Best vehicle service ever. Victor was my service advisor. He was so kind to deal with. He listened to my concerns and made notes so nothing was overlooked. Victor also took time to answer my questions so even I could understand. They did everything I needed in a timely manner. VERY EXCELLENT experience!!! I love my Jaguar and I love my Jaguar dealership!!!Services: Tire rotations, Auto battery maintenance

I had a critical issue with my gas tank. My car was unsafe to drive. I spoke with Zach in the service department about the problem and the strong gas smell. He made it a priority to get me into the shop the same day so that my vehicle would be safe to drive for my children and I. Additionally, it took less time than I was told it would take to repair. I was impressed with the professionalism, and speed of service!! Zach, thank you!

Just happy to have my car. It would have been an amazing customer service if they would have set realistic expectations of the wait time. I waited 6.5 hours and I was told it would be around 4 hours. Arty had to wash my car and bring it to me just so I could finally go home which was soo appreciated after damn near falling over tired from the wait. I really would have been fine with 4 hours but at 6.5 and then a 1 hour drive home in rush hour traffic I am a little disgruntled to be honest.Also, you never really know if you're being robbed when you come in with one cost quote and leave with a list of things that need to be fixed on a car I have only had a year and 2 months.

Best service experience ever!! My battery was dead, I called the service department and told them I wanted to get in as soon as possible, I got there within an hour and they had my car in the shop in minutes and had me done and on my way faster than ever! The gentleman who took my phone call and helped me was amazing, genuinely nice, helpful and took care of everything! I can t thank them enough!

I have never been disappointed whenever I have had to take my vehicle for service. The staff have always been professional, friendly and always keep me updated on the problems and progress of the repairs or services of my vehicle. I also love the fact that I have a team member assigned to me/my vehicle, which makes the experience more personal. On my last visit, I wasn t feeling well, and Lorena called a Lyft to transport me back and forth instead of me having to wait for transport. Thank you.

This dealership is full of very friendly staff. They all have great and helpful attitudes.Service is defintely very pricey, but what would you expect for a Jaguar or Land Rover?Maryam is a superstar with personal relations in her position as a service representative. She is very thorough with every detail about your concerns with your car, and leaves nothing out in handling every source of concern, getting reports from the technicians about every detail.She was also good about calling me to update me on the progress. It is also obvious that she knows what she is talking about.The dealership, itself is pristine and spacey, with snacks, esoteric coffees, refreshments for customers who are waiting. Overall a pleasant if expensive experience.

The service tech provided valuable information regarding my vehicle. And Mark in parts was very helpful as well. Both were very courteous, a definite upgrade from the previous group.I stop bringing my car to Jaguar Boerne because of how I was treated before, however, I have changed my mind and will return for additional service.

My service advisor Nate was fantastic, courteous and very helpful, would 100% recommend him.However, the fact that Land Rover charges extra for a debit card transaction like they would a credit card is very upsetting as it is simply a money grab.

It was my first visit since Shottenkirk took over the dealership. I dropped my Jaguar E-Pace off to have a low battery signal checked. I had a great experience, Victor was my service technician, he was very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The dealership provided me with a courtesy shuttle service through Lyft which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely return in the future and can recommend Jaguar Boerne. Service was good and drove an hour one way to get the work done, including a state inspection. They forgot to do the inspection and wanted me to drive back and spend another two hours to do so. No thanks, will take my car elsewhere.

Service rep was first class. Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and outgoing. A real pleasure to do business with an a very positive asset to your company. Disappointed at having to pay an additional 3% when paying with a debit card. That was a poor business practice considering your dealership and service is a luxury corporation. I think you can do better.

Had a driving light go out which entailed a claim to my extended warrantee company. They sent an inspector out to verify. Miriam, my LR advisor, kept me informed all the way. The dealership went out of their way to insure I got the new part and was done on time.
