If you drop your truck off make sure this shape is clear and contacts you before doing anything. I was given back my truck after warranty was denied. Not a big deal called over four times to get an update got nothing till kirt called me and asked if I wanted the bad news or the bad news. so now I have my truck back after getting it towed the shift linkage was disconnected not returned back to the way that it was dropped off. The little covering by the pan was removed and not put back left in my back seat with oil to get on the carpet. All fluids were drained out of the trans and not put back as well as my transfer case also drained and not put back in. Justin called me and after speaking with him and being pissed he says I can pay for the work and that pick up my truck after. told him no and they never called me to discuss anything being done on the truck. don't use this business he's a crook. This is how the truck got left when I just received it back.Picture for reference about his great work.

I am enjoying the upgrades Justin and his team did on my truck. I appreciated the extra time they spent explaining the components that were to be installed and they were easy to work with on all ends. I also discovered cold brew coffee (which they have on tap) during my visit & it is delicious. Please continue to offer cold brew so I can get all jacked up next time. Thanks Lone Star.Casey Hubble

Got a PPI here and they were great. Got me in promptly and gave great, frank information for a reasonable price in very short turnaround time. The waiting room is the best I've ever seen in any car shop. Nice furniture, nitro cold brew coffee on tap.

From the minute I called Lone Star Automotive and Diesel.The staff was kind, patient, and let me explain what happened. They were courteous. Assured me they could take me home. They kept me updated and told me honestly what was going on. Making sure that I was at ease. They deserve more than 5 stars !! I will use them again. And I am widowed and know several females who are alone , and has no one honest to repair their vehicles. Very flexible with my time; great work on my transmission in under 4 days from receiving my truck. From the first phone call to the pick-up of my truck total professionalism. Dont normally post comments on these but these guys operate a great shop.

I arrived at the shop thinking I needed a big repair on my transmission due toShifting and temps reaching 245. To my surprise, they called and said it was just the torque converter. The truck runs great now. I highly recommend this shop.

Was running with some issues on my 2018 GMC Terrain with the throttle body. Took it in & they fixed it quickly. I got an estimate through email the next day. The issue was quickly resolved, and my gmc has been running great ever since. Also, a couple of months later, Justin reached out through text to make sure my vehicle was running good. I highly recommend Lone Star Automotive. They do quality work, with excellent customer service.
