The hail damage was severe My F-150 has an aluminum body, so I wasn t very optimistic about a good result. Danny did a fantastic, outstanding job!! He was so personable, professional and extremely patient with me!! There is absolutely none, not even one little bit of proof that it was ever damaged. My only regret is that I didn t take a before picture. Thank you guys!!

Jake, did a great job on the repairs for my son s dent on the driver s door for the VW Jetta. A tire fell out of someone s truck hitting the vehicle. You cannot even tell there was a dent there. Highly recommend his company for any repairs!!!

How Dare you use a Picture of my Wife's Truck for your Advertising after the Absolutely Horrible job you did! We had to bring it back 4 times and you still missed dents on top of the truck! Then your buddy next door at the 4x4 center wants to come be your back up because I had the nerve to be upset? Tough guy to want to fight a disabled man! If your Reading this BEWARE! THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS! RUN AWAY!

True Craft PDR and the owner Jake is the epitome of excellence and professionalism. I recently (march '23) had over 500 hail dents (I was completely devastated) on my 2022 dodge challenger and True Craft PDR was able to completely repair my car to its previous state. I live in Austin but drove 2 hours to Boerne to have my car repaired by TCPDR because of the quality of work they achieve. I am now a life long customer and consider Jake a friend, I would recommend them 10/10, 100%, every day of the week for any paintless dent repair needed. Truly outstanding work!

Jake and Abby and (I did not get all of the names) are all professional and hard working individuals/business. We recently had two vehicles repaired by True Craft, one had to go to the body shop, they got it there and back all without our having to take more time off to deal with those worries. They worked with our insurance directly and all we had to do was show up and pick up two perfectly beautiful vehicles! Detailed oriented, professional and a wonderful work ethics! Peace of mind!

I had some minor door dings, a post with a dent and a crease in the truck bed. The post and the crease were bad but Jake did an amazing job getting everything back to looking like it was the day I bought my truck new.

Best customer and quality service at True Craft! Very pleased customer here. Jake and his crew did an exceptional job repairing the endless hail damage to my vehicle. He restored it back to excellent condition and the quality of work exceeded all expectations. Not only was the quality there in all aspects of the work, but it was a quick turnaround time considering the repairs necessary, and the customer service displayed from the crew at True Craft was highly professional and by far, the best service around. My #1 go-to auto shop now. Definitely recommend. Thanks again Jake and all at True Craft.

True Craft PDR is absolutely phenomenal! Both my and my husband s cars were damaged in hail storms. We took both of them to Jake and he made the entire process seamless. Extremely knowledgeable, genuinely kind and highly skilled. Jake and Abby went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, including dealing with our frustrating insurance company. Our vehicles both look good-as-new and we are very happy customers! I wouldn t take my car anywhere else. True Craft is the best around!

Jake was extremely friendly and courteous and fantastic to deal with. He got us in the shop quickly and fixed the large dent in our truck without even charging us! (It is an old truck and we're didn't care about paint repair we just needed the door to function properly) Thank you Jake for all your help! We highly recommend his shop!

I got Jake's name as a referral from Garret (Texas Auto Curators). Small damage on the front bumper for a 2019 Audi S4. Jake got my car in his shop within 24 hours and walked me through the entire process. He let me know that he ordered the exact 3 stage paint that is on the vehicle currently, despite the fact that the damage was isolated to one side, he let me know that he always repaints entire panels so it doesn't look like it has actually been repainted. Through the process Jake sent me updates on the car and let me know when it was ready to be picked up. Not only was the cost slightly cheaper than even the big body shops, but the work is phenomenal. Jake loves cars and takes great pride in his work. My vehicle looks like new and the reassembly did not uncover any issues with sensors or otherwise. I would HIGHLY recommend True Craft PDR for any issues you may have with your cars paint, his prices are reasonable and fair and he is a stand up guy. His staff is also phenomenal, friendly, and down to earth. I will never use another company for paint repair again. Thank you very much for the great work and solid customer service!

Jake with True Craft Paintless dent repair, did an awesome job on my car! I had two bad door dings and they looked horrible. I took it to Jake and he fixed them in no time at all. Jake and his team at True Craft PDR are nothing short of outstanding. They are professional, courteous, honest, communicate well and do an outstanding job at dent removal. I called Jake after two of my cars were hail damaged. He got the cars in, handled all of the insurance paperwork and returned my cars to me fully restored from the hail damage. It's truly amazing to see how good they look. I recommend True Craft PDR without hesitation. Use this family-owned local business that cares about the customer rather than some fly-by-night pop-up repair place! You won't regret it.

