Just like going to BMW dealer! But less $$$ I took my 4series Grand Coupe for AC check as it no longer had cold air blowing. They recommended a thorough evaluation and found the compressor was out. Was not surprised as my Beemer is 8 yrs w 70k miles. The cost to eval 99$ So they gave an estimate, they allowed me to think about it. BMW dealer evals and labor were far more than this place that works on Porsche, Audi, Mercedes etc.They give an amazing guarantee so we said yes. The day of check in they offered me an Uber but then decided they had a new Passat loaner available! Wow how awesome was this for service! You sign a loaner agreement and off I went. I work remotely so perfect. I received a text later updated me then a final call my BMW was blowing snowballs AC!!! These guys are professional, knowledgeable and facility top notch. Impressive lounge and see thru glass to the high tech work garage. Was great seeing other high end cars coming and going. Thank you Premier 1 Dominion!

Dave and Jimmy provided outstanding service with my suspension/tire installation on my pickup. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Finally found a solid mechanic shop and I'll be taking my vehicles here for future services. I highly recommend!

We had an outstanding experience with Premier1 Auto Care at The Dominion! From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in good hands. They went above and beyond to take care of our daughter's 2019 Subaru Impreza, repairing a wheel bearing, replacing two tires, and performing a full alignment all in just one day!Not only were they efficient, but the quality of their work was exceptional. They may not be the cheapest option out there, but as they say, you can have a service that two of the following: cheap, fast, or high quality Premier1 Auto Care delivered on the latter two fronts for sure (and definitely still cheaper than a dealership!). They also matched the price at a popular tire shop for the two tires!Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. We highly recommend Premier1 Auto Care to anyone in need of automotive services. Thank you for exceeding our expectations and for keeping our daughter safe on the road!

It's rare that you find a place that you trust 100% working on your car. That search is over for me. I knew what was wrong with my car going in and I was curious if their diagnostics were going to come up with the same conclusion. Not only did they nail it but they gave me a couple different (very affordable) routes for the fix I didn't even think of.The facility was super clean and is not like a typical repair shop. You felt like you were in a high end dealership without the "heavy sales". The people at Premier 1 provide next level customer service. They were in constant communication with me which I appreciated and also gave me full diagnosis workups that I could read from my phone... along with pictures and videos to help connect the dot visually on what was wrong.They have earned my continued business. If you are looking for an affordable, straight shooting shop that will get you running again... Premier 1 is that place!!!

My experience with Premier 1 was beyond perfect. They offer Porsche certified technicians, full explanation of services all the way through, pricing that is less than the dealership and same day service. I was even offered a loaner or ride service once I dropped my car off. I was busy with work on the day I dropped off, so they parked my car in a covered protected area, put my key in a locked box and gave me a combination to retrieve my vehicle on a Saturday, when they are closed. I have already recommended them to others in the PCA, and am taking my vehicle back for another service this week.

The repair facility was absolutely immaculate! The service was prompt, courteous and extremely professional. Adam took great care in going over everything and there was ZERO pressure to do any other work. The other employees all acknowledged me at various times and engaged in General discussion. Vehicle work on my Mercedes CLS 550 was completed in less time than quoted and the cost was 1/2 of what I ve been quoted and paid at MB of Boerne, where I ve never had any issues but for the same work and half the price I m a Premier 1 customer moving forward!

I had both rear shocks replaced. In and out in less than 2 hours. Very nice facility with comfortable waiting area. I thought the cost was a little high but was better than the Caddilac dealership.

Check in was a breeze, the advisor was helpful and easy to deal with. The process was easy. I booked online, and dropped off as scheduled. The facility is brand new, super nice and comfortable plus a really convenient location. I felt comfortable with the cost and description of what need to be done. Highly recommend them!

I needed to have my Suburban serviced and also checked for squeaky noise coming near the serpentine belt/pulleys/tensioner. Serviced and no more squeaky noise. My previous experience with Premier1 on hwy 281 location was always great and this is even closer to me and service is great and the repair/service is reasonable. I would recommend without reservation.

Highly recommend premier one for Euro Service! Super friendly and professional staff, with beautiful clean facilities.
