Very pleased! My salesman is Boyd and he was EXTREMELY patient with me. I was a Chevy guy and had no idea about all the options available on the Dodge. He walked me through all of the options answering my numerous questions. He is very knowledgeable and willing to spend all the time needed to make me feel at ease.In addition, the General Sales Manager came in on my first visit and my last visit taking time to greet me and discuss my situation. He is very friendly and a people person.Overall, I have been extremely pleased with my buying experience and look forward to my specially ordered pickup arriving.

I have purchased two vehicles from this location now. Each time has been amazing. This last purchase was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. They even went the extra mile to go get a vehicle that was located out of state just because I was being picky about the color. I couldn't believe the level my salesmen Ron Fife went to, so I was a happy customer. If you are looking for an easy no pressure way to buy a vehicle this is your place.

We had a wonderful experience buying our truck. It s not usually pleasant sitting and waiting for the paperwork and everything to go through but this instance it was! Kelli Nichols made sure we were comfortable the entire time. She went out of her way to make sure both of our girls were entertained and comfortable. She has our business!

I was pleased with the speed with which they repaired my window switch. At first, I was extremely upset that the extended warranty I purchased was not going to work the way I had been led to believe. After talking with Mike House in Finance, he corrected the issue! I am extremely grateful! He didn't have to do that, but he is committed to excellent customer service and he delivered!!!

Great place. We drove from Austin to purchase a vehicle. They were upfront about everything with the vehicle. I trusted the salesman from the start. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends.One feedback item is that I didn't know about a $299 anti theft program before making the drive to the dealership. That is partially my fault for not asking what fees they have.

Well I only went to this dealership bc they advertised that there would be no down payment, lenders to work with every credit type, no payments for 90 days. All you needed was a voucher an NHS appointment. None of that happened. It was like a normal day and I was turned down. 3 hours at the dealership, all to feel like there were no incentives at all. I was told to ask for the incentive team and all they did was just send a salesperson my way. He was very courteous and professional but again, it was not like anything special was going on. I should've known it was just a lie to get ppl in there. I was even asked for a down payment on a diff car I didn't even want and it was just a waste of time.

I ve bought every car I ve ever owned from Bonham Chrysler and have no complaints about sales....but the service department is another story. I have a recall on my Jeep that I ve been trying to get them to fix for over a year. Warranty work that needed done I had to pay to get done elsewhere because these people won t even talk to me. One guy asked me if I had a husband he could speak to. So after not making an appointment for me, they make one for my husband. Except they call the morning of and say the loaner car I was promised was never returned so they cancelled and said they d call me back which they didn t. So my husband has called back multiple times and has been told that Kyle, the dude who cancelled on me in the first place, would call him back, but he never does. All the work I ve ever tried to get done on previous cars was a hassle too. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I won t even be buying cars here anymore just because I don t want to deal with the rude, sexist jerks in the service center.

My husband has fair credit a really good job along with some inside information about this dealership. The owner has too many 2019 trucks and really wants them sold. Having said that the awful salesman would not allow us to buy one because of 2020 is a better deal, this is the ridiculous deal they offered. ( 45000.00 2019 fiat worth no more than 27000.00) we left and one hour and 15 minutes later purchased a very very nice car with low payments and full warrant! DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME HERE

Great place to do business. I went to several jeep dealers before I found this place. Customer service is important to me and I traveled a little over an hour just because of the great customer service. Dallas jeep dealers failed to provide anything close to the customer service of Bonham.

I had the best experience possible. Karen was helpful and I got a car that I have already put 500 miles on and it's still running great. I drove over 40 miles just to buy a car from them and would do it again. Thanks for the great running car and the wonderful treatment.

Salespeople and staff were very helpful in our purchase of a new Jeep Wrangler. My wife and I needed to buy a new Jeep and have it shipped to the USVI so we needed a lot of help with financing details. The folks at Bonham Chrysler got it done. My wife and I could not be happier with our purchase and the customer service we received.

