I had a great service experience with Andy Osorno today at Land Rover Boerne. He was friendly, professional, and product knowledgeable. We were able to agree on a fair price and completed our transaction in fast time. The product introduction was detailed and all the settings in my vehicle were arranged. The experience was nothing but professional and respectful.

The entire team works well together to get the deal done right. From the front of the house to the service and parts department I have always been very well taken care of. I can recommend you give them a visit if your in the market for a vehicle, especially a Land Rover. Donald and Tom are great knowledgeable salesmen that love what they do and it shows. You can't go wrong with either. The management team in Dale and Timo are always available to make sure your satisfaction is guaranteed. Gregory in parts always makes sure I get what i need when I have time to and knowledge to do something myself. When I don't, Nathaniel Main in Service gets the vehicle in quick, is an excellent communicator. You can trust that any work Benito Sanitago, my go to tech knows what your vehicle needs to stay on the road in like new condition. Visit with confidence.

We are left the dealership after finding out the vehicle was sold. First thing we asked was if the vehicle was available. We would not have driven 40 minutes to check on a vehicle that was sold. Disappointed in communication within the dealership. We were informed that the manager was holding the vehicle for someone to get financing. Sounds extremely odd since we were willing to purchase the vehicle on sight. Furthermore I received text messages and emails asking if I was still interested in the vehicle since it was not sold.

My shopping journey started with a few email exchanges with Arty Lawyer. He was quick to respond to my questions, worked with my schedule for a showing/ test drive, and he gave me daily updates as to whether the vehicle I had my eye on was still available.I showed up for my appointment a few hours early, but Arty didn't miss a beat. He managed to ensure that I was accommodated while he finished up with his scheduled customers.Arty was personable, honest, and straightforward, which I appreciated tremendously! He made the buying experience stress free and enjoyable. He took the time to set my vehicle up with all the fun packaged accessories and worked with me to set up my mobile applications and photo shoot.Since then, he has already contacted me to set up tint for my passenger and driver windows. He's efficient and trustworthy.I left with my dream car and I made a new friend. Thanks to Arty and his team, I am one happy girl! I highly recommend Arty and his team for your new vehicle purchase!!!

I literally don't know what else this dealership could have done to make the experience better. Our sales representative Arty went above and beyond to make it a stress free, enjoyable situation. From taking all the extra pictures and videos that we asked for before we made the trip to the dealership(approximately 3hrs from home) to the ongoing checking in with us to ensure everything was going smoothly with our post purchasing experience and addressing all of my wife's questions regarding her dream vehicle has been amazing. Our process of purchasing ran into lunch time and rather than leaving us to figure out where to go to lunch in a strange town, Arty actually made some suggestions and went to get lunch with us after we extended an invitation. I never would have expected a dealership to make us feel like we had been friends for 10 years vs the "just another customer" experience that we have grown so accustomed to.I feel sorry for any future dealership that may get our business because Arty and Barrett Land Rover have set the bar at Olympic heights. We would give 100 stars if it were possible.

Negative turned Positive! I just recently purchased a used vehicle from Land Rover of Boerne only to find out that the tires on the vehicle were not good after the purchase. This is partially my fault for not thoroughly inspecting them before the purchase. I brought this to the attention of the sales and service team and instead of them saying "too bad you purchased the vehicle as is, nothing we can do" they came came together and got me upgraded new tires covering a huge chunk of the cost. I did not have to haggle with them they just immediately offered to make it right which is something hard to find these days. The all around experience was good and it was nice to deal with people who genuinely care about their customers. Kudos to Andy, Roger, Timo, Nuni and Donald for all playing a part in this experience. Thanks Gentlemen.

Drove hour and half to that location for a car I found onlineBut they make you buy a one year warranty for things that you will never need for 3kThe used cars manger was so rude and was yelling (that s the price take it or leave it)I ignored all that rudeness because I like the car and mad the deal, but they told me we can t Finnish the deal today since no one here to get the car detailed and fill out the gas so let s do it tomorrow.Surprised the next day with a phone call that someone else is looking at the car and might buy it even though I have a deal and I gave them my loan information with the bank they said they deal with and they only need the loan number which I did.Waste of time and waste of money.Probably they only nice with people who want to buy their new cars but the used cars manger was so rude.I am happy I didn t end up buying car from them and didn t have to do business with that manger

Drove all the way from Houston today to buy a car, and the salesman failed to mention that they were making everyone buy a $3,000 add- on package to the price we had already negotiated. Thank you Donald! Was a huge waste of time. Very unprofessional! When confronted about his dishonesty, he came up with the excuse that he had just found out the information "this morning." He could have called/texted at any point to inform me but didn't. So be aware.

