My electric gate shut on the passenger side of my truck so I took it here to get some dents popped out and have my truck buffed. They scratched the clear coat. I took it back up there and they tried to fix it. The day I picked it up it looked better still not 100, but then I took my truck to get it washed and alllllll the circular scratches popped right back up. Breaks my heart because this is a brand new truck that didn't have any paint issues until I took it here for the buff. I will say they are very kind up there that's why I gave 2 stars, but the fact they destroyed the passenger side of my truck really upsets me and they weren't able to fix it correctly.The response to this is not true. These are the AFTER photos and I never said the "dents" came back. I said they SCRATED my clear coat with their "buffer" and the scratches will not go away! These photos ARE THE AFTER. I WILL GLADLT ATTACH THE BEFORE PHOTOS OF WHAT THEY BUFFED SO YOU CAN SEE THE BEFORE AND AFTER. The last two photos are the before and the first photos are the aftermath.

I took my badly dented CRV to Collision First. They made vehicle look like new and were nice on top of that. If only they could take the happy lines from my face! Brad and staff want their clients to leave happy. They are honest and charge fairly.Mary-k (M-k) Ashley Wilson

I've used them twice in the last couple of years. Both times they did quality work. I just dropped off my little Nissan for a new bumper. Well they went above and beyond what was necessary! they washed and detailed both out and inside, touched up all the paint chips. All for no extra charge!!

Any review less than. 4 star is bogus!! All of the people there were attentive and went out of there way to provide exceptional communication and service.I scheduled same day windshield replacement on the day after Memorial Day!! 4 other windshield shops only had Wednesday and I tried scheduling the day before Memorial Day with them. Price was 56% less than the highest estimate from a well known glass repair franchise. And they touched up some concerning rust damage under the molding with No additional cost.Great service Great people!

I needed some minor work on my Jeep that the dealership apparently lied to me about. Collision First handled it quickly and at a very low cost. I highly recommend them.

Brad and his team are the best of the best! My husband and I have been using this shop for more than 7 years. The services we have had done have ranged from window chips to major body damage repair, and they do not disappoint in anything they do. They are affordable, prompt, thorough, and just all around amazing. Every member of the staff is friendly, welcoming, and pleasant to work with. In every interaction, you can tell that they don't just care about business, they care about the people they are doing business with. We have multiple family members that use them as well, who would all echo these sentiments. We will always highly recommend this place!

This place is great : once again they helped me with quick and efficient repairs.Had a huge bird destroy my windshield yesterday, I needed a new window fast : today I left their shop at 11:30 am new windshield ordered and installed in less than 24 hours. Great place, great people. They've handled several work vehicles, and they've installed several personal windshields for me, friends and family. Owner and employees are nice, the work is always on time, and especially on windshields, you probably won't beat the price.

Great prices. Fast service. Plus they will do chip repairs even if you didn't purchase the window from them. Great family run business. And they are only a short walk to a great local burger joint if you need to wait.

The work Brad and his team did on my car was exemplary, and I had the use of a courtesy car for the duration. They even washed, vacuumed and waxed my car. It looked brand new! My cost was very reasonable. Brad cares about his customers and the quality of his work. I can't recommend Collision First enough.

Our retractable hard top convertible was involved in severe rear end collision. There was in excess of $10K worth of damage. We had the option to take our vehicle to Dallas to a manufacturer certified repair shop, but we decided to take the vehicle Collision 1st here in Bonham due to proximity to the vehicle.The decision was one of the best we have made. Brad the owner & Brad the GM were nothing but wonderful to work with throughout the process. They worked directly with the insurance company, but more importantly with us to make sure our car was restored to an almost new condition. The vehicle looks amazing and is repaired to the highest standards (we are very, let's say, particular folks). They also warranty their work for the lifetime of their repairs.If you need a great body shop experience we can't say enough about the quality work & customer service we were provided. I can't say enough about what a great shop this is. I was in the custom paint and collision business for twenty years. I know the ins and outs and these guys at Collision First are straight shooters. You can trust their work, they get it in and out, and they look out for you the customer. Any insurance problems, they deal with it. We have had a run of bad luck this year and have had cars to them four times. Every single repair was done well and to our complete satisfaction. By far, the best place in Fannin County Texas.

I first used Collision First when they were at their old location. They were so helpful and reasonable, I decided I would use them again if the need arises. We got rear-ended Thanksgiving night. Again they were fantastic. Love this business.

I was involved in a fender bender April 2nd, and went to Collision 1st. I had never been there, and the staff was extremely helpful. Thank you Brad for helping me through the process and they even provided a courtesy car while mine was in the shop. I highly recommend Collision 1st for any car problems you might be having!

We didn t know where to go and was given 2 names from Bonham Chrysler dealership service department .Brad Taft and Brad Weemes were very very nice and very helpful getting the hatch door onOur Dodge to Dango fixed. They got us right innext day because they had to order the partsand I believe if they had had parts they would have worked us in that same day.Wonderful service and the cost was great too!!Did Not have to give up an arm or leg like other places I have heard about.Thanks

We had a great experience here. The people are so nice even when you re directionally challenged. Definitely will go back, but we hope we never have to. It s not fun to have your glass messed up, but it s great when you have people that care and are helpful. And don t follow the address on Google. They are located on 121 south of Walmart in Bonham.
