Had an amazing experience with Robert, my sales consultant, and Mark, my finance guy! Both were very helpful throughout the entire process of buying my corvette!Robert was not very pushy, was great with communication as I was unable to immediately see the car and was stellar when helping me get to the final part of buying the car. He also checked in with me days after to see how I was enjoying my purchase. Very great person overall.Mark was very straight forward with the finance part. He talked about everything in Layman's terms and helped me decide which routes were best to go. That mixed in with his great personality, could not have had a better car buying experience.Thank Mercedes-Benz of Boerne! Highly recommended them.

The best car buying experience. I have purchased several vehicles over the years, this by far has been the best car buying experience. It all started with the foundation, the salesman (William Taylor). He greeted my husband and I after giving us an opportunity to explore the lot. He had impeccable timing, when he approached us we just found a vehicle that we were interested in. William was there to answer all of our questions. The outstanding customer service did not end there all the employees that we interacted with including James, the financial manager, was friendly, attentive, and informative. From the start, all the way until we drove off of the lot, I had a positive car buying experience. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Boerne.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Guy Vick during the purchase of my new car, and I must say that he provided me with excellent service throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Guy was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He listened attentively to my needs and preferences and worked hard to find me the perfect vehicle.Throughout the negotiations, Guy was patient, transparent, and fair. He answered all of my questions and concerns and made sure that I was comfortable with every aspect of the deal.In the end, I was extremely satisfied with my purchase and the level of service that I received from Guy and the entire team of Mercedes Benz Boerne. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely happy with my new car, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Thank you, Guy, for your excellent service!

Purchased a used Mercedes from this dealership, and don't have enough great things to say about the experience.When I first called I got spoke with the sales manager Vince, I believe, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was calling about down to the details of when they received the car on trade and the owner. He handed me off to another salesman by the name of Rey.I can't say enough nice things about Rey, he was very prompt with providing information and guiding me through the process of purchasing the car I was interested in purchasing. Rey even went as far as handling and setting me up with a transporting company, the one they personally use for business. Throughout the entire process of the payment, and processing Rey kept me up to date , and was courteous and polite the entire time. Overall I can't say enough nice things about him, and would recommended asking for Rey if you are looking at a used car they are selling.The payment center employee was also great. He was very low pressure, and not hard selling additional coverage I was not entirely interested in due to distance issues between me and the dealership.(I live on in the Mid-Atlantic)For buying the car sight unseen, I was very happy with the purchase, and will considering looking at their inventory when I am in the market for another vehicle.I am sure the overall top notch service and knowledge extends to their parts/maintenance/repairs department as well. As the car I purchased had always been serviced there, and arrived in excellent shape for its age.So in conclusion, I can't say enough nice things about this dealership and would recommend even buying a used car sight unseen like I did from them.Once again, thanks to Rey and Vince, and everyone else who put me into a car that I couldn't be happier with.

We were hesitant to take our Mercedes Benz CLS 450 to MB Boerne for service as in the past we have purchased & serviced several vehicles from them & the service experiences are typically horrible, and the last sales experience so horrible that we ended up buying this vehicle at MB if San Antonio. However, when faced with a recall check, we decided that as MB Boerne is only 2 miles away, how bad could they mess up a simple recall check? So we scheduled online (very convenient) & actually got a next day appointment on a Sat! We dropped it off with no hassle. Charles Spencer was our Service Advisor. He was very professional & friendly. Charles got us out of there in a matter of minutes & called a few hours later to let us know it was all set with no repairs necessary. We picked it up with no wait, no hassle and they even washed it for us! This visit, if not a fluke, has restored our faith in at least the Service Dept at Mercedes Benz of Boerne & we ll be back to test them again for regularly scheduled maintenance.

The salesman, Mark Anthony, and General Sales Manager James Godkin, treated us with such respect and professionalism. Mark Anthony has gone above and beyond to make certain we were comfortable and familiar with our vehicle and has continued to stay in touch. I, personally, have never had such excellent service before! Great job !! I highly recommend them!

Mercedes Benz of Borne made me feel welcomed and comfortable while shopping for a car for my trade in. My first visit was simply to visit and see what was available. My sales associate, name Michael Talamantez, gladly showed me around and was highly knowledgeable of the model I was interested in. He made me feel calm while showing me the details of the car, the services it previously had, and the services Mercedes provides for their customers if I were to follow through with the purchase. The dealership didn t crowd me by sending dozens of emails or texts about deals; giving me the space and time needed to make the best decision for me. With that, never did I feel pressured to buy something I wasn t fully behind or prepared for. Their team made me aware and knowledgeable of all my options involving future service and warranty. They sold me a wonderful vehicle at a fair price, no games/ gimmicks included. These people are honest, genuine and I m glad I chose Mercedes for my previous car s trade in. I look forward to being apart of the Mercedes Benz of borne community.

