My rear view mirror got loose from the windshield thanks to the 105F but 10 minutes later was reattached. This people is awesome.

After an incident I needed a new window for my car. I set an appointment here for 8:30 in the morning. I arrived at 8:15, they took my car back as soon as I got there and I got out the door at 8:50! Very quick, very friendly. Also the best price of the 3 places I had to choose between. I'm very happy and impressed with my whole visit. Will definitely use them again if I have to have any of my windows replaced again. Thank you guys!!

I have tried to use this business for 5 months. I keep getting the same excuse that the Mobil repair man is out. The last call they said 2 to 3 more months. If your Mobil repair personal is out for half a year maybe you should consider getting more help. Long story I would never use this company in Boerne. They re a joke.

Thad Ziegler is a great place for your glass needs. We live in the hill country far from any help. Thad Ziegler was able to cut glass and get my window fixed extremely fast and affordable.

BE CAREFUL... used Thad Ziegler Technicians to come to my property for an work estimate of hail window damage to my house in Boerne. Techs did not call me while outside my gate, they pushed through my gate and BENT my gate arm. I even have signs on my gate that say "Private Property - No Trespassing", "Beware of Dog", & "Please call me 210.xxx-xxxx..." and techs still pushed opened my gate and damaged it. Supervisor/company refused to pay for my damaged bent gate arm even when I have proof that they PUSHED open my gate arm. I am filing a BBB report against this company.Service: Installation

Have used them for over 35 years. Had a big order when I built my house, & a small order when I broke a car side mirror, but the same great service in both cases.....no job too big or too small

Worst customer service by the manager and the receptionist at the counter. Because they are under staff and busy they think they can talk to people anyway they want to. Probably under staff because of the way they talk to their employees is my opinion! Now what I think is they thought I was not from around the Boerne area and new in the area so they didn t care how they talk to people but to tell you the truth my family has two business in the area. Never using this company!
