Why isn't zero an option for rating this business that literally robs people who have just been robbed?After my car was stolen and recovered, they towed it and informed me that if I wanted MY PROPERTY back I would have to pay them over $1300!It should be noted that the car was where the thief left it. I DID NOT request the tow.They told me it was a "difficult tow" too because they didn't have keys, and the thief had left the wheels turned instead of straight, so they had to DRAG MY VEHICLE! I'm not a mechanic, but I suppose I'll be visiting one soon.Then they acted like they were doing me a favor when they said, we'll let you have YOUR VEHICLE back for $800. Still RIDICULOUS! When I found out my insurance would pay for the tow, they said, "well the discount was only if you were paying. Your insurance will have to pay over $1300." Once again, they act like they're doing me a favor as if EXTORTING my insurance company is not going to be passed onto me with increased premiums!If you have a choice, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ANYWHERE ELSE!All this business has done is discovered a way to legally (shamefully so) profit off of victims.So Matt and Jennifer Armstrong, when you buy your groceries this week, Christmas presents for your kids, and put away money for your kids education, just know that you took all of those things away from my family.Merry Christmas,The MasonsService: Car towing

They did a great job on repairing my charger that was wrecked. Refinishing Systems did the job very quickly and made sure I was taken care of them entire time. They were great about contacting me and updating me throughout the process. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing work done to their vehicle.

I was stuck on the side of the highway in the dark between Panhandle and Amarillo after work after running over something that punctured my tire. I called my insurance road side assistance thinking that it would be no problem. NO ONE from Amarillo would come help me. I had no idea what I was gonna do. Geico spent an hour trying to find someone to come and help. Finally my insurance company called me back and said they finally found someone to come. ETA one hour. 45 minutes later Mitchell from Refinishing Systems came all the way from Borger ! I was so relieved. I was impressed with this young man . He was so curteous and was willing to tow my car or fix my tire. In no time he changed my tire for me and made sure I didn't need anything else. I had never heard of Refinishing Systems before so I called them next day to tell them how thankful I was for them coming and to also tell them what a great job Mitchell did. I then found out about all the other services they provide. Because they were willing to come and help me when no one else would , and because Mitchell was so professional and kind I will definitely be seeing these guys again. THANK YOU REFINISHING SYSTEMS for saving the day for me .

We had a large family passing through and got a flat tire in the middle of a highway. They came within 15 minutes of speaking to them and even sent another employee with a separate vehicle to help bring us all to the closest town! The owner, Matt Armstrong, even had Harvey s open up on a Saturday and fix our tire for us! Some of the kindest and most helpful people I ve met!

We have a family of 8 traveling from TN. We had a flat tire on a highway in the middle of nowhere. Not only did he come in 15 mins of contacting him, he sent his employee with a separate car to get all 8 of us to the neareat town. Matt Armstrong the owner also called Harvey Tires that was closed on a Saturday and they came in and fixed the tire immediately!! These people are AMAZING!! SUCH GREAT PEOPLE!!!

Expensive and they mailed a letter notifying the registered owner that they had the vehicle after 2 days. Considering what they charge and the sherriff's office uses them as there default more effort and more urgency should have been used. My truck was taken, wrecked, and impounded and NO ONE, not the sherriff's office, borger pd, or the towing place got ahold of me. I just heard some people talking about it and realized it was my truck, which had been missing for 2 days, that they were talking about. Its a week later and i still havent got the letter they say they mailed to inform me.

Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Super nice. If we could give more dates we woul! Towed us on a Sunday. Got us near town. Near the essentials. Then towed us again the next day and got our truck fixed and on the road again. The whole town from what we experienced was amazing.

Refinishing Systems completed an extensive repair project for me after my Chevy Tahoe was damaged in an accident. Their work is superior in all aspects. The entire team is highly skilled, and the equipment they used for all repairs is the best available. They also completed all interaction with insurance representatives timely and proficiently. It has now been over a year since Refinishing Systems completed the work on my vehicle, and I have not had any problems or complications. If I ever needed repair work to a vehicle, I would not consider anyone other than Refinishing Systems. I currently live in Houston, and if I were ever in another accident, I would happily transport my car all the way back to Borger (to Refinishing System) for repairs.

These guys are beyond great! I brought my truck to them to have some paint work done to it and they went above and beyond to far exceed my expectation!! My truck looks better than new, thank you for the customer service provided and for getting me back on track!

I have been a customer of Refinishing Systems for over 35 years. In that 35 years, I have had need of Matt Armstrong's services too numerous times to count. Matt has always been a perfectionist which is passed along to his employees. Your vehicle will not leave the shop until it looks better than new. Matt and all of the employees are very professional, honest, and real artists and craftsmen. They know their business. I highly recommend Refinishing Systems. 5+ stars

Good folks had me in and out for a clutch exchange! Even during a holiday! Other shops would have put me off for weeks these guys had me up and running as quick as they could considering

I was told one thing over the phone (that this company gave kick backs to the cops and they would work with me on the towing fee) and was met with another response when I went in to pay for the vehicle. I was disappointed that this business didn't communicate between employees and would not reccomend to anyone for that reason.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

theese people charged me $475 for the tow when I had my car impounded so by the time I even got to jail for expired inspection and of course that would not work with mw
