The customer service was weird. There sales associate James was trying to show something from his phone to his co-worker as he was rolling around on the floor. What is going on??

When I try an keep my business local to help an independent owned parts store business but they call me in to pay for a $90.00 mistake they made the month before it boils my blood to pay for their mistake. It s not the $90 but the principal! I do a lot of business with parts stores but they weren t interested in keeping me as a customer over $90, so it s back to O Reilly s with my money!
