Found this gem of a tire shop about a year ago. My jeep Ribbit needed some new street shoes, and they were able to special order them and get them in quick. Excellent prices and the entire staff are super friendly. Appreciate the quick turn around!

My grandson in Boerne needed tires. He called me with the quote from W & W Tire. I live 7 hours north, but did my research, checked reviews, checked manufacturer of tires you were quoting, as I was making the purchase. You ordered tires and put on for him in the same day. Then I saw the amount charged to my card, way more than the verbal quote. Long short ... my grandson went back to your shop and talked with someone about quote. They were stellar in resolving after researching and acknowledged an employee made an error in quote. I got an immediate credit on my card. Even though the quote cut out your profit, you acknowledged your error and honored the quote. Your honesty and absolute perfection in customer service will always serve you well. I more than recommend your company, I suggest if you go anywhere else, you lose. Thank you for letting my 22 year old grandson see an "old school" business of integrity! Thanks again!!

This is as good as it gets. Great service with fair pricing! Brought in my truck to swap out wheels and tires, went above and beyond and was in and out very fast! Great selection of tires and services. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Drop off a lawnmower tire, and they told me to come back in two hrs. And when I came back it wasn't ready. The owner said they were really busy. So he did it really fast and didn't charge me anything.

Excellent service and selection. If they don't have what you need in stock it usually takes only a day or two to get it. I've used them for new tires (prices are decent), free tire rotation with the tires, and tire repair due to nails. Very laid back and casual atmosphere. Be prepared to wait early in the morning or during lunch hours as they are well respected and are first come first served. With that being said, I've also been there when there was nobody else in line and was in and out in about 20 minutes.

Been here a couple of times. Friendly, and they get the job done right. Even though i didnt purchase my tires through them, they dont hesitate to help mount and balance. It feels good being able to spend my money locally rather than nationally at discount!

Embarrassed to say I ve been going to discount tire for the last 13 years. Finally, after a couple of bad trips in a row I went down the street to WW. These guys do things the old fashioned way, treat you right, do great work and have unbelievable prices. Our whole family will be going to WW moving forward.

Excellent work with me needing new aftermarket wheels installed with tires from another truck. They made sure the new wheels fit and made sure to use the proper wheel weights and placent to clear the rotors. They did all of this and were extremely polite and patient. I can't recommend them enough. Pricing was more than fair.

Great staff here! Had a tire with a slow leak, they replaced the valve stem and didn't even ask me for a dime! Will definitely be back, and I'm already recommending to everyone I know. Thank you!

Trust the high review rating. This place is legit. Great no-nonsense service, quick turnaround and solid attention to detail. Was disappointed with my dealer rotating my older tires and not only messing up the pressures (60 front/75 rear) and missing a separated tread that caused a severe shimmy once it was on the front. W & W discovered the dangerous tire and had the pressures perfect on my new tires.

Amazing shop! Everyone is so nice when you go in. Very professional. I went in about a year ago for new tires and they made sure I was getting what my car needed. Then recently went in for my tires to be rotated and they were quick and nice as usual.Highly recommend W & W Tire if you're in need of some new wheels!

Good Ole down home country tire shop, you will not go anywhere else. Professional service, no upselling and everything is included in the quoted price. Balancing, Valve Stems, Free tire rotation and cheap fee to fix flats with no plugs, they patch from the inside and re-balance. Would give 10 stars if I could!!!

I've been using them for about 5 years. They don't come any better than this place. They know what they're doing and they treat customers with the utmost courtesy and they get you in and out quickly. Their prices are low and their quality of work and replacement tires are second to none. I have absolutely nothing even slightly negative to say about them. I won't go to any other tire shop. Use the best. Use these guys.

I've been coming here for at least 20 years. This hometown local business has NEVER let me down. Love the service I've received each and every time! I would NEVER go to big store Discount Tire Co over W&W. They're legit!

Customer service can be hit or miss. Over the years I have had very pleasant, helpful visits and great service that was above and beyond expectations and a day later walk in the dealing with the biggest idiots and most unpleasant attitudes with no help. There is no real organization so if they're busy there is a chance you may get overlooked and lose place, it's obvious and I don't trust their system.Again, I also have had them wait after hours to fix an emergency flat for me with a smile that made me feel taken care of but I've also left there so angry I swore I'd never go back and burned off to Lester's Automotive and haven't been back since Lester's was comfortable, friendly, organized, helpful and more affordable. So 3 stars since they pissed in my cheerios more than once in a very distasteful way.

Fantastic business that proves good service is not dead. Fair, friendly, and most importantly, honest service. They will never try to sell you anything you do not actually need, or play any of the games other shops occasionally try. Great work, fair prices, and friendly service. Highly recommend!

No one works on my vehicles but me. I have no faith in car repair shops. Unfortunately I'm not setup to replace tires, but fortunately for me W & W exists. They are by far the best tire shop around. Forget Discount Tire and Costco. W & W operates with pit crew efficiency. The other 2 do not.

W&W is a great place with decent prices. I recently ran over a nail and to patch up the tire was only $15, not to mention they also aired up the rest of the tires as well. They are quick yet provide efficient work.

Google shows store hours open till 6 PM. Needed the tires we purchased there rotated and balanced. Made a 1 hour trip to get there at about 5:24 PM. Wasted 1.5 hours of my time on the trip and 4 gallons of gas. Apparently they close at 5:30. All I got was "I'm sorry sir." All I can do is agree.

Found this place online with good reviews so I decided to try it out.They take good care of their customers and prices are fair.What impressed me most is little to no weight compared to other places I have been. I will definitely return here again.

Very effecient - ordered my tires - they came in 24 hrs - I received a call to come in - I drove right into the bay - new tires placed - old ones I kept so they bagged them and put them in the trunk. In and out in 30mins. Highly recommend.