I took my 2014 Toyota Tundra in to Jake for some scratches and small dents. They did an excellent job. Truck looks Brand New. Very reasonably priced.. Taking our other car in next week.

Jake truly floored me! I had hail damage and had tried multiple times to go with a much larger company to get the repairs done, with no luck. The first time I visited True Craft I knew I had come to the right place! His work was faster than he quoted, easy, and professional! He kept in constant communication even with the ice storm we got hit with! He returned my car dintless and spotless on the inside (a true perk that was SO not necessary). I can not recommend him enough. Go give him a visit!

We took my husband s Corvette to Jake after receiving numerous recommendations regarding his work. My husband was a little nervous until he met with Jake in person. Jake came across as a very professional, confident and compassionate man. My husband picked up his Corvette today, and came home with the biggest smile. Jake did an outstanding and very Professional job on my husband s car. it looks brand new. I highly recommend him and my husband is going to take his 1979 Jeep to him next week.

Best experience I have had getting dents repaired on my car by far. Jake was very professional and personable and did an amazing job- even with black paint you cannot tell I was in a hail storm. Just got my Audi A6 back from True Craft Paintless Dent Repair, I had a good size Dent in my right rear Quater, and they made it look like it was staright from the factory. Great CS from start to finish, No price Haggling! Just straight up fair Business dealing. Sorry didn't Post a before and after but trust me theses guys are the real deal!!! Stopped in to get a quote for a car that is six years old. It has various dents, scrapes, chips that needed fixing over its lifetime. I felt confident in the work to be performed because the shop was full from local dealers needing hail repairs from a recent storm. It took a couple of weeks before the work could be scheduled; But it was well worth it. My car looked brand new as I remembered when I bought it. The price was very reasonable. They even spent some extra time touching up some paint chips that had been revealed after a good cleaning. I just had the opportunity yesterday to recommend them to a neighbor.

Made the process very easy by handling some rental and insurance things that were not even his responsibility. On top of a very pleasant and timely experience, the work was flawless! Truly amazing work from Jake at True Craft paintless dent repair. He made my Airstream look beautiful again after a regrettable self-inflicted dent. Because his shop is so close to where I live, he offered to come by my house and fix it, saving me the effort of hitching it up and driving it around the crazy Boerne construction....how cool is that! In addition to being friendly and courteous, Jake is a true professional at his craft! I am very happy with the impressive work done on my Airstream. I will definitely recommend True Craft and call on them for future dent repairs.

Jake from True Craft PDR was a pleasure to work with on hail damage we had and he restored it to perfection. The entire process was quick and a great value for what I paid. He did such a wonderful job on the car I took there that I will be taking him one of my other cars next week!

I have used True Craft PDR on two trucks, first 2021 F250 King Ranch, damaged tailgate from a goose neck trailer, when they were done, could not tell it had a dent at all. The next, 2022 F150 Platinum, small dent above the door handle, took about 10 minutes and no dent left or trace of it. They are upfront about cost (less expensive than most would think) and do the work professional and are all good people to deal with. I worry less about dents and dings knowing these guys can fix it while I stand there.

Fantastic work! Jake made an effort to get to my house late on a Friday so he could take care of my car before the weekend. He was extremely professional & polite, and got the job done very fast, leaving no trace whatsoever of a dent where there was one. I ll call True Craft PDR again in a heartbeat if I ever need a another ding removed.

Jake did an outstanding job getting a dent out of my hood on my Tesla Model Y and his prices are very reasonable. This is the place to go to in Boerne for all of your body panel repairs. Excellent service and incredible work.

THE NAME SAYS IT ALL! I took my 2021 Sonata that's 2 month old to Jake due to shopping cart damage (dents) to my driver door courtesy of an HEB customer. Typical right? Jake took one look and gave me a price that was extremely reasonable. Told me to pull it in and he'd fix it in 30 minutes. There were two dents. I watched him work and he is a true craftsman. My car is perfect with NO sign of the dents. There are a lot of people who do this work but I don't know any I would rate higher than Tru Craft PDR. After seeing Jake work, and the pride he takes in that work, it was nothing short of impressive. I will bring him all my business and feel he deserves at least 10 stars. You won't find a better person, business, or an artist like Jake.
