You have to know the part you're looking for. If you don't know your car, take it to a mechanic. That's why you are always getting the wrong part.

Super friendly and helpful staff. They've been quite knowledgeable about what few questions I've ever had. Nice, clean, organized store. Getting parts is quick and easy! Staff even let me borrow a wrench from them to do a quick fix in the parking lot rather than making me buy just the individual wrench. I've never gotten a bad part from this store either, which I can't say about O'Reilly's. Anytime my friends or family need a part or a tool I tell them to go OEM and go to AutoZone. They'll take good care of you here.

Service is excellent. The staff is very amicable and helpful. Location is great, and they walk with you to help you find what you are looking for. Great selection of stuff you have come to expect from AutoZone.

They are really caring . We broke down and needed a fuel line and it was 2 min to 9:00 when we called. Not only did they answer the phone but they checked to see if they had it. Then the best part is that they let us come to their store that was already closed and get the part. That is great customer service.

They are are helpful once they get to you. Sometimes there is a lot of people in their store, I have had to wait as long as 20 minutes. However, they will install my purchase for me no matter the weather.

The chicken fettuccini Alfredo was good and more food than I could eat, but I think I miss on a big one the spaghetti had three meat balls the size of baseballs. I will be making a return trip I will try to post pictures on that day.

Very honest people there.Justin could have sold me two windshield wipers, but told me that I needed only one. His honesty will have my going back to Auto Zone in Bonham again.

My wife went by to see what was wrong with our battery after almost having an accident due to it stalling out on the highway and the lights not working the previous evening. The manger looked at the battery terminals and took them off and cleaned them(I had cleaned the outside, but they needed to be cleaned inside as well). He took 10-15 minutes to help out and he has earned our business from here on out. We will do all of our auto-shopping at this store because of his customer service and going the extra mile. My wife and I highly recommend this store to everyone.

Best AutoZone I've been to. Had problems for a few days getting the correct part, an employee brought me the correct part in his personal vehicle. Great staff, much respect. Thanks Justin

Employee's are always friendly and courteous and willing to help but sometimes you get someone who really doesn't know parts. It's frustrating when you go to them for your parts and your smarter then they are about the part your looking for.

I just called Tanya very stressed because some huge part was barely hanging under my car. I had to drive my granddaughter to Dallas the next day (Sunday) and I was stressed. Tanya fixed the whole thing in about 10 minutes. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

If work on cars are like doing simple things to car good place to go. If they have time they will go out and help do the job. Even loan tools just cannot leave with tools.
