Can t say enough good things about this place. Leo and Tim will take care of you. We use a small tractor every day at the ranchita, twice a day it mowes and tows all the time and they keep it runnin. Great staff, plenty of parts and they are Honest with pricing and repairs. Love this little place. Thank you

Super friendly and fantastic customer service. I have recently started coming to Tellus for small engine fuel and other parts and am always warmly greeted. My toddler usually tags along and they treat him like a king!

Brought a Stihl chainsaw back in March and it won't run correctly. After numerous trips to the dealer that said I was the problem. Once I left it there for it to be worked on and after getting it back it was worse. Finally I found a repair shop that adjusted the carburator and it runs great now free of charge.

The staff here are very friendly. Dan I have to give you a pat on the back bud. He went the extra mile to get me the right part for my equipment. This part wad like a unicorn impossible and didn't exist, but Dan found what I needed and got it expressed shiped in for the next day. Great store and great people.

My first experience over at Tellus was a great one. Isaac was incredibly informative and helpful through the buying process. Also some questions answered by service techs there made me feel really good about our new riding lawnmower purchase. Super excited to get on it and cut our grass. We need more of this please! Phenomenal customer service. We are living in some challenging times for sure. Finding hard workers is tough. Today I walked in for a return of a new tractor tire. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size. I had to spend $25 for Discount Tire to mount it. When I walked in they welcomed me and then John, the General Manager walked out after hearing what had happened. He said do not worry, we will take the tire off and refund your money. This is what I am talking about. There is a reason he is the GM, as customer service is what it is all about. Thank you John and your team. I will now be a loyal customer and will support my local business. Next on the list .that beautiful new Honda mowerHighly recommend this place for all you mowing needs !!Earl

Mark Alverez, Service Manager and his team were outstanding. My 4410 required axle seals, the job was completed on-time and per the repair estimate. I highly recommend this Tellus shop for tractor repairs.

Follow-up: The X350 we bought from them is still running strong.I ordered spare tires and wheels and the parts department ar e really great people.Original: Jon Overturf and his sales (Sarah) and service staff are simply outstanding. Bought a new X350 and from purchase through delivery, it was white-glove. I really appreciated the delivery service, as well. Sterling from their service department did a complete overview and check upon delivery. The other thing that made this all standout was the excellent communication even after the sale. I was never pressured or upsold once- Jon and Sarah listened to what I needed and even pulled up spec/performance data I needed to assess loads and things. Was one of the most relaxing purchases I can recall making. As for the X350- was VERY THANKFUL I went up from the 120 Series models at Home Depot- those do have a purpose, but I would've over-taxed one of those for my needs and Jon helped verify the data- he just didn't waive his hand and said not to worry- he actually helped pull the data. I have zero doubt about great maintenance service when needed one day- the crew is really sharp. Many thanks! Dan N.

$55 to remove two screws and visually inspect piston on chainsaw. Said can't get part to fix and didn't even thank me for the $55. Five minute search online and ordered entire assembly for $37. I will do the overhaul myself. I will never use Tellus again.
