This place is great! Have gone to them for YEARS.Couple of tips:1) Generally, if you have them do just inspection, expect to wait an hour.2) Try and sync the inspection with other services (radiator flush, oil change) it will go faster (and they can do the inspection in the same bay as other services).3) Would HIGHLY recommend checking google maps (has a listing of their busier times) try to plan not to go during their peak hours (especially on the weekend).But the fact they have huge lines should indicate they are courteous and professional. They have ALWAYS been great and every time, have gone above and beyond.

Great service as usual.Brought my new 2024 Chevy Dually for its first oil change. Their system did not have any info on my truck, but they made the effort to find out and took care of it quickly.Always take our vehicles there.Always leave with a smile.Awesome crew.

Everyone is really friendly! They are super quick and I ve always had a great experience! I like how they have systems in place where they check each other so mistakes are limited! Very well run business! I ve been to several different oil change places and always come back because the service is so good!

I ve been using 5Minute for several years. They take care of you and not just with oil change. Last time they noticed a leaking boot on my front wheel drive right axel. It needed attention because it s my wife s car. If not for the people at 5 Minute the split boot could have led to something terrible. Thanks 5 Minute!

Best service i ever had at any Take 5 or Jiffy Lube or any other car business. The team was friendly, thorough, knowledgable. They all deserve a raise so that they can own their own Take 5. I would drive out of state to have my car serviced by these gentlemen....unless the state of Texas wouldn't allow it.

The folks at the Boerne take 5 are great, well organized and get things done efficiently. Felix was very helpful and spotted a leak in one of my tires while airing them up. Saved me from having a flat or blow out in a bad place. They are an oil change place but great at paying attention to all the details.

Most wonderful service by Nathan and his crew at the Boerne location. They did a thorough check of my oil, filters, water showed me what needed to be replaced. Very kind, patient and courteous! Its hard to find that kind of service these days. They really cared! Top notch! We will definitely be going back for future service!! Thank you, Nathan and all who helped. You ROCK!!!

UpdateMy review stated that nobody will give us a call back. Their response to my review was to call the number we have called religiously for months. No call back, no email. Still have not paid for the damages they made. Nathaniel Ekstrom was our claims agent. He has a direct line. Called him, left voicemails and left emails.No response.This place is an absolute joke. I ve already talked my friend and his business to stop bringing their work vehicles here. I will keep going until this business is no more, or takes accountability and pays us. Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible company to trust with your family s vehicle. At this point I wouldn t trust them to take the training wheels off my child s bike. They d probably destroy it and ignore you.Would give zero stars if I was able. Caused damage to my wife s car, and they said they would fix it. It s been 3 months and we still haven t been reimbursed. We call their customer service everyday, and send an email every few days. Can t get a call back.I will be telling everybody I know to steer clear from this business. Customer service is so horrible I honestly feel like it s on purpose.TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO A DEALERSHIP PEOPLE!!!

Staff was fast and efficient. Super friendly. Shout out to Felix who took the time to explain about the a/c filter. Overall 5 stars. Will not go anywhere else. Even though it's a good 30 minute drive to the Boerne location.

The team at Take 5 Oil Change was amazing. I came in for the convenience of being able to stay in my car while getting an oil change. They were efficient, quick to get me back on the road and explained thoroughly my car needed. Shaun showed a lot of compassion when I mentioned I had a headache and all around felt like my decision to come here was one I ll stick to. I highly recommend you come here and say hi to Shaun for me

I used to go to Take 5 a few years ago when I lived in Boerne and always had great experiences. Well, today my husband and I were passing through and he needed an oil change so we went to Take 5 and once again they were exceptional! My husband said it was the best customer service ever!

Everyone was very helpful, professional, quick. Oil change and inspection. One gentleman went out of his way to check a difficult to access air conditioning filter that badly needed changing. Offered me bottled water during the short wait time.

Best inspection and oil change experience ever! Felix and Aaron were so nice and fast. They even offered to check my ac filter which I didn't know to have done . It was in horrible shape and they changed it for me.They are the BEST, and not even too expensive.

Wait for state inspection was less than 5 min and actual inspection was fast and easy. Such a refreshing change from the normal 1 hour process to get an inspection. Tech was awesome!

The service I received was excellent! They are always so busy so I did have about a 20 minute wait in the line of cars but once I got my turn, the guys were extremely thorough and very friendly

Well, I wish I could give better news being this close to Christmas, but I was not impressed. They charged $90 for an oil change and did not even reset my oil life on my car. I had to YouTube how to reset it myself. The wait was so long (45 minutes for 2 cars in front of me) that I didn t dare go back and ask them to reset it. Also, they had a sign that said free fluid check so I asked them to check my brake fluid since I am traveling for the holidays, but they said they couldn t do that since it was not part of there normal fluid check. The only reason I m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is the people were polite and my car seems fine.

I have used Take 5 exclusively for the last 5+ years. In addition to the oil change, they do a thorough check of all vehicle fluids and wiper blades. Always contented with the service.

My daughter and I went to get her jeep inspected, I suggested take 5, because they are usually so quick. Great customer service. We were in and out within minutes. For real!!! Definitely a 5 star business!!!!

3 lanes open 3/4 Vehicles deep. Young man Walk to every vehicle offering a bottled water And a friendly smile. The Lines went quickly . And when it was my turn I could see the efficiency as all the workers were Communicating and working well together.

Always a great experience at Take 5. Really nice people. They re quick. If I changed my oil myself, I have to take the time to go get the oil, drain it, make a huge mess in the garage, fill it, pour it from the pan into some jugs, make a bigger mess, then eventually go dispose of it after letting it sit in the garage for a year. As quick and efficient as Take 5 is, why would I go anywhere else?

Went in for an inspection, line was long but it was a quick process! Employees were nice and didn't try to make sales on stuff I didn't need. Would highly recommend.
