Name change from Wheelers. Terrible experience when they serviced my trailer bearings. First use, the bearings failed and they refused to take responsibility. Other repair shop confirmed the failure was due to incorrect packing job which ruined the whole axel. Do Not trust mechanics here or business. I'm sure they changed names from multiple bad business practices.

DO NOT have your hat shaped by this place, the manager shaped one of my hats and botched it, not centered at all looked like a paper airplane. Absolutely unacceptable, also found out the guy has ZERO professional hat shaping experience. Save your time and money go to Herbs hat shop.

When I saw the ad, I called down and spoke to Jed, found out it was a used trailer and was told that it had left the lot never been used and came back when the other party realized it was not a good fit for them. I asked him to send me photos of the trailer as we were purchasing this from out of state.One of the key factors for me on this purchase was that it had a warranty. Jed, said yes I would get the remainder of the factory warranty. He said once the trailer was delivered to look it over and two find out if there was anything wrong and let him know, and he would have it taken care of.the fender was damaged. He said that he would replace it and no cost. He did replace it with a non-factory fender. The fender did not match the one on the other side. When I brought it up to him, he argued the point and said it was just fine. I told him it was not because it was not a factory fender, and it did not have the manufacturers name imbossed into it. He then said OK great I will get you a new fender. I don t know how long it will be and I will ship it out and I will pay to have somebody put it on. The first thing I noticed when it was delivered. What is the trailer was used. Then I noticed that the fan was broken. I also noticed that there was a weld that was missing on the frame from the factory. Once I brought these things to his attention, he told me he would get it taken care of. I ve been reached out once we receive the trailer had everything lined up and then I was informed that there is no factory warranty in the world would not be covered for the fan for the installation of the fender. This is after I had already received the trailer his answer was I will send you $250 for that installation of the fender and everything else was going to be on my shoulders. I have not received the $250 now I am stuck with getting the trailer frame. Welded replacing the fan and installing defender. Very poor customer service on their part I do not anybody buying a trailer from them as their customer service and follow through. What is the poorest I have ever received on a $60,000 purchase. bottom line I was miss lead and I was lied to. I have given him plenty of time to clear this up and no one has reached out to me. 3-7-23

Terrible experience. From out of state and went to see a used unit in their inventory. Greeted with "oh, that unit has issues, it's been here a long time". No honesty up front, a complete waste of time.

Great crew working there,, great reception on a new customer ( me).Walked away with an "Open Road" hat...my so works there n had told me it was a one stop store for "all ranch" involved..He was not kidding..stuff galore.. I can't wait to wear my hat with my Sunday best for church..praise the Lord

Wheelers is the number one seller of Bloomer trailers. One of the best built trailers you will find. Wheelers has a full service bay for trailer work and feed store. Theg also have a retail store as big as Texas from clothing, tack and hunting supplies. If your in the market for a new smoke wagon...they have a great selection of side arms. Always worth stopping in if your on I-10 outside Boerne Texas.

I recently purchased a used LQ trailer from Wheeler's. I had one of the best buying experiences ever. Jed was amazing to work with. He went way above and beyond making sure the trailer was safe and in excellent condition for me and my horses. He stayed in touch with me the entire time and was so patient with my endless questions. I have only used their archery shop so that s what I m rating. Kevin of the archery shop there at Wheeler s was extremely knowledgeable. We are talking 2nd generation knowledgeable. I had started my recurve setup down the road at another shop and after a bad experience there finished my set up at Wheeler s. They call the archery dept. there Viking Archery .

Bought a LQ trailer and a 2 horse trailer through Blake. Could not have had a better experience. No nonsense no push just the facts. Top quality trailers.
