I bought my second vehicle from Butch this weekend. He is such a good salesman and made the experience so seamless and easy the first time I just had to go back and have the experience again. I went in with 3 vehicles I was considering, he explained the pros and cons of all of them and knew my driving habits and put me in the most perfect vehicle I could have imagined. Austin in finance explained everything perfectly, and everyone I spoke with at the dealership worked to make the deal happen and I couldn t be happier. All the sales people at Nissan Boerne are great, but I highly recommend requesting Butch!

If you re looking for a car and an experience that s as smooth as the purr of a finely-tuned engine, then you ve got to meet Christopher Lemasters! From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I knew I was in for a ride and not just a test drive.Christopher greeted me with a smile so bright, I needed sunglasses. He knew every car like the back of his hand, and I m pretty sure he could tell what each car had for breakfast. His knowledge was only matched by his patience, which was a godsend because I know as much about cars as I do about quantum physics.The test drive was where the magic happened. Christopher didn t just sell me a car; he sold me a dream on four wheels. He talked up the car s features with the enthusiasm of a kid in a candy store, and by the end of it, I was half expecting the car to transform into a robot.Negotiating with Christopher was like playing chess with a grandmaster who also happens to be a stand-up comedian. He gave me a deal so good, I felt like I should be wearing a mask because it was practically a steal.In conclusion, if you want a car buying experience that s as enjoyable as a road trip with good friends, Christopher at Nissan of Boerne is your go-to. Just be warned, you might leave with a new car and a six-pack from all the laughter!

Life threw a curveball at our family and needed to find a car that would fit our life style and get us around town for business and pleasure. Our friends and family have told us go to Nissan of Boerne. We showed up on Friday midday. My wife and I were greeted by Johnny. He asked us what we re looking for. We told him what we would be using the car for and what we like to do for our summer vacation. He excused himself and came back with a few cars for us to test drive. The first car he brought Johnny was confident that was the car for us and doubts we would want to test drive the other cars he had pulled for us to see. Johnny brought out a beautiful 2020 Pathfinder with low mileage and had the towing package already installed. The whole process was incredible, I have purchased a total of 5 cars in my adult life. The first 4 were with another dealership that s a lot closer to home. The last pathfinder we got left a very sour taste in our mouth with the previous dealership.This recent purchase made with Johnny at Nissan of Boerne was smooth and definitely worth the 45 minute drive.My wife and I really recommend checking out Nissan of Boerne and we suggest you ask for Johnny!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rudy Campos as my car salesman, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Rudy's knowledge about the vehicles was impressive, and he had a great sense of humor that made the whole process enjoyable. My experience was amazing!. Paulina Wolff made my process as the best experience that I ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. It was smooth, fun , no pressure at all and fast. Eddie Cavallero and Austin were amazing they did everything they could to help me get back in a car. It took a few days but it was well worth it and I drove away extremely happy. Would definitely recommend coming here over any other dealership. Eddie was friendly, professional, happy to help, and still all of those things even after you buy your car.

I have been shopping and comparing prices. I'm looking for the best deal available in this turbulent time. I met Sarah Garcia, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She shared lots of options to consider, which helped and wasn't pushy. It was a pleasant experience. Plus, a huge bonus is that she is a female, which is rare to see in this car industry.

Jason was good. However, with an appointment I would expect the sales person knowing why I am there and what I am looking for. Since we discussed it in making the appointment to begin with.The dealership that learns that customers do not like the back and forth game with the "desk" will become the model dealership people will want to spend their time and money. Also if they can cut the customer time in half would greatly benefit as well. Spending 5-9 hours at a dealership is just to right.Lastly, spend time with the customers that purchased a vehicle. There needs to be a get to know the vehicle prior to driving away. Forgetting about the customer who already spent the money for a new customer is not how to retain or secure repeat customers. They may stay with the brand but with some other dealership that cares all the way to their home. How about a follow up call to check with the customer in 48 hours to check and verify all is still good or questions.

Very dissatisfied with this car dealership. My husband and I went in to test drive a couple of vehicles on their lot this past Saturday. We didn t come to an agreement that night after much negotiation, but were told by the sales manager Josh to take a picture of the offer provided, take time to think about the it and call back on Monday if we decided to take the offer. We thought it over and decided to take the offer. Today my husband called the dealership to accept the offer however, he was told by Josh the sales manager (same person from Saturday) that the offer was only good for Saturday, which is the complete opposite of what he said Saturday.Another thing I want to point out is the bait and switch tactic that this dealership uses. They advertise a price for vehicles but when you start negotiating they automatically add on a dealer pack of $6000+! I m no attorney but this probably falls under false advertising.We were ready to make the purchase with cash down and they reneged the offer. For a dealership who prides themselves in customer service, they fell incredibly short.I just read the negative reviews (which I should have read prior to even wasting my time) we definitely dodged a bullet with these unethical people! I ll take my business straight to BMW!

My quest for a new car was brought to its conclusion here at Nissan of Boerne. I have had many bad experiences getting ripped off by devious car merchants, so as I walked through the glass doors full of fear and anxiety, my guard was raised high. But alas, a salesman by the name of Nicholas Sego appeared, and this man quickly alleviated my despondency and suspicion. What I thought was going to be a battle of wits and price points turned into a dialectical harmony between two strangers. No cheap parlor tricks, no smoke and mirrors, Nicholas was the geniune real deal. He procured the ideal car to suit my needs, and thereafter, he discovered an even more perfect automobile that they had available; perfectly aligned with my ideas, price and needs. With his guidance and expertise, Nicholas rewired my neural pathways in relation to this fearful process and displayed what a car buying experience should actually look like. No buyers remorse, and no sleepless nights. I am glad to have crossed paths with this young man as I could'nt have asked for a smoother and more relaxed experience.I must also add to any potential customers reading this: Use the coffee machine at your own perile. That contraption has a mind of it's own. And absolutely do not under any circumstances try and make yourself a 2x cappuccino extra strong.
