AWESOME service! I stopped here (on a Friday afternoon) before a roadtrip for the holidays, and was greeted and taken care of promptly. They quoted me around 2 hours of a wait, due to how busy they are, but they were able to take care of my vehicle and send me on my way far sooner than that.I would recommend this to anyone in the area - affordable, quick & with great customer service!

I found my new Service Shop! This quick lane of Boerne was able to get me in and out quickly. I was in at 3:30pm and out by 5:15pm. Ussually, its a drag getting my vehicle serviced but with them they made it easy and quick.Also, I had major work done to the vehicle.Replaced 4 Brake Pads, Rotars, Oil Change, Oil Filter, Air Filter, Cabin Air Filter, Windshield Wipers. The best thing is they allowed me to bring my own parts. Moreover, the technician team looks exicted and happy to work which is a big plus because it means they treat their people right.I am definitely bringing my cars here for normal service. Saving time, money, headaches. I highly recommend Quick Lane of Boerne for anyone.Great Job Quick Lane pf Boerne! I will be back soon for more service.

Came for oil change around 1030am and was out of there in less than an hour, super fast very friendly employees, definitely will be back!

Went for an oil change and new windshield wipers. I was the first in line when they opened at 7am.The staff was courteous and friendly. Asked them to check the breaks as well.Service was fast. I would return again if in the area.There are no appointments at the Quick Lube, so you might end up waiting over an hour diring busy times.

This is a great concept. No appointment needed. Arrived early this morning and 45mins later I was on my way. Oil change and fuel filters changed. Excellent customer service received by Robert and Brittney. Spoke to Robert earlier in the week and he made sure he had the fuel filters in stock for my GMC Diesel. Thank you all for a fast, easy great customer experience. I highly recommend Quick Lube of Boerne!!!

Prices are competitive for the area. Great service and they always let me know what recommended services I may need. They also give me a detailed breakdown of any parts that are starting to wear down (such as the tires).

I needed a new battery for my Ford Escape, and I had some FordPass Points to burn, so ... I could either have the work done at the Ford of Boerne service center and wait a few hours, or I could go to Quick Lane and have it done sooner, so Quick Lane it was. The Ford Escape has an "interesting" battery replacement procedure, so I was planning to wait approximately two to three hours; if you know, you know. I was in and out in less than an hour ! My Service Advisor was Dylan, who did everything I asked, without question. I'm grateful for the service I received, and the price was competitive with other repair facilities. Wow !Service: Battery

Went into the Quick Lane for an AC diagnosis as per the recommendation of one of the Service Advisors at Ford of Boerne and when they were done I was surprised with a $155 Diagnostic fee that NOBODY mentioned beforehand!!!!Everyone was friendly and that s great, but if I had known there was going to be a diagnostic fee I would have definitely gone somewhere else instead.That s not okay.Super disappointed.

Took wife's Honda in for a routine oil change. Staff was quick, and friendly! Felix gave me some suggested services due to time and mileage since I was approaching 100K miles. Prices are consistent and they even offered me a shuttle ride when I bring it back in for service. Customer for life. Thank you Quick Lane!

I brought my truck in for an oil change, everything went smooth as expected until the next day. I come out to see a big oil spot on my driveway. I brought the truck back up to have them check what's wrong with it, and their response was nothing, just a little residue. I showed them the picture that is attached and asked them if this is a little residue. Due to their lack of attention to detail and laziness, I now have an oil spot to clean up.Service: Oil change

It s my second visit here and I was pretty impressed with the service and value the last time. So I didn t think they would take me in because it was so close to closing time but thought I d give it a shot anyway. Luis was at the front desk and he was so nice he said they would service my vehicle for me! Great service and great value!! I will keep coming back here for sure!!!Service: Oil change

I had an unrepairable flat late in the afternoon and didn't get back to Boerne until around 6:30pm, after driving 40mph on the interstate on a spare tire from the West side of San Antonio. I called Quick Lane and asked if they happened to have my tire in stock, at 6:30 on a Thursday night, when they close at 7. Noah was the nicest, most welcoming voice on the other end of the phone. He checked and came right back to let me know they did have a tire in stock and that they would be waiting for me. I arrived at 6:40 and was out the door by 7:07! Nothing but professional and courteous the entire time! I will definitely be back and would highly recommend Quick Lane to anyone needing tire service. Thank you, Noah, for helping me to end my day on a positive!

