Our car was stalling after a new transmission and after Firestone ran diagnostics and had us replace coils. We took it to this shop for a second opinion and shared what we had read on the internet about transmission torque converters can cause this symptom. I asked what that might cost if that was the problem. After 3 weeks I called and was told it was next up for service. A week later I received a call that the repair was complete and the problem was not resolved. I asked how was that possible. They said the computer coded torque converter and they replaced it. When told them Firestone had no codes for torque converter, they apologized and said they just replace parts until the symptoms go away! WTH! JEFF SR story kept changing every time we spoke! They have had our car for 5 months and refuse to release it unless we pay them 2K! I would not believe a word the Jeff SR says. He is very scripted and has repeated his standard responses so many times, it s like selecting a record on a jukebox. They further explained they are not qualified to perform transmissions rebuilds. That s the opposite of what I was told when I agreed to let them see what s going on with my SUV.

Extremely dishonest group of people, don't let them touch your vehicle. Needless to say don't buy one from them either. Beyond incredible. These are good genuine people that deliver great quality. My rear driveshaft broke off while I was on highway 121 (an hour and 30 minutes away from my home in Dallas) and they made me a priority the second I walked in and even offered to give me a ride into town. Jeff and his daughter were both very friendly and took care of me better than any auto shop has before. They gave me a great price and got my vehicle fixed a day earlier than anticipated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Radiator hose came off in Effingham IL. Blow head gaskets, called Jeff and he said that they did not warranty snap rings on OEM parts. But he would fix my truck for about $4500.00. I have hear from a friends that this place dose very shotty work. They told me that my water resavory was leaking. They squeezed it by hand. You can not do this. The leak turn out to be, a short hose to transmission. I will not go back to them.Service: Engine repair

Great service always takes care of my car issues whenever they arise. Friendly staff great mechanics reasonable prices. In the last two years I've never taken my car anywhere else for servicing.

My Father s car broke-down on a visit to Bonham. Jeff from B&B found the issue and kept the car for the night. The issue was under warranty and he helped us tow the car to a dealership. Great service!

We had major work done on our 6L diesel. Once done our check engine light was on. When brought to management attention, The answer was "it was on when you came in." No it wasn't I told them. They offered to clear it which it came right back on. Going to a auto shop asking for a diagnostic test. Several codes would come up. THEY didn't plug in our sensor's a TOTAL of 4 sensors NOT PLUGGED BACK in. at the same time we had oil change and other work like plug and coils changed. They replaced the intake but NOT THE PLUGS AND COILS.Service: Engine repair

I've been using B&B Service Center for years! I work in this area but I don't live close by. Just the same I will go out of my way to bring my trucks to them for service! They are professional and expertly qualified! I appreciate them mucho!

Love B & B! The Barsi's really know how to provide service and, make sure you feel #1. Been coming to them for years and never has any issues or felt like I was paying for something I didn't need. When I wrecked my car they had it fixed in 4 days, like it never happened, and it was way way cheeper than the insurance or other guys said it would be. I highly recommend giving them a shot, you won't regret it.

I bought a car and the motor started knocking the same day. The next morning i contacted Jrff and i believe he was more worried than i was. I came in and got in what i wanted .jeff was very professional and just great people ill be doing more business here in thw future
