Had a high roof transit van in for repair in 2023. Very happy to find a place that it could fit inside to be worked on. They did a great job! Can't tell it was ever damaged. Worked seamlessly with insurance. They were fast in getting me in and out! They do not accept personal checks and credit cards will have an upcharge. I would definitely come back if I ever need body repair in the future!

The price they gave me was unbelievably high. I ve been involved with body shops for 15 years, I ve never seen anything like what they told me. The price they gave me was exactly double what the last shop I called was. I get it, it was the I don t want the job price. I see that in big cities, but in a small town . There are only so many customers and you cut that base in half quick.

I went with a friend whose vehicle got totaled and the service for her was over and above! You would have thought she was related to them with the kind and caring way she was treated! I will be doing ANY and ALL my business with them from this day forward!!! Exceptional service to say the least!!! Oh and thank you so much for taking care of my out of town guest and getting her back on the road again, you're the BEST!!!

Worst repair shop I've ever dealt with, they've had my car for 5 days and made absolutely no effort to file the warranty claim! They also charged me 200$ more than what we originally discussed. My motor is blown and i already have a whole slew of problems and they honestly just made it worse! My advice is to not deal with this shop! Who knows maybe they actually deal with things when it comes to collision repair but as far as a normal car repair no! Don't go there !

Broke back window while parking at local RV park. These folks came and picked up vehicle made it driveable that evening. They picked up the next morning and repaired within a hour. We were on the road never missing a step. Recommend them highly

The body work looked good. While the vehicle was in their shop, it had a flat tire, it was there a week. We agreed that they would repair it, and they plugged the tire. That is unacceptable. I told them that the vehicle had developed what sounded like tire noise in the front end after the accident, and was assured they would check it. When they returned the vehicle to me, they said it must be tire noise. I went to Amarillo to Discount Tire and they said they believed it was not tire noise, and sent me to a repair shop. They immediately determined it was wheel bearing noise. And showed me. It was a simple test that could have been found had J W Collision repair actually checked it.

2nd time using jw collision, has always been fast and done wonderful work. They even detailed my vehicle after being rear ended and them fixing it!!! Couldn't of asked for a better business or better people to deal with. Very happy with it all.

In May I brought my truck to JW Collision for repairs to the cab. They took my bed cover off and immediately put it on his sons truck without discussing it with me first. I have a extra fuel tank in the bed which wasn t hooked back up. My trailer wiring harness was cut so I had to have it replaced. After returning home my home link garage opener isn t working anymore. Just recently I needed to use my goose neck & receiver ball and it wasn t under my seat. I called the shop and they had it. They told me that if I wanted my parts I had to pay $50 for them to ship them. If you are traveling and need body repairs DO NOT go to them. Shaddy business

If you are ever in an accident in or near Borger, Tx DO NOT use this company. I Told them where I wanted my car towed and they said the wrong company several times, I stressed that it was wrong and told them the right company every time. It still ended up at the wrong shop in Amarillo. When I realized this I asked them if they would come back and take it to the right place, they cussed me out and hung up on me. Please save yourself the trouble and use somebody else.

Could never get them to answer the phone and since I live out of town I had to make a special trip just to contact someone. Which is pretty hard to do when you don't have a vehicle because it's in their shop!

Would give 0 if I could. Had to turn down my car 3 times due to the poor paint job they did. Never was right and was finally told to go somewhere else.