This is an updated review and I no longer do any business here. I had been getting my F150 serviced here for several years and I bought tires here. The problem came after having rear brake pads replaced here.I was working in the Hondo TX area and decided to have service done at the Ford dealership there. That s when the technician discovered that one of the rear disc brake actuators had fallen off it s mount. The bolts were missing. This was less than two months after the service in Boerne. Cost to repair parts and labor was over $400. This was an obvious safety issue so returning to Boerne was not an option.I called the Boerne service manager who informed me that the technician that had done the brake job was no longer employed. He also told me that there would be no compensation for their sloppy work.The Hondo dealership told me if they had been responsible there would have been no charge.Since dealerships and auto repair facilities are only as good as their willingness to stand behind their work I will no longer recommend the Quick Lane of Boerne. Unfortunately I can t rate them below a single star.

Quick and honest service. I had a screw in one of my tires. They removed it and said it hadn't penetrated far enough to charge me for a repair. Took $20 off my bill for the repair, when most other businesses would have left it on.

Updated Review- 7/19/2019- I had received a call from the Manager Mr. Kaufmann. He was very nice. He offered his apologies and told me that is not any where close to the service I should have received and to please let us try again. I had to get my brakes done so I said okay. They were able to get me in and my car was done by lunch which worked perfectly for my schedule. The only dings is the shuttle driver who again was no where to be seen to pick me up to get my car. Actually Mr. Kauffman picked me up and brought me back. The service there was great and my car finished when it was promised. I am glad I tried again. I think they may need to work on the shuttle driver but the shop itself did a great job. Thank you.June 2019-Okay I called the day before and asked questions about the service and the shuttle. Seemed like a great deal since it was down the street from my work. I arrived a little over an hour before work right after they opened. The man who helped me was nice and helpful and said the shuttle would not be there until 7:30 am I said fine since it is right down the street from work still plenty of time. I sat and waited I look at my watch at it is 7:35 I go up and ask and I am told it should be there any minute. I sit and wait it is 7:45 still no shuttle I ask if I need to go anywhere to meet the shuttle because I need to get to work. He says and I quote "The shuttle is behind because he went to get breakfast for the staff" I looked at him to see if he is kidding. Could he not have told me this 20 min ago? I told him I have to go and cant wait till after 8am to get to work. He says with a straight face "Come back at lunch and we will take you back to work" I dont think so. Went to another place that got me taken care of and did not try to over sell me. It amazes me what passes for service anymore. It was nice that he was getting breakfast for the staff but I should have been told the truth so I could make an informed decision and not be late for work.

Went in for an oil change. Did great and quick. But as many dealerships they told me I needed a new battery or my key fob wouldn t work, new brakes, etc. My key fob has been iffy lately. Well I opened up my key fob up today and noticed a tiny piece of cardboard adhered to the battery with a gel of some sort.Moral of the story, check your key fobs if they tell you that you need a battery for the car.

Had a flat, they repaired it rather than pushing to sell me new tires. They noticed my inspection and offered to take care of that. On top of that, they found out that my tires were part of a manufacturer recall. I would say they did more than just run me through the motions. Trustworthy.

Great facility! Everything was immaculate. The staff was extremely friendly and explained everything that was completed on my vehicle. They work on all makes and models to. So I will take all 5 of my cars there from now on (customer for life)!

My car battery died on Friday afternoon. By the time I got it jumped and running, it was just before 6:00 pm. Because the main service bays at Jennings Anderson close at that time, I took the car to Quick Lane. Great customer service with a smile! They went the extra mile to complete the warranty-required battery test and replace my battery before they closed at 7:00. Was very pleased and will definitely use them again in the future.
