Had the oil changed on a Prius. Had things to get in store. By the time I came back they were done. Staff were really nice.

I went in for an oil change (3/30/23 10am) expecting a bit of wait but that's okay as I had some grocery shopping to do. I had my toddler in tow and was greeted by "Jim" who was so nice and friendly. He gave me an estimated completion time and I headed off to shop. My vehicle was done before I had even finished shopping (about an hour) and everything went smoothly. When we were leaving, Jim brought over some candies for my little guy which was such a sweet gesture. I usually feel like an inconvenience when I need to use the tire and lube services through some Walmarts, and this experience was nothing like that. Each of the team members in the automotive center this day were so helpful and nice.Service: Oil change

Lack of staff a 30-minute oil change turned into a 2 hours, and that's because I was second in line.

Been here the last 2 times for my car, always great! Came today to get a new tire and Trevor (I hope I got the name right!) was super helpful, friendly, and fast!

Very bad service. Took 4 people 45 minutes to figure out what type of battery goes into a Ford 150. Even the service manager had no clue. The people there need a lot of training. But it's Walmart, what was I thinking?

We called to see what the wait time would be on a tire issue, Walmart told us 1 1/2 hours, a local competitor said the wait would be 2 1/2 hours, so off to Walmart we went. The auto care center was thorough and fixed the issue. We were there for an hour total! Thank you Walmart Auto Care center!

So, glad you have a new, Automotive manager. Angel was awesome! Last time, I was here 3 people had quit. And, I waited almost, 4 hours for one tire! But, today it was speedy, and professional. Thanks, James David Martin.

Was expecting an hour or two wait. Pulled up and Alejandro waved me right in. Was done in 30 minutes. Fast, professional, courteous service. Will definitely make this my new go-to for an oil change when in this area.

I brought my car in to fix a flat yesterday. Seriously, my entire experience was great, from when I called in to when I was checked out. I spoke with Robert who informed me they weren't too busy so I could get in and out. I was a bit concerned because I had an hour and a half before I needed to leave for work. He was very genuine and helpful and advised I get there quick. Once there, Dante checked my car in and looked up my road hazard warranty (Which I highly recommend purchasing). He was also very helpful. Lastly, the woman who rang me up was also very kind and friendly. I was so impressed with everyone's friendly and positive dispositions. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I will definitely be back.

Needed a simple battery change. Only one car in front of me that was already being worked on when I got there. Two workers just wandered around in the garage the whole time I was there - I m sure they had some job or responsibility they were performing but it seems like one of them probably could have performed the change. When the guy who was working finished on the car in front of me, he started working on mine but about 10 minutes in, he wondered to the rail outside the customer service area to speak with another customer about pictures on the customer s phone. He then proceeded to have a seven minute conversation with this other customer. After he went back to my car, worked for a second and then wandered off again out of sight. He was only gone a few minutes but when you come to a shop like this, it s for convenience and speed. This experience was neither. In total I waited over an hour and a half and had to stay late at work when I got back. If the wait was going to be thing long, you would think there would be some warning. That was not the case. Indeed the blue helmeted manager(?) said, it should be quick, there s only one in front of you and he s already working on it. Granted this guy was one of the two who didn t appear to do a minute of work while I was there. There are plenty of auto shops in Boerne that can perform this service - STAY AWAY from here. Any competitor would be better. Service was terrible. Communication nonexistent. Work ethic lacking. Technically I did get a new battery and was on my way, so they get two stars.

Never thought I d review tire and lube shop but here I am...why? There s a good dude there named Jim who just did both of my cars (full synthetic oil changes, tire rotations, and flat repair). He obviously cares for his customers and actually took the time to show me how the rubber plug is used to fix the tire puncture. Walmart, do yourself a favor and hire more guys like this and/or have him train others on how to make customers feel like they have a tire/lube shop they can call their own and trust. Great experience.

