Started out great, was able to get my car in 1 week sooner than expected. Even got a rental car from them. But After repairs were completed , had issues right away. The person at the front desk tried playing off every issue was normal and the way it was. Another week goes by and its ready to go . Issues brought up were made better but not 100%. I got a water spot detail with 3 deep scratches in the hood that were not there before. How do i know ? A complete condition report with pictures and a detail shop doing a 3 step paint correction and paint sealant 1 week prior. They have my phone number if they really wanted to fix things or make it right. We will seeSetting a appointment 10/10Supplied rental car 10/10Repair 5/10Complementary detail 0/10

I had some damage done to my 2023 Sequoia and Toyota Boerne Body Shop left the car good as new. Jessica Dooley who assisted me throughout the process even went as far as delivering the car. Great experience all around and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

My car was scratch from one of their technicians. They took my car to this body shop. I didn t like the results you can see their fingerprints. I don t know they sprayed it with something else, but I m not satisfied with her service.

I had a great experience with Toyota Boerne Collision Center. The staff (ie, Mia, Brittany, and Keith) were knowledgeable and responsive. Last Tuesday, October 24, 2023, I traded my vehicle for a 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport. I was interested in a Tacoma that possessed all the features that would satisfy my expectations and price points. I had the pleasure to work with Gregg Dickey, Used Car Sales Manager. Gregg demonstrated extreme patience and assistance with finding the vehicle I was looking for. After I test drove a few Tacoma trim packages, Gregg directed me to a 2020 Tacoma TRD Sport. I liked the Cement Gray color and the features of the vehicle. Long story short, Gregg was able to work out a payment that suited my budget. In addition, Gregg graciously agreed to address some minor issues that needed to be addressed. Gregg was true to his word and exceeded my expectations. Gregg demonstrated a genuine interest in getting me in a vehicle I really wanted. I can't thank Gregg enough for his professionalism and assistance. I'm extremely happy with my Tacoma TRD Sport.

Drove an hour to get there after confirming that a specific vehicle was there with keys in hand, just to be informed that the sales guy, Victor, was busy and passed us off to some guy named Rico who tried to sell us a different car several thousand dollars higher. The original car is nowhere to be found. Clear bait n switch. I now see another Camry posted for the same price and states it s certified, and I feel bad for the next victim that drives across town for this lie.

I want to give this dealership a five star review because this is the one that was willing to go the extra mile for me. My daughter purchased her first vehicle from here. I was there with her going through the whole process and I can appreciate these guys compared to other Toyota dealerships in San Antonio. I want other people to come see what they are missing. I felt like the sales people were straight forward and that is what I like. Henry was the sales person taking care of my daughter. David was the manager willing to go the extra mile for me! Kudos to David! Go see these guys!!

Sales guy was nice, but bad service overall. I called asking about a vehicle to see if it was available. They told me it was there and to come in. 30 minutes later we arrived and the previous salesman I had spoken to was minutes late for the appointment. After being passed off to another salesman we waited an extended amount of time for him to check the status of the vehicle, at which point it said it was sold. Huge last of time.

Jessica Dooley and her team at the body shop went absolutely above and beyond to take care of our Camry's chipping paint. This was a recall issue and we had heard people were waiting very long times just to get their car evaluated. But Jessica was able to get us in very quickly and they did a very thorough and precise job while providing us a loaner car. In an age where customer service has plummeted and no one smiles, Jessica was a refreshing contrast to that attitude. She always gave us her attention and found ways to make our experience as painless as possible. The painter is very meticulous which made it take a little longer to finish, but we were extremely pleased and frankly surprised with the professional results. They even cleaned the inside of the car, glued down a loose console piece, changed a couple headlight bulbs, and cleaned everything under the hood - all for no extra charge. They even replaced the broken front bummer (which wasn't going to be painted) for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

What a hell of a crew! Stuck by me while dealing with StateFarm Auto(sic) not wanting to reimburse the full amount for getting back on the Road Again( Thanks Willie). They endured going back and forth with supposedly SF adjuster. Glad SF didn t have my back in Nam. Probably would be dead ! Thanks to the Toyota crew especially Kieth, Mia, and Heather in rental. Had my 30K mile maintenance done at thier shop today. They did a great job, my truck is 2 years old but feeling close to new. I really like that they washed my truck with the service. Very accommodating, they gave me a loaner car while the service was done (took just over 3 hours). Great service

To the salesman: STOP contacting us.Went once to check out a car that was by one salesman's definition as not drivable. We are not interested in any vehicle on your lot. Take our names and info out of your database. We are not your customers. We never asked for you to call us, especially at 9pm during the week.

Do not take your car here for an estimate, took mine in January for a minor incedent where a lady backed into my Camry damaged license plate and bracket. I was told they needed to replace plastic grill. I settled this with the person that backed into me. They never did any work only an estimate and reported an accident to CARFAX which devalued my car. BEWARE this will happen to you as well !

This place is horrible. First thing their employees don t know what to do. Terrible communication. They do Terrible work on my truck repair and it is almost impossible to make them to take my truck back for repair.On top of everything they tried to charge me over $900.00 because one employees do not report that transaction.Now all of them are gone and new management have to start over.Service: Body & Trim

This started as a great experience, but once my vehicle was returned to me and out of their hands, it took a turn. Throughout the whole repair process (2-3 weeks), the ladies at the front office were very helpful and provided me with great customer service providing me with updates. I appreciated that. When I first dropped off my car with them for repairs, I showed them the damage which they took note of. However, when I finally got my car back, I noticed that the repairs weren t even 100% completed with a dent still remaining on the back bumper. Not to mention, bubbles left on the clear coating/finish over the bumper. I reached out to the collision center 4 times and received zero help now that the car was back in my hands. I was ignored. No response. I even waited about a week to post this review to give them a chance to get back to me, but nothing. I totally regret taking my car there for repairs because 1.) I was advised not to use this collision center by the insurance company covering me as well as by local people in the Hill Country area, and 2.) because of their poor online reviews which I should ve listened to but didn t. I didn t listen and took my car there anyway since I had a good experience purchasing my EXPENSIVE vehicle from the Toyota of Boerne dealership and felt like I could trust their collision center. Again, I totally regret taking my car there for repairs. Poor repair job on such an expensive vehicle. And yes, like the collision center responses to the other reviews mention contact the dealership to resolve this issue.. I did. Multiple times. No help. I won t be returning to this collision center and unfortunately won t be purchasing my next Toyota from Toyota of Boerne. I sure learned my lesson. Now I have to figure out how to really get my car repaired at another collision center which will now likely have to be out of my own pocket. I hope this review is helpful to others who are considering taking your vehicle there.
