I dropped my 2023 S500 off for my Schedule A Maintenance. I was assigned Ryan as an advisor. I let him know that I had a piece of rubber taken out on the wall of my front passenger tire. He notified me that they would look into it. I picked up my car the next day and got a flat on the way home on the tire in question. I had to wait 2 hours for a tow only for the car to be taken back to the dealership I had just left. I asked if the car could be delivered to my house once the tire was replaced since I was already inconvenienced enough. Ryan said he would take care of it. Once my car was ready he told me to come pick it up and that I must have run over something on the way home. However, there was no nail, or object found. I find this hard to believe since I was on the highway the entire time, didn t hit a pot hole, and it happened within minutes of leaving the dealership. I don t believe the car was inspected thoroughly enough, or something happened to it while in possession at the dealership. Now I either have to wait the entire weekend to get it delivered Monday afternoon, or spend another hour driving to pick it up again because they couldn t deliver it after all. On top of this Ryan charged me an extra $50 on my service that was not notated. Once confronted about this extra charged it was removed, but without clarification of why it was there to begin with. I was never emailed or texted videos of the inspection, or after the car returned to the service department with the flat. I spoke to the service director, Kevin, about this and he said he would send me video, but I never received it. I feel like there was a lack of customer service from top to bottom. Very disappointing for such a high end dealership.

Recently, my car was in the shop to have one of the sensors calibrated. The service writer did an excellent job taking care of my vehicle. And getting it back to me in a timely fashion. Thank you!

If you are looking for a place for your MB, this is the one to go! My service advisor, Matt, was nice and helpful! The job was done quickly! The customer lounge was nice. They also have a big glass window where you can see the shop and the technicians working on your car. That's cool!We moved to the SA area earlier this year. So, we had to find a place for our MBs. I tried another dealership in town closer to us but wasn't very happy with that one. That one did get the work done, but the customer experience was way worse than the dealership in my previous town.One day I heard a slight humming noise after I started the car in my garage. Then, I went to a European Specialize shop in town (a Google review 5-star shop). The people were nice. However, they didn't get the work done right. They did charge a similar price as the dealership but used aftermarket parts. The same issue (which the car didn't have before) repeatedly happened after their work. So, I had to take the vehicle someplace else to fix the job done by the European Specialized shop. Glad I tried MB of Boerne this time!

I live in Houston and had been looking for this type of vehicle for a few weeks. Being that I am in the Auto Industry as well, I expect great customer service and that is exactly what Ray provided. Always available to answer any question I had. He stood by the price he originally quoted and no dealer adds. My nephew loves his GLC300 Coupe. Thank you, Ray!

Well we were happy with Mercedes of Boerne till recently. Let me tell you if you buy tire & wheel insurance you might as well kiss that good bye. We bought a ml63 with low miles and the car fax indicated the wheels had been repaired so they the dealer suggested we buy tire & wheel insurance which we did. Right after we had car within the first year car was in for service and they said 2 of the wheels needed replaced I said go ahead and put on we have insurance, got a call back oh we will just repair, really why? Well fast foward we now have a wheel that is no longer reparable and is 1200.00 dollars, granted we have spent 17,000 in repairs and 259, in cars you think they would give us better treatment, my car had been there for a month and I had to do all the calling. We picked car up today with a spare because they needed rental back because they are being charged for the days lol no worries we still had to make car payment. Not too happy with Mercedes Boerne there loss.

Amazing sales and service. Had an issue with my new mercedes, but these guys got it taken care of, got me a loaner in the meantime, and the GM kept in contact with me to ensure I was taken care of. This is the ONLY place I will buy a car from in the future! Shoutout to James Godkin for all your assistance!

The service people were wonderful. Despite a late day service call they took us in right away . Instead of waiting until the next day to look at it, they diagnosed it right away and immediately ordered the parts. I brought the van in late Wednesday and was back on the road Friday afternoon . Great service, especially from Ivan Moro, our service advisor. I would highly recommend this dealership Mercedes Benz of Boerne, Texas.

Such a nice dealership, shame their service is such a disappointment. They kept our sprinter for 2 weeks, never called to update us on the status, never returned calls. They didn't even have the courtesy to give it a basic wash.You'd expect more from Mercedes.

Wow what an amazing experience at this dealership !! I have owned all the brands (Nissan, Ford, Jeep, Ram) but Mercedes. This has by far been the best experience with a service department at any dealership I ve ever been to!I recently bought a used sprinter motor home manufactured by Dodge, but with a Mercedes engine. I am leaving tomorrow for college in Colorado and have been calling everywhere around San Antonio trying to find someone to change the oil for me and give me guidance on all things maintenance, as I have never owned a diesel/dually/sprinter.I gave up on finding someone to do an oil change after getting quotes up to $179 just for labor from RV maintenance shops and straight No s from Dodge dealerships and regular oil change facilities.I got recommended from Ancira Dodge in SA, to call Dodge in Boerne, who recommended me to this Mercedes dealership across the street from them.At this point all I wanted to know was what kind of oil I should put in there as everyone had been telling me even if we could, we are booked out to February. What a relief after getting on the phone with Randall who told me to swing in when I wanted and they d jump right on it! And boy did they! Daniel also took the time to go over all the essential maintenance I needed to keep up with and he personally checked the vehicle for me to see what kind of condition it was in and reassured me it looked good for my long drive to CO.This dealership is very nice, including the people that work there. Massive stock of sprinters too if you re interested. I believe my next vehicle will be Mercedes if this kind of care is the norm with this company! We will see when I need service in Colorado! Thank you Daniel and thank your Sprinter Service team too!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S FINEST!I cannot say enough about Michael Talamantez!Professional, Patient, No Pressure......We drove from Austin to buy a used car for my daughter and he treated us like we were spending $100k.He gave me all the information on the vehicle straight, and sent additional pictures so there would be no surprises.The vehicle was even better than we thought it would be.He knew we wanted to get on our way back and he had everything prepared for us.Very efficient!When I do get $100k to spend on a car, I know who I will turn to.Michael is truly a man of integrity.

My family has been with MB of Boerne for years now. We really love it there. The customer service is great. Our service advisor Daniel is outstanding, he is professional and helpful. Love the way how he explains everything, he is one of the main reasons we are going there.

If you live in the Boerne or San Antonio area and are looking to purchase a Mercedes Benz then MB of Boerne is THE place to purchase from. I purchased my first Mercedes (2nd owned) a week ago and could not be more happier with the product and service.
