My review goes out to the Mark Motors Customs' team (Jennifer, Justin, Kirk, and others). The customs team has performed several jobs on my C8 corvette. They have installed tints, a carbon fiber rear spoiler, installed aftermarket wheels, and recently repaired my paint after it sustained heavy rock chip damage (over 40 chips in the paint). Each job they have performed, was done at a phenomenal level. Even Chevrolet told me that they themselves wouldn't be able to repair the damage completely and that the chips would still be noticeable. The Customs team at Mark Motors did beyond that and repaired the paint to 110 percent. Nothing from the rock chips remained. The bumper looks completely brand new. The PPF they installed afterward is also barely noticeable. I could barely make out the edges of the PPF because of how close they got it to the perimeter of my front bumper. Big thanks to the team for their work and their communication with me throughout the days of service.First 3 photos are before the work, but barely capture the paint damage.Other photos are post-repair

Excellent communication. Was purchasing from across the country and Mark Motors made the transaction seamless. I worked with Michael he was transparent , responsive and on top of it . Minor issue with the car radio after purchase and he was all over it sent out a new one no problem . Mark motors operates respectfully with dignity . Would highly recommend and my next Porsche I won't go anywhere else

Absolutely love Mark Motors! In a difficult market, Gerardo searched high and low to find me a new car. Justin w/Mark Customs took my new, ordinary Escalade and turned it into my dream car. It s gorgeous and exactly what I was hoping for! Their Customer Service is top notch and my family and I plan to be life-long customers.

These boys did an amazing job on my 2023 707 absolutely love the way it looks (painted rims, grill, front PPF w/ black wrap and custom caps printed in vinyl) Even removed the logo and replaced them with black ones.

Great selection of used sports cars and custom high-end rides. The salesman Michael was polite, the place is a toy shop for adults. The fact that they'll deliver your new ride to you is a nice bonus.

As a 27 year old, whenever I enter a supercar dealership most sales-people have little interest and treat me poorly as a tire-kicker... but not Mark Motors. I worked with Gerardo and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Even though I ended up getting a 488 GTS at another dealer, since Mark's didn't have one in stock, I HIGHLY recommend Mark Motors to anyone looking for their dream car. I'll always consider this dealership for future car purchases.

What can I say . These guys are the BEST!! I have bought a lot of cars and the team at Mark Motors is the Best!! They have gone ABOVE and BEYOND!! I highly recommend!! Mario Addari in sales took his time and NO PRESSURE. He knows his stuff!! Steven Partida in finance was great, I was in and out!! And Craig Ryals got my car delivered to my house perfectly!!!! Thank you soooooo much!!!

Being a very pedantic person, buying a used car has always been a challenge to me. Since getting your hands on an AMG GT Black Series in '21/'22 was pretty much impossible for ordinary mortals, there was no other option than to wait until it's my turn.In '23 it was finally the time to get one, and Mark Motors just had the configuration I was shooting for.So why do I give 5 stars to my sales contact Michael Valenzuela and his team?1. The car arrived in the condition it was advertised.2. Michael was never pushy, but instead patient. I felt heard, understood and taken care of. Michael would always do his best to communicate in an efficient, non stereotype salesperson style.3. The negotiation happened in a respectful, efficient way. No false promises were made, no convincing attempts, etc.4. Even after the sale, Michael is still available for requests.I personally don't like the term "Luxury Vehicle" -- I prefer the term "asset". And I see Mark Motors as a broker who can be trusted when acquiring an asset like the AMG GT Black Series.

When it comes to purchasing a car, Gerardo makes it fast and easy! He is detail oriented and extremely knowledgeable with all vehicles. Kirt at Mark Motors customs does a fantastic powder coat job on wheels and I am extremely pleased with the result and the fast turn around. I come here for anything service related for trustworthy work.

So last year I gave Mark Motors 5 stars ! I m back buying another car from them and I have had the best car buying experience I ve ever had!Gerardo is amazing. Low pressure and excellent in every way.I traded my NSX in for essentially what I paid for it a year ago.I ll be back !

I found the perfect 2019 Tesla Model X Performance w/ Ludicrous package. Absolutely amazing. Gerardo at Mark Motors is a great guy that made it super easy to drive away the same day.They also have a crazy selection of exotic cars! Wow!

Amazing dealership, Purchased a car from them, had some issues which they offered to fix themselves , then realized repairs would take quite a while so they traded me out in a Mclaren 600LT. Couldn't be more pleased with them as a company and Nathan who was my salesman was amazing and very communicative throughout the whole process. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I would give Mark Motors 6 stars if I could! If you re considering purchasing a vehicle from them, I d do it without hesitation. Devin and Steve were professional, courteous, and honest. They did everything that they said they would when they said they would (which is rare in 2022!) I purchased a 2021 Tesla Model S Plaid, and even though it may not be a supercar by Mark standards, they treated me like royalty. Every aspect of the deal learning about the car (pictures, videos, history), pricing, financing, and shipping were handled by Mark. I m in the San Francisco Bay Area and was initially concerned about buying a car sight-unseen. I had lost faith with 2 other remote dealers (one in SoCal and another in TX) because I just didn t get a good feeling. (Oh, and one lied to me completely about the price of the car failing to advertise their $7500 dealer profit in the listed price which should be illegal.) Not so with Mark Motors. Everything was above-board. My car was delivered via enclosed transport yesterday and I couldn t be happier! Thank you Devin and Steve. I will be a customer again!

