Like usual this O'Reilly's is great. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they have parts on hand. If for some reason they don't have it they can get it to you fairly quickly. The store is maintained well and the bathrooms are kept clean. Easily seen from the road and plenty of parking. It is accessible friendly though the parking spots on the front have a little higher angle it is reduced in the accessible spot somewhere.

SCAM ALERTI am a big fan of O'Reilly compared to auto zone but after my last experience here I won't be going back. I bought a power steering pump which had a core charge. So the core charge was much lower than auto zone which is one of the big reasons I choose O'Reilly over auto zone in the first place. When I went to return the core all hell broke lose, they charged me for the pump all over again instead of putting the 20 bucks back on my card, then ask for my receipt where they then charged me for the entire purchase again then refunded the first transaction, then after arguing got them to remove the 3rd time they charged my card. Ended up setting OFF a fraud alert on my card and had to cancel my debit card wait 2 weeks for my bank to reissue my card and a mountain of headache canceling all my bills that come out of my account and having to re set up all my bills to my new card. Seriously causing a major issue in my life with having to do all this and having to drive all over to pay the bills I had attached to that bank card so they wouldn't bounce.AVOID THIS PLACENot sure if this staff is just grossly incompetent or if drugs are involved with how they operate! If you do have to go here BRING CASH DO NOT LET THEM HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR BANK CARD

I recently left my drivers license at this location and the manager was kind enough to mail it back to me (I live 2 hours away from this location). Excellent customer service! I'm very appreciative of the folks that work here and I highly recommend them!

The people that work there are knowledgeable and helpful...will actually take time to look at vehicle and help with minor services. Miller's Garage could learn business practices from this well established business operating in Bonham City Limits. They gave me the wrong part today, and as advertised, replaced wrong part. Kudos to businesses that seek local customers thru service. Thank you O'Reilly!

My oil was low. The sales clerk came outside and added the oil for me. That's top notch customer service. I will go back to that store again.

O'Reilly's in Bonham is tops with their counter service! Very courteous, and they almost ALWAYS have what I need for trucks, tractors, OPE, etc. And offer a military discount, which I much appreciate!

It was a fast and easy process getting what I needed for my 20 year old DeVille at other places I have had to wait for up to 20 minutes while they figured out if the part I needed could still be founf