I had an excellent experience getting a warranty repair done on my Sprinter, which I had just found at another M-B dealer in Texas. M-B Boerne seems to specialize in maintaining Sprinters and it showed. They had the part I needed in inventory and had me back on the road the same morning that I made an appointment for. Thank you Mercedes of Boerne for taking care of my service and maintenance issues. There is a Mercedes dealership closer to my home, but the customer service there is not even close to the service I get from Boerne. Thank you Chris for taking care of my car today. You are a true rock star. I m sure the other advisors are excellent as well, but I ve only interacted with Chris, Matt and Ryan! You guys are outstanding! Thank you all! Contacted Boerne Service for an alignment on our 2015 Sprinter Class B in the middle of a 12 state road trip. Had abnormal wear on a front tire. Boerne was able to supply tires and do the alignment in one appointment. Their Sprinter specific service manager, James Patch, took charge of helping select tires and moving it through the service bays. They had recently had technical issues with their alignment machine; James had a backup plan if it was not available. They could have treated me as a one time, never to be seen again customer but they didn t. James did everything he could to make sure we got back on the road in a safe and timely manner. Highly recommend them without hesitation.

This as my first visit to the Mercedes-Benz of Boerne and now, will NOT be the last. I had the most amazing and professional experience with Michael Talamantez, Senior Executive, and Stephen Bitoni, Finance Manager. I came all the way from Ft Cavazos, TX (formerly Ft Hood) after talking to Mr. Talamantez and explaining to him what I was looking for in a used vehicle for my daughter. Completely putting my trust with Mr. Talamantez in narrowing down a vehicle selection and stream-lining the entire application/approval process online, I was able to arrive and sign all paperwork with Mr. Bitoni. BOTH treated my daughter and I like family. Never once did either one treat us as another customer to close a sale. My daughter and I walked out of there with a pristine 2021 Toyota RAV4 completely satisfied with the service we received. We will definitely be back! If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, ask for Michael Talamantez! ( )

Came to this location for service on a recall. Service advisor James was very pleasant and professional. Took care of another issue i have with my vehicle very quickly. Highly recommend James as a service advisor to anyone needing service.The dealership itself is nice, however, lounge needs improvement, amenities are very basic and the ambience is a little dull. Other than that my experience with customer service is excellent.

Well received by James when I took vehicle in for service at 7 a.m. He gave me a tour of waiting area and the free amenities available like gourmet coffee, fruits, snacks, and more. 5-star looking dealership. When vehicle was repaired he explained and printed what was done and pointed out other concerns without being pushy into repairing those.

Absolutely great service! The associate I spoke to originally was out on vacation but had left everything ready with another team member who was expecting me. I arrived and there was no delay. Waiting area was well stocked with a good selection of treats and drinks. Overall a great experience.

IF I could get a hold of a single person in Boerne Mercedes I would not be writing this scathing review. I have called, texted and left messages. I would have difficult time calling what they offer service as a service provider myself. My car went in for a specific problem and after paying 5k and not speaking to a single service rep or the general manager despite leaving messages and calling multiple times for both, it has the same message displaying. It is difficult to believe that we pay so much for cars and were promised a great dealership when really it is a complete joke!

We had purchased a used vehicle roughly a year ago from Mercedes in Boerne. We just now ran into an issue with another dealer messing things up during regular maintenance here in San Antonio. Mercedes ultimately took care of covering the repair with superior customer service and responsiveness. Mercedes in Boerne is the dealership to do business with!

Scheduled A service, upon arrival assigned service advisor James no where to be found, after 45 minutes of waiting, I had to go back to the service area to see if he was available. After 3 hours of waiting, they overcharged me 50 dollars, when confronted about the charge he simply replied oh um that s disposable fee I didn t wanna make a scene and simply left unsatisfied with the overall care and service at this dealership. Won t be returning here

Traveling through area from out of state in a Mercedes RV. Broke down, had it towed to Mercedes of Boerne. Service manager James Patsch gave us a secure place to store over night. Got the problem fixed along with some warranty work and got us back on the road by noon of next day. Thank you James and your crew!! First rate dealership.

My service advisor Patricia Enriquez always takes me in for any concerns I might have and informs me what my car needs and needed in the near future.Also service technician keeps me updated and informed what my car needs during the service visit. I feel I can trust my service advisor and technician staff for my safety as long as I am under their expertise.

We live in TX and bought a mercedes winnebago in Iowa. We have had speaker problems since we have had it. They had it fixed in about an hour. Great place. Clean, professional and made us feel very important while we waited. Coffee and great snacks in a COMFORTABLE lounge.