I usually go to WW tire off of I-10, but they were backed up so I went to Walmart to have a leak patched up in my tire. The mechanics informed me that the tire was beyond repair and that they suggest I buy a new one, which I did. I handed over my key-fob (keyless key) so they could move my car to the correct terminal... no problem with any of that. After everything was done I got in my car to leave and drove home. When I got home, I realized I did not have my keys. Remember my car is started by a remote keyless "key-fob". I searched high and low for the key-fob thinking it fell between the seats or something. I figured if the key-fob is near by, I could turn off the car and restart it, in an attempt to know it was indeed near-by and not lost somewhere else (like Walmart perhaps). I turned the car off and was unable to restart the car, which told me the key-fob was not in the car , my pockets or anywhere near the car itself.I called up to Walmart and talked to the manager of the automotive-department and asked him if he would look around for it. He said he would and would call me back in 10min. 30min later, after not getting the call-back, I called again and he said they didn't find anything. I asked him to please check the camera footage to try and see what happened when I got inside my car to drive off. He said he would and would call me back.He never did.So I called first thing the next morning. He said he reviewed the tapes and I did not hand the key off to anyone there at all. I knew immediately he was lying, so I asked him who drove the car into the terminal. This is when he flew off the handle and became noticeable agitated and began to bully me, boldly denying everything in a aggressive manner. I asked him politely if I could come up there and review the tapes with him and he instantly hung-up on me...I called back and was hung-up on again within 3 seconds of speaking to him. I ended up having to call a digital locksmith to replace the key-fob costing me a whopping $550.-- Look I understand mistakes happen, anything could have happened to the key-fob. I could have placed it on the roof and drove off or something. But having him lie to me about reviewing the tapes, not calling me back and then hanging up on me twice in a row, clearly told me he was not concerned about me, my experience or me being a repeat customer. And for that I will never return back.

TIRE INSTALLATION here at Walmart was the cheapest I could find around, especially since I bought my tires elsewhere. Saved me over $50 to come here.SERVICE was good, and they had me in and out in less than an hour.RECOMMEND TO OTHERS? Yes, definitely.

The people are nice but semi-incompitant they almost caused me and my wife to have an accident because the lowered the air pressure in all of my tires, much lower than the recommended 45 psi (31psi). With the rain Texas was having at time we hydroplaned several times before I was able to check them. Anyone that knows Texas know that 2 lane roads run 70 to 75 mph. The techs at Wal-Mart should be more careful with the decisions they make

Out of sheer desperation I took my 2018 Mazda cx-3 here for an oil change. Immediately after I smelled burning oil. After a few days I took it to the dealer and they found that the oil had been drained but instead of putting oil back in they spilled oil all over everything under the hood and the splatter was all over the underneath of my car. They had never seen something like this. My car isn t even a year old and I m just so thankful the dealer was able to correct the Walmart techs mistake. I would say beware because the level of incompetence is dangerously high. I wonder if circus music plays while the clowns run around the service station?

Maryah was awesome. Came in with low air in tires signal on. Two hour wait, I was told. Maryah offered to air my tires right then. I agreed. Good service from a good employee.

This is more a sugestion than a review. This is not a shop they only work on tires (no used tires intalled don't even ask) paches and installation of brand new tires. Oil changes as long as your vehicle uses the oil and filters available in the store (Some others are accepted if you bring your oil and filter). They have great prices my favorite is the oil change where you bring your own oil and filter and the service is $18.54 for the oil change service, this was you know exacly what is being put in your car. If you tell them this is what you want to do they will even help you select the oil filter and oil that is recommended for the vehicle and the type of filter that will work the best.

They don't tell you that your bill will be 60 dollars more than expected because of things you need for your tires. Like valve stems and mount and balance.

Managers off on Sunday. Walmart is what it is. Never anyone around to assist you. You have to find someone. I hate going there if I really need to. Terrible company. They just don't care. Period!

Poor customer service, inept employees. 2 hours for one tire. No empathy or understanding, almost as if the customer is a bother.

Worst place to go for tires. The tire guy is really slow so don't waste your time here. He just wanders around the whole time.

They are remodeling and it is a mess right now. I think it would be better to have waited until after back to school supply shopping time.
