If I could give half a star I would for their service center. Went back 3 times for the same sensor, they still couldn t fix it. Both times I had awful service. Called to ask to speak with a manager about the issue twice and never got a call back. Sent the manager an email explaining the situation and never heard back. Won t ever go back.

The owner Umer Khawaja is cheap and full of himself. He rips off customers at his gas station on blanco road too. He doesn't care about quality he cares about lining his pockets.

You will be taken care of like family and with respect. Good service with multiple waiting areas, snacks, drinks, and a nice TV to entertain. Their is also a children's play room with toys and a TV.

Big turnover in the service department. But, the level of service seems the same. They've got a lot of workers standing by the entrance bay, but no one does anything to welcome you or help until you go inside. Not like BMW or Mercedes...but am I expecting too much....I don't think so.Here's some more Irony -- I sat there for over an hour waiting on vehicle inspection prior to registration, no one said anything until after service. Days later I get multiple calls....do I want to trade in my car? Am I interested in buying a car? Do I want to sell my Nissan ! Each call, I suggested they update their tactics and pose these type of questions while their customers are there sitting around for hours waiting on them to service my vehicle. Each time the lady called she sounded like she was eating or chomping on a wad of gum or Taffy only to reply: " sure" and then hang up.

In regard to the Service Department:Prices are higher than others in the area. Billboard outside says $35 for an oil change yet that doesn t include their required oil filter change (add an additional $40). Very misleading on their part, buyer beware. Many of the service advisors seem overworked and assume who has been checked in and who hasn t. Should probably check on everyone and make sure they have been helped before assuming.In regard to the dealership:Very forceful approach to selling cars and the car salespeople try to keep adding packages to your potential car. Went with a friend to help them buy a car and I felt like we were NEVER going to leave that place, until we finally did. Never again.

Service. Deceptive. Scheduled online for a package described as oil change, rotation, and multipoint inspection, for $79.95. When I pulled up they said $79.95 AND $24.95 for rotation, because my vehicle required synthetic oil. Nowhere was this noted in their online selection, based on MY vehicle. It's not the money, it's the deception. I wil have my local mechanic take care of my car. No longer trust Nissan. And I will not buy another car from them.Service: Oil change

Worst service department I've had the misfortune to visit. I took my truck in for a service engine light. They looked at it and ordered a part. When I went back to have it installed the service advisor argued with me about whether I had a warranty, which I did. Then the part was the wrong one. I live over an hour away so 6 hours and 250 miles and my truck still has a service engine light on. Also, the 3 different service advisors I talked to before today no longer work there so there's some real issues going on. UPDATE: Later in the day I find out that they did in fact have the correct part, sitting on the shelf in the parts department. A 3rd trip will be required to have it installed. When I spoke with the service advisor she lied about it and the Service Manager was supposed to contact me "first thing in the morning". I have been calling all day to set the appointment to have it installed but the call consistently goes to hold, then after 15 minutes goes to voicemail. I've also left another message for the Service Manager with no reply. So much for customer service. This dealership seems to be imploding! I know I'm not the only customer but I was raised to treat each customer like they were the most important one. It's bad enough that every, single time you call you can't get ahold of anyone, but then to be ignored and not be able to set an appointment. The hold song seems like a slap in the face when the guy sings about being on hold and hoping it doesn't take all day for someone to answer, over and over again, and then they don't answer at all. At least he sings it well.

5 star review for service advisor Jordan H. We had an unfortunate issue and he went above and beyond to assist us. He went out of his way to take over and find a resolution for us while maintaining great customer service all along the way. Boerne Nissan has always provided stellar service. I am greeted with a smile immediately as I drive to the service gate - always welcomed and treated with respect and efficiency. They are my Nissan Family with excellence of care and attention to detail, very thorough - exceed my expectations every time. It was no different with Chris this last time. I went to get my inspection there because it s so convenient to my house. They were fairly quick and when I got to my car after they completed the inspection THEY ALSO WASHED MY CAR

We have had our vehicle serviced here for many years. Richard does a great job keeping you informed of items to be addressed. Parts can be difficult to get, but have patience they will get it in, get it installed and get you back on the road as soon as possible. Take some quarters to use the vending machine if you an on waiting around.

Buyer beware! I purchased an Armada at Nossan of Boerne for it's towing and carring capacity only to find out a year later that I was given a vehicle with the wrong tires with much lower weight and speed ratings. When I brought this to their attention, they simply brushed me off saying that the sticker on the driver's door was irrelevant... I pull a travel trailer with my family in the vehicle and our safety was compromised by the lack of inspection pre-delivery of my vehicle. I don't see myself buying a vehicle here again EVER!....

Today I went there and felt ignored I did not use my normal guy and the guy I did used only texted once with the inspection no other updates no one came and talked to me I don t even know his name of who my advisor was. I just hope I never book with him again.

I ve been taking my Nissans here for service for the last five years. They do a very good job and the prices are reasonable considering you re dealing with a dealership. And as is common, they always recommend additional maintenance services that might or might not need to be done. But they never high-pressure you to have these services done right away. I wish they had a true dedicated express lane for oil changes, but they do not. So be prepared to wait two hours to get your oil changed.

Butch is a wonderful salesman, down to earth, polite, and informative about the vehicles. I will purchase from him in the future. My fiance and I were very impressed with his professionalism. Sentra purchased, next will be my titan pro 4 X, hopefully next year.

Ronnie Benavidez was an awesome sales associate. I was coming from Austin, so he pulled the truck and walked it to make sure there was nothing that was wrong. He told me about a couple scratches before I made the drive, which were no big deal. Made us comfortable while waiting for the paperwork. I have had faster buys, but it was very pleasant experience. Ended up purchasing the Raptor I came to look at. 3 hours from start to finish and I got a great deal on my trade in as well as the new truck purchase!

Terrible customer service, plus Terrible service. They lie to your face with a smile. Knowing they are screwing you. Took our car in for service replaced wrong part and did a terrible job on wheel alignment.