I can t explain how thrilled I am with my purchase from Mark Motors.In my 15+ years now of purchasing personal vehicles, and over 50 vehicles bought, I ve come across the entire spectrum of dealers/sales consultants/experiences.80% shy to the negative side, 10-15% are good, 4% are great, and 1% are truly wonderful.Devin made my long distance 6 figure purchase a buying paradise. He promptly and THOROUGHLY answered every single question I asked. Condition, videos, aftermarket additions, price, tires, brakes, service, etc.He ducked nothing. He lied about nothing. He simply told the truth in a 0-pressure environment and REASONABLY explained pricing and everything. He made the process so painless, so easy, it made you stop and think Is that really all? .I ve never personally had an experience this good at a used car store. But, I am excited to look at Mark Motors in the future FIRST, for any vehicle I buy.Hats off to Devin. A true class act. Not to mention, this store carries legitimately clean cars.

Excellent Service. My wife was in search of a Good Dealer to trade in her Lamborghini Gallardo for a Huracan. We had contacted several dealers, but Mark Motors were the most sincere and honest. Everything was done by phone text and email before we arrived. Devin Heller, our sales person, was knowledgeable and professional. No pressure just a Great business attitude. The other dealers we contacted only contacted us once and that was it.. "Crazy" Huh. When we arrived, Steven, the finance manager, had all the paperwork ready and we were in and out within 45 minutes. I highly recommend this dealer for any vehicle purchase. The professionalism and the atmosphere is OVER THE TOP!!!! Mg

Awesome experience dealing with Mark Motors. My salesman Devin was friendly and very responsive. I traded in one vehicle and purchased another. Could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Very professional. Steven the finance manager was also a pleasure to deal with - sent everything as promised. Paperwork was simple and easy to complete. Chandler showed up in an awesome looking clear side walled trailer and unloaded and picked up in no time. Also very professional. Would highly recommend using this dealer for your dream car.

I stopped by today to pick a sales person s brain regarding preparing for a future McLaren 570 purchase. I let them know ahead of time that I was still at least 6 months out. Devin was super patient explaining car options, how financing an exotic works, and providing me with all the info I could ask for. Even though Mark Motors is priced towards the top of the market, they are thorough, helpful, and stand behind the cars they sell. I will be confidently buying from them in the future!

I had no interest in buying a car like these, they wouldn't survive a trip down the road I live on, but my son loves Lamborghini. And the state we live in doesn't have a dealership for these. Since we were in town I thought it would be cool for him to go look at one. The staff was friendly and professional irregardless. The place was also super clean and nice. I'd definitely recommend based on this alone. Thanks guys.

Mark Motors was a great car buying experience, no funny business, no price changes, and no pressure. Based on their good reviews, I made a down payment online and went to pickup my affordable dream car (2018 BMW M2) the next weekend. It turned out that the original owner of the M2 had not given the 2nd key fob to Mark Motors and couldn't find it. Devin quickly took care of it and got accounting to cut me a check for THE FULL PRICE of the key fob. Mark Motors is definitely worth a 300 mile drive if they have the car you want, it was for me!

I had a great experience with Mark Motors with my long distance purchase in Texas from California. They sent detailed photos and videos of the vehicle, ensured that all original materials were included, completed the purchase agreement with documents FedEx'd across the country, facilitated the car shipping to California (which arrived earlier than promised), and even facilitated the registration in my state. Devin is very knowledgable and helpful and was able to quickly answer my every question. My own mechanic also commented on the great condition of this vehicle as nearly brand new. Mark Motors has surpassed my expectations and I have complete confidence in them to make future vehicle purchases from a long distance.

Customers BEWARE! Mark Motors devalued 2008 Ford Mustang Shelby Barrett Jackson VIN: 1ZVHT85H485153127 by causing body damage. The next buyer of this car may never know of the repair work because the new bumper, paint, and body work was not reported and therefore will not show up on Carfax or similar reports.

I recently purchased a Range Rover and was put in touch with Justin and his team at Mark Motors/Customs. I was looking for a wrap and was fairly unfamiliar with the product and process. Justin Luna and his team were incredible. Justin was incredibly helpful in assisting me in picking out exactly what I was looking for and transparent about pricing the whole time. They came to Austin to both pick up and drop off my vehicle, making the process very convenient. The wrap looks absolutely incredible and couldn't be happier about the entire process or the job that Justin and his team did.

I worked with Devin Heller at mark motors. I live in Cookeville tn, 1000 miles from the dealership and I bought a dream car with no hassle and exemplary service. Super communicative and very courteous. Every part of the process was as easy as I ve ever had it.I have always loved how mark motors seem to present their product and frankly they did not disappoint at all. When spending a boat load of cash on a vehicle and looking for service and attention to detail with ease, I will definitely be buying from mark motors again.
