I bought a used vehicle from Infinity in Boerne. The car buying process was quick and easy. I d even be willing to say it was pleasant. With it being a used vehicle , there were a couple items they agreed to fix for me after purchase. Then they became like every other car dealership. After the sell, I couldn t get anywhere with service. Jason my assigned service guy has never returned a phone call. I even called and spoke to one of the managers, Jay, hoping to get a response. It s been nearly 3 months and I ve never gotten a call back from Jason or from Jay (other than our one and only phone call). I called weekly in the beginning, then daily for about a week, I even went in person hoping to make progress. No updates, no answers, nothing. I went ahead and purchased new break pads because the squeaking was becoming unbearable. I recommend getting items fixed from them before proceeding with the purchase of any new or used vehicle.

Infiniti of Boerne has always treated me well, much better than other dealerships closer to me which is why I continue to take my car there all the way from Corpus. This company is so unprofessional. My sister bought a car here 2 months ago. They caused her so many issues with paying off her last vehicle causing her to have to pay late fees. Didn t send her deal through on time. Ran her credit with 8 hard inquiries. SO FAR. Since the deal took 2 months to go through it will be ran again. The GM refuses to call her back. Finance refuses to call her back. We ve gone up and had to sit for hours just to talk to someone. Sales reps talking ugly about anyone not buying a car right now.

I drive out of my way just to go to Infinity of Boerne. I like to see Alan to do keep up with both of my cars. He remembers each car and what we did the visit prior.I used to use Infiniti of SA, closest to me, but they did not care about my car or my time.Even when my car needed service and was only 6 months old, I requested a loaner in advance just to be told that the person in charge of the keys did not get there until 9am. As I waited, she never came to see me and she left early for lunch. The Infiniti of SA ended up sending me to get a rental with a driver that had no idea how to get the Enterprise. My husband took his car abs also needed a loaner to go to work, asked in advance and approved in advance, his loaner was so dirty that we kept the pictures and decided never to go back, this was before COVID.Once we started going to Infiniti of Boerne, all changed, the waiting room was open and clean. To my surprise several of the great people from the other dealership started working at Infiniti of Boerne.Alan and my mechanics are GREAT, Professional, and I m informed every step of the way with what is happening to my car and time. If I can wait, I do because it s clean and secure. If I need a loaner, it is waiting for me on time.I highly recommended Infiniti of Boerne.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

They had my car in and out for an inspection in 15 minutes shared that it would be an hour for a wash so I skipped that and went on with my day!
