Very disappointed with my "advisor" yesterday, Gonzalo Ramirez, who questioned the discount offer I had received from the dealership and made me feel like I was trying to "get away with something." When I pushed back--gently-- on his aggressive interrogation of me, he became defensive and proceeded to lecture me. I could see this interaction was going south, so I went to the team coach, Frank Freeze, and he was able to deescalate the situation and take care of me-- the customer.HOWEVER, now the fun starts. All-though I had an appointment for 12:40pm, my truck did not go into the bay until well over an hour later. I understand dealerships can be busy, so I was not overly concerned at this point. BUT, when the oil change was completed, the truck left the bay at 2:20pm, Mr. Ramirez "sat on the paperwork" and I was not notified till 3:05pm when I went into the team coach office to check on the status of my vehicle (that I knew had left the maintenance bay 45 minutes prior.) As the team coach admitted, Toyota of Boerne Service Department "failed me" on this encounter, and to his credit, he waived the service charge for my oil change.The dealership (Mr. Ramirez,) wasted my time intentionally, and this should not be tolerated. Mr. Ramirez proved vengeful after a minor dust-up, and decided to make the rest of my afternoon a total waste of my time. He succeeded. He also succeeded in chasing a customer away over something that could easily have been turned into a win for the dealership. Sad.I welcome any opportunity to discuss this further with management.

Just left the service at Vic Vaughan Toyota of Boerne. What to say - rude, unprofessional, not thorough. Didn t rinse a car as I asked them to and didn t top the windshield fluid as requested as well. Now I m doubting that they ve changed the oil since they didn t do a decent job on other smaller tasks. The service adviser wasn t nice either. The wait was very, very long (hours near yelling TV and empty coffee pots).

Took my truck there to get repaired, they were short handed. The girl came out, got my informationand took pictures, never heard back?That s been 6 weeks ago.I already took truck down the road and got repaired.
