We had a terrific experience. Our salesman and the finance manager couldn t have been nicer or more helpful. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership, and both times has been a great experience. We highly recommend them. They have great prices and a great team!

This is the second car in 4 years I ve bought a vehicle from Bonham! I have to say, the guys there are awesome! In the middle of a busy day Seth Reeves worked my deal over the phone and he was amazing at getting that done! Ethan Garcia was there when I went to pick my car up and helped me through the rest. He made sure I was taken care of and went above and beyond, staying after hours to get thing perfect for me! The finance department was wonderful! He took his time to go over every paper and what was on it, worked in an extended warranty, gap insurance and their outside of the vehicle warranty and stay under what I needed for payment. I will never go anywhere else!

I walked in to the dealership not wanting to spend much on a used truck and ended up driving of the lot with the best truck in the lot, Joe did a great job helping me, he was very helpful and patient. Chris, the salesperson was great. Appreciated the test drive and walking me through the operations of the car. Went the extra mile to get it cleaned up and ready to go. The financing process was less than stellar. I made it clear my wife would not be making the trip, but all documents were prepared needing her signature. Took nearly two hours to re-do the documentation in my name only. Ruined my plans to start drive home to Florida that day. Communication between salesperson and finance team could have been better. But I LOVE the car.

I purchased a vehicle at night after driving from Little Elm. They were unable to clean the vehicle because everyone had left Louis Goundie did an amazing job with service and very friendly. I found the next day that both passenger side windows and frame were damaged with major scratches. Louis was working with management to correct this issue. After 2 week of nothing, I called and left a message for the general manager to call me, nothing. At this point I would recommend this dealership because they do not follow through.

Rachel and Trent were amazing!! They went the whole 9 yards to get me into the car that I wanted! The process wasn t to horribly long! The staff there was very kind and always checking up on us to see if we needed anything! I highly recommend Bonham Chrysler if your looking to get the car of your dreams at a good price!!

The sales lady did a wonderful job. When I had pulled up to look at a vehicle I saw online, it was literally being sold to someone else. But she worked with me and found me a similar deal on a car that had just been brought in, not even on the block yet! She worked with my financing to help me get it since it was just slightly out of my budget. Thank you so much Rachel!!

I recently purchased a car from the Bonham Chrysler dealership and can honestly say it was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. I worked with Louis and Joe and these guys treated me right from start to finish. While in the dealership I had pleasant conversations with the staff and at no time did I feel pressured about anything. Next time I m in need of a vehicle they ll be my first choice for sure.

I was greeted when i walked in the door. The salesman was very friendly and professional. He listen to what i was looking for and made suggestions and put me at ease. Drove a hour and half to look at a truck that sold the day before. Had a appointment with the sales person Louise. He didn t take the time to pick up the phone and say that the truck had sold would you like to look at another one. I Will Never Go Back to this Dealership. I don t like the bait and switch games. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!

Just an AMAZING experience.For 6 months I was looking for a ram pro master cargo van, until I found one in Bonham, Texas .At first I was a bit worried being that I am in Los Angeles Ca but decided to call the dealer a gentleman by the name of Ethan answered all my questions and sent me pictures. Within a matter of days the deal was done. Ethan couldn't of made this process any easier for me. Communication was amazing thru calls and texts. Now my van is on its way home to me. Thank You Ethan for a great experience.

Work seems to be solid.... check engine light cost me over $3700 which sucks but to be honest you have a vehicle in your possession for over 3 weeks you'd think you could keep people posted. Phone just rings and rings.... then you're hung up on. Go to get it and they couldn't even rinse it. Was told they didn't have a car wash... that it was a 3rd party pay out....so you just made over $3700 on my vehicle but you couldn't pay for a $20 car wash? Used them a long time ago and they weren't very helpful then... thought I'd give them another shot but this will be the last one. I'll see what Freedom has to offer going forward.

On Saturday I went into that dealer ship to buy that Jetta that sold today. I m a black man that was lied to by a manager named Tiffany. I called my salesman Louis whom they fired and he said Tiffany told him it sold. Yet today I see this white man post of his purchase. Not sure if was because I m black or my salesman was gay. Something happened to where I was not able to buy the car. It only leads me to believe that I discriminated against for being black!

This is the go-to place for purchasing a new vehicle. Had the opportunity to purchase a new Ram 1500 this past Saturday, Jaden made the purchase so easy and smooth. Seth, the used car buyer was a tremendous help also! I absolutely recommend these guys! It made the 2.5-hour one way trip totally worth it. I drove off the lot in my new truck smiling the whole way home!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. They completely screwed us over and lied about everything. They submitted paperwork without our permission having us pay more than what we can afford to. They told us one thing and did another not once but multiple times.This company told us we could drive for 30 days to see if we wanted it and if not bring it back. We were gonna drive for 2 weeks and bring back and let them know our decision. They took it upon themselves to submit paperwork for us and finance us for the truck without us knowing. Then presumed to tell me they were not sure if they were gonna fix/replace the parts that were broke or missing when they pulled up with the vehicle before ever buying the vehicle.Told us the truck would be taken through their shop and completely checked before we submitted the papers and lied. They charged us for stuff that has nothing to do with the vehicle.They knew what our story was and knew our budget which we pressed them on and on about.Do not buy a vehicle from this company they do not care what they do to you they only care about making their money no matter what it does to you in the end.

Great Job by Bonham Ram Trucks. I live in Tulsa, Ok and have been shopping for a truck for a few months. Couldn't find the truck I wanted with the options I wanted for the price I wanted. I began shopping Ark, Ks, Mo, and Texas. Stumbled across the perfect truck for me in of all places Bonham, Tx. Started talking with Chris Richeson about the truck and the price. He gave me a quote, I made an offer. Looked like we were just to far apart to come to an agreement. After a few days went by I was contacted again by Chris and He said that the sales manager, Tiffany Estrada, had reviewed my offer and decided they would accept my cash offer. Drove to Bonham the next morning, Truck and Paperwork were ready when we got there. Deal went down exactly as what was agreed upon. Sorry the review is so long but that's how it went. Thank You Chris and Tiffany for believing in us. Royal and Kathy Washburn !

I just really want talk about several experiences I ve had at bonham Chrysler. I went in for standard oil change Joe in service did a great job getting us in and out but not before we ran into Trent and he went above and beyond to get my wife a new car, fast forward now 4 months we came in today to get her oil changed, Trent was busy so he has Racheal helping us look for me a new truck. These 2 are by far second to none on making the process painless and pleasant of buying a new car!!!

Went with my sister to try and get her a new vehicle. Sales lady was pretty helpful when the first choice my sis wanted fell through (got bought before she could). Rachel (sales lady) looked around their lot and found her a car that wasnt even on their site yet. All around great experience

If you are ever looking for a car, stop at this dealership, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here. I had a great time with Vince S. as my salesman. He has excellent customer service! Vince answered all my questions, wasn t pushy, and made car buying less stressful. He went the extra mile to explain finances and show off the cars on the lot which I really appreciated. Overall the Staff here is very friendly and understanding.
