I love Oreillys. The employees are a great help. They are pretty knowledgeable of what products they offer as well as quick to help you then check you out at the register to send you on your way. The pricing is more affordable also! Can't beat that!

It was nice to go into an auto parts store and the person assisting you be very knowledgeable in many different areas of the automobile electrical mechanical and computer I haven t experienced that in so long most of these other auto parts stores not mentioning any by name but you have to do all the research all the way down to finding their part number and let them know what their part number is and tell them if they have it in stock or not at that point you might as well go on line find the best value and order it yourself but how the young man came across being very knowledgeable was well received and will keep people like me coming back receipt says the young man s name was Devon on drawer 2Well thanks again

My check engine light came on . This is the first place I thought I d bring my expensive car . They plugged my car in and told me the code. Easy right He then reset it and I was good . O'Reilly AutoBefore this I went to auto zone , auto zone has been in business for quite some time they had the scanner they couldn t find where to put it I went to three auto zones yep they couldn t find where to plug it in they stretched to look they had me doing all these crazy things and looks like there all working out of the same training manual which doesn t work I m done going there . I go to o Reilly for everything these guys know what they re doing and know exactly where to go to solve the problem . I think auto zone is a joke in my book I ll never go back . Carbratt13

Five Huge STARS on service. ZERO stars on answering the phone. Offer a competitive wage that attracts AND retains ENOUGH staff to cover ALL shifts and the ZERO stars for the phone will go to a 5+

Thank you Van for taking care of me!! I'm from out of town and had issues with locating my receipt for my warranty. Van took out the time and assisted me with not only locating my warranty. He also installed my battery very friendly. Thank you so much!

I needed to change a brake light bulb in order to get my car inspected but Ford decided to over-engineer the housing for the bulb so I came to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Boerne to get help with changing the bulb out.An employee named Van was super helpful in changing out the bulb for me! He took the time to make sure it was working properly before I left. I really appreciate Van's assistance and his exemplary customer service is typical of the folks at the Boerne location. I won't go anywhere else in Boerne for auto parts.

All I wanted to do was buy a quart of power steering fluid. One guy was handling a big refund, another guy was playing with his phone filling an online order or buying stuff for himself, idk. Another guy was stocking stuff in the back. My presence was never acknowledged. My desire to checkout was never acknowledged. I finally asked if the guy stocking could check me out and was told no he can t with no offer of explanation or help. I put the quart down and left and went to Walmart, where I found the same fluid for less than half the price. That was first and last time to ever enter an O Reilly.

This O'riley had the nicest workers. They helped my grandmother with her vehicle problems and really looked out for her with her ailment and not knowing what to do about her car's service. They really gave her the help she needed, and the customer service was great. Very much appreciated how they treated her. The workers are Jacob, Brian, Jessie and they are amazing!

Was having charging issues with my vehicle, and the staff listed off a few things that might be wrong. Employee KC came out to my vehicle and checked on it, saw that the battery was bloated and switched it out using the warranty I had on it. KC, you're a rockstar.

I just stopped into O'Reilly the service was excellent. I asked for the cheapest part that I needed and they got me the least expensive one, a lot of times other auto parts store won't do that. I asked a technical question to the clerk he was very helpful and knowledgeable thank you O'Reilly

I've always shopped at O'Reilly's for all my car parts yesterday I stop at AutoZone it was on the way were I was going really didn't want to but I did big mistake the guys didn't kno anything couldn't even help with brake pads and a battery cable to the starter came to O'Reilly's today the guy in there got me my parts within 5 minutes lol great service and kind and fast and know what they're doing

The guys that work here are knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy. We had to come buy some "band-aid" items for my wife's car, and Jesse was very helpful.

Was in need of an 8mm socket to tighten down my hood latch. The guys behind the counter not only let me borrow the tool I needed but also helped me get the correct hardware I needed. Extremely grateful. Very professional and helpful.

I want to send out a big thank you to Brian,Jacob,Jessie my car broke down while i was on theway to the cancer center in houston and these young gentlemen went over and above the call of their job to help me they made sure i was safe they got in touch with a person that could come there and repair my car on a sunday when most everything is closed. O'REILLY should be very proud of these young men that work in their store.

The employees were great! Wonderful customer service as they helped reach under my car to match the bolts I needed. Went above and beyond to try to help make sure I would be able to get home, another hour drive. So glad I found O'Reilly's, and a massive thank you to the employees!

Went in for wiper blades, had Josset help me out. Outstanding customer service, even installed them for me so I didn't have to figure out which adapter I needed! In and out in a couple minutes with new wiper blades installed, can't beat that. I will definitely return.

Came here to get a new battery for my vehicle as my old one had started to corrode and had gotten wedged on the terminal connector pretty bad. Randy went above and beyond our expectations to pull out the stubborn battery (after 20-30 minutes of fighting it) and install the replacement. Thanks Randy!