I have previously owned two Dodge pickups and been happy with their performance. I was looking for a car that was automatic and easy to drive as I had a near fatal accident a few months ago and now have some disabilities that prevent me from driving a manual transmission truck. I had been looking at the Chrysler 200 on the web and went to try the car out at Bonham Chrysler. Guy Smith, the car salesman, seemed genuinely interesting in helping me find the right vehicle that would best serve my needs. It is push button start and gears change with the turn of a knob. It has many safety features that I knew would make me more comfortable as I was about to start driving a few months after the accident. He was very low pressure and never triggered my usual car buying anxiety. The process of trying out this lovely car and purchasing it from Mr Smith was most likely my best car buying experience of my 66 years. The normally dreadful finance department experience was also relaxed and easy. I would not only recommend this car, but also this dealership and this salesman to anyone in the market for a car.

Juan Soto, and David Fowler were awesome!! I would recommend anyone who needs a vehicle to go see the Chrysler Dodge house in Bohnam, Tx. I am so happy with my car and everyone there was so informative. They work together as a team. Cause we all know there is no "I" in team. Team work mes the dream work. I gave an impossible task, no other dealership would even take a look at it for me. Not only did Chris Bryant and team take the challenge, they exceeded far beyond my expectations. I just recently purchased my 4th vehicle from Bonham Chrysler. The folks at Bonham Chrysler have always treated me so well, I had to give them a chance every time I'm looking for a vehicle. The have the lowest prices, are willing to negotiate and have helped me even when my credit was bruised.Now I am driving a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. The online reviews of this SUV are good so hopefully, I will not have any issues but either way, the customer service at Bonham Chrysler is so good I have no worries. A+ sales team and A+ service team!!!

Got the car and was told the windshield was to be changed out. Brought the car in, from Dallas and was told the windshield wasn't ordered. This was not the fault of the dealership, this was a mix up with the subcontractor. The service, sales and financing department were outstanding.

I bought two vehicles about a year ago! I thought I was buying reliable vehicles. I've already put 400.00 in the car and it's breaking again. I'm disabled and they want 160.00 just to diagnose the problem. The truck is sitting in my driveway broken. Do not trust them when they say that all their vehicles are inspected.

Drove from Tulsa to buy a truck but the truck clearly had a door repainted and decided not to buy. I could easily see the paint was different and they tried really hard to convince me it wasn't repainted LOL! Another thing is their detail shop is a joke, I couldn't believe they had a half day to clean the 1 year old truck and the inside was filthy when I got there. The salesman was nice but looked like he slept in the clothes he was wearing, very unprofessional, but I guess small town dealerships that don't have competition think they can operate like this. Internet sales will crush these business models if they don't adjust, good ole boy networks die out. I took a short drive to Whitesboro and found a extremely clean truck at Holiday Chevrolet.

Love Bonham Chrysler!! Kevin Ketner is the best. We needed a good, safe and affordable car for my daughter , a college student. Bonham Chrysler delivered. Best car buying experience I have ever had. I will be purchasing my future cars here. The service was top notch.

This dealership does nothing they say they will. They wrote down that they would replace the brakes on a used car I was buying, but they only replaced the rear. The air filter was caked over and dirty when the car was delivered, nothing had apparently been checked out. I had to spend $1000. on the car within the first month on several things plus the air bag which was not under the faux warranty they sold me. I will never go there again. Go there at your own risk.

After posting my last review I had an experience that I hope you (the reader) will never have to suffer. I was lied to by staff about my drive shaft. They claimed that it had been removed for replacement when it had not been. Now I no longer trust them. Beware

The team at Bonham Chrysler was great to work with. Salesman George Hiatt and finance JD. I purchased a slightly used Jeep Compass from them after finding the listing on Ebay. Every aspect of the transaction was absolutely flawless. They were very thourough with identity verification and protection. The vehicle was exactly as described. The process was very easy. I will definately check with these guys next time Im looking for a vehicle. This was definately the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.

I felt with the service center. So I can only speak from my experience there and let me tell you. I get you may not like a customer but oh my gosh learn to properly mute your self so I can't hear your BS crap talking from this end.Couldn't provide definite ETA on repairs and took for ever to get my truck fixed. Eventually once it was fixed it was done right. How ever it would have been nice if they would have made mention that I had a bad blinker buld. I don't care that they didn't fix it but I'd rather not wait until I got pulled over for it the next time. Over all it wasn't entirely a crappie experience because my truck IS in fact running. But things here and there gotta change.
