here is 10/10!! Joe was so nice and helpful!!

This car wash will have your vehicle looking brand new all over again. The staff working here go the extra mile to ensure nothing is left in the bed of a pickup prior to entering. I ve never experienced that anywhere else but I was so thankful they prevented some items I left back there from getting wet. In my opinion It s definitely a fair price and worth getting a membership!

Friendly and quick service! For some reason, car washes don t get my bottom panels but it s not just here (other car washes have the same problem). Appreciate the towels and spray and as others have indicated . The vacuums SUCK Be careful.. it nearly sucked the towel right out of my hand!

4 out of the last 5 times I went to use my membership they were down. Not counting when the pipes froze up. I am going to try to get a refund on my membership.

I had an amazing experience at the tidal wave car wash! The staff were all very nice! Vail was especially helpful with making sure everything was running smoothly, he was very kind and polite, the wash and vacuums were spot on!

Needs an option without that nasty tire shine that gets everywhere and slings off onto your vehicle. Doesn't get bugs off very well and if you have any mud in your wheel wells it won't do a very good job getting that out. Prices seemed a little steep for Borger Texas but everything's expensive nowadays lol. If you got any kind of large amounts of mud this isn't the place for you anyways but just letting you know this won't wash off all your mud off your rig ho hand wash it. Edit. Took my truck in there with light dust on it and it couldn't even get that off. There was still dirt all over my truck after going through.

My car was horrible with bugs, so another go around will just finish her up! 99% of the dog hair is gone from the seats and floor boards! Anyone with corgis know how hard that can be to get up! Didn't seem like it did a great job of cleaning my vehicle The hood had some dirt spots on it from the last rain we had and they were still there after the wash. But the people there were all helpful and working hard.

i wanted a undercarriage wash i pre sprayed it with degreaser and didnt do nothing, told a lady and she said sorry have a nice day, wont be coming back to this one
