DO NOT RECOMMEND! My daughter bought a jeep from them towards the end of May 2023, it's July and they still haven't paid off her trade in and they have the title. Now the payment on the trade is late. The jeep is currently in the shop for the second time, first time transmission went out. We are meeting with an attorney today, nobody will take their calls or reply to emails now. Very poor customer service!

This place was great and really helped me out on getting a car I was desperately needing. Kyle and Melissa were both really friendly and made me feel at home. They got me taken care of quickly and I had no issues with anything. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and anyone else looking for a car.

10/10 Highly recommend! So easy. From start to finish buying my daughter her first car was incredibly easy! Melissa is AMAZING! Great car at an even better price. There were some minor issues such as a belt and the window motor. Melissa was 100% upfront about those from the first phone call! We will definitely be return customers!

Great place. I went to help my sister in law get a vehicle and ended up buying a dodge journey for myself. If you go. Ask for Kyle he is great to deal with.Very patient and outgoing. Even with me crunching numbers to make sure everything was legit. I am very thorough. He showed the up most professionalism. Thank you Kyle.

Was talking to these people for about 5 days about buying a vehicle they had. A 2017 Altima. They were in communication with my bank before and after my loan was approved. Then, in the afternoon today, they call to tell me that "the vehicle was sold late last night." Claimed that there wasn't communication about the vehicle being sold the night before. How do you go almost a week communicating with a customer, and nobody knows about it? And supposedly discovering in the AFTERNOON of the next day AFTER that it was sold???Then, they tried to pitch another vehicle to me in the same conversation. Yeah, right. They sold that vehicle out from under me. It feels great getting SCREWED when in dire need of a vehicle, especially in this high demand for vehicles right now.I was supposed to be cc'd in the buyers order that was sent to my loan officer's email, but for some strange reason I didn't get it. Otherwise I'd show proof.My only vehicle just got totaled recently. And I have an hour commute going to work.Thanks a lot. I appreciate the chaos you people caused for me.

Talked to multiple people about a specific car and asked about any mechanical issues. They said there were none. I drove an hour to test drive and it was obvious there was something wrong. I drove it less than a quarter mile down the street. When I brought it back the owner said "Oh, is it still doing that?" Stereotypical used car lot. Buyer beware.

Very Poor customer service. Not very much effort put forward by the sales staff to help make a sale or to get a very good trade in. Definitely felt like I was not valued as a potential customer. Didn t get a chance to get the vehicle I really wanted and was already test drove. Mind was made up but just never got to close the deal due to a lack of communication and effort.

The staff at Smitty Motors was very personable and nice, they were up-front about the dings and dents in the car I was interested it and made sure I knew about all the damage it had before I drove there to look at it. Upon arriving they even wiped the rain off of the car to show me a few paint imperfections that I otherwise wouldn't have seen because of the rain droplets on the car. I appreciated their honesty and they were easy to work and make a deal with. I highly recommend them!

I purchased an RV And within 48 hours I had many issues from water leaks and electrical problems. They would not do anything about the issues. The legs would not raise to take it to get it fixed after letting them down, the water heater did not work, 4 water leaks, And the canopy would not work! $4000 in repair bill later and paying 26k for the RV I have 30k into it now. Great people ! Good luck buying from Smitty

Super friendly staff. Transparent purchasing process. I will definitely do more business with this place.. They where superhelpful and helped me find a vehicle that best fit my life situation.. Big shout out to Kyle and Smitty, y'all are 2 of the most genuine and honest sale people i have ever meet. Thanl you again and I love my new Armada.

Owners a fake. I bought a car here and it was all good until i brought business to him. He sold my someone a lemon. Had problems from the very beginning. The bank told us not to sign anything until they got it fixed. And they're so called "mechanic" didnt do anything but mask the problem. Had the car for 3 months and every month something is wrong. These people are fakes in which most of their cars have transmission problems. They fixed old cars that dont work and then sell them to you, including a fake warranty that is supposed to cover their mistakes if you so happen to buy a "dud" vehicle from them. Watch the hidden costs!! Buyer beware

Family-owned and family-operates business from a small town north of Dallas. It was a pleasure working with Melissa and Michael. Melissa was attentive, responsive, and thorough in seeing action items through. Michael was also great and forthcoming with mechanical things. I live far from their shop and was unable to see the car before agreeing to purchase. Now, I am a car aficionado and very particular on my vehicles, but Melissa and Michael delivered such stellar customer service in communications that I felt confident offering and buying this car from them. They drove the car to the PPI and drove to meet me at my work to deliver my car both at no additional cost. I ve now owned the car for 2.5 weeks and while a few things need touch ups, the car does an excellent job serving the purposes for which it was bough. I highly recommend working with melissa and Michael and buying your next used vehicle from them.

Michael and Melissa are impolite people. They only made excuses, were not understanding, and weren t helpful at all.Their asking prices are awful, and they don t negotiate. They tried to take advantage of my grandchild when we attempted to get her a first car.Michael specifically was rude and just plain mean. I wouldn t recommend smitty s to my worst enemies.What s an IP, man?

I drove an hour and a half to come look at a car that was online that said it was still available I get there and the sales man Hoyt tells me he knows which car I wanted because his wife has it then tells me that he can have her bring the car to the dealership so I can see it and test drive it told me it would take a couple of hours to get it there and that in the mean time he would see if I'm approved for the car so I told him that's fine I went to lunch while I was waiting I never got a call from them so I call them to see what's going on and Hoyt didn't even check to see if I would be approved for the car and told me he couldn't get the car out there today so I asked him why the vehicle was still on the website and why he told me that it was still available if he was planning on buying the car himself after I asked him that he told me that they were already approved for the car and that it was sold. Very unprofessional and very rude. I do not recommend this place. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

He will still from you, he took 2500 from me. And I don't mind saying that because there's nothing he can do to me for saying that because it's the truth just watch your extended warranty when you give him the money to send to the company the warranties through