I visited the dealership and had an interaction with the Sales Acquisition Manager, Greg Whitlock. He appraised my 2021 Audi S-line Prestige with low mileage and provided me with an appealing offer. After a test drive, he presented an appraisal value that clearly outshone other offers I had received. However, my experience took a disheartening turn when I requested an official appraisal document.Despite assuring me that we had reached an agreement, Mr. Whitlock evaded my request and reluctantly agreed to provide the offer on a card. We sealed the deal with a handshake, committing to a 7-day timeframe. Unfortunately, my trust in this commitment was soon shattered. Upon expressing my readiness to finalize the transaction, I was informed that Mr. Whitlock was out of town, even though he had previously indicated he would be present; he later claimed he had forgotten about his travel plans.To my astonishment, the scenario continued to unravel upon Mr. Whitlock's return. Promising to wrap up the deal on Monday, August 28th, and even offering a slightly better deal, he pledged to complete the transaction. However, Monday arrived with a markedly different outcome. After multiple attempts to confirm our meeting and provide my address, I was informed that he would call to conclude matters.The turning point came at 2 pm on August 28th, during our phone conversation. Mr. Whitlock conveyed that his boss had reviewed the agreement and was only willing to offer $2.3K less than Greg's initial appraisal. When I requested his new offer if $40K in writing, he refused to comply, leaving me dismayed and frustrated by the lack of transparency.I find myself deeply disappointed by these unprofessional and non-compliant practices, which stand in stark contrast to the trustworthy reputation I had heard about from friends who had purchased from this dealership. Regrettably, I can no longer endorse or recommend this establishment due to the questionable and deceptive dealings that have transpired during this experienceIn conclusion, my encounter with Greg with Barrett Jaguar/Land Rover in Boerne unveiled a less than savory side of their operations. If they wish to uphold their reputation and brand, the dealership needs to confront and rectify to correct this managers business practices.

I recently had a 2016 Range Rover serviced here. The customer service aspect was exceptional, however, the actual technical work was sub-standard. When I picked up the vehicle - the battery was low - we never had battery problems before, but supposedly this was included as part of their multi-point inspection - the customer service rep stated they performed a battery test during the visit and everything was okay. In addition, during said multi-point inspection, they also checked all the fluids and either topped off or did not note that the coolant is overfilled on the vehicle. When you're paying $975 for an oil, fuel, and cabin filter change this type of stuff is amateur hour. It is worth noting that the labor rate is $200/hr although they charge a flat fee for this service and you can probably guess why. I highly suggest finding an independent mechanic unless you enjoy giving away money this scam.

I traveled from Houston to look at 2 used vehicles at this dealership over the weekend. I had been in communication with the dealership sale associate Donald, and he informed me that they did not negotiate on price and confirmed the price of both vehicles via text. Once I got there and after testing driving them both Donald informed me that he had to also add a $3000 protection package to the sale of any used vehicle. Needless to say, I was upset that this was not shared before I took the 3-hour drive over.

Went in for my two year service on my RR and Paid for detailing and didn t get the interior detailed or cleaned . My car was the same ( very dirty ) on the inside as it was when I came in. Front desk people were great. No complaints there. They were very attentive. I was upset at The service/cleaning people because I was excited to see the Interior of my car and I was in disbelief when I saw there was nothing done to it. Makes me question how good of a job they did with the mechanics of my car. I purchased the whole package to get my car Inspected and maintained and paid for detailing and cleaning and they couldn t even get something as simple as cleaning the inside right. I will be calling manager sometime today because I really am concerned if they even fixed my car right. Probably won t be going back to this location. Very disappointing after dropping so much money there and expecting the highest quality service.

I bought a used 2010 cadillac srx just a few weeks ago, the sale person was great.The problem is that just 2 weeks later, and 400miles later.. I'm having to spend $2400.00 on repairs due to someone clearing the codes before the vehicle traded in, I would have thought that they would have done a better job at inspecting there trade in.There reply was that we are Land Rover dealer not a Cadillac dealer so we didn't know to check those things.Hard lesson to be learned.I don't blame them, I would have thought that they might try to help with the issue. SOLD AS IS !!!!THANKS AGAINSorry but I'm back one more time, I had to replace the battery, one of the windows will not roll down, and after all the rain we had in June, the drains on the sunroof were plugged and the water has caused the headliner to fall.What a lemon .P.S.I talk to the sales manager and was told that they had to let go an employee but cause he was not doing his job inspecting the used vehicles, so my vehicle wasn't inspected correctly.But didn't offer to help.That's what you get when you sign,SOLD AS IS

The Barrett experience was quick and simple and Big Shout to my Car Sales People Neil Garcia and Kudos Nia Wright on her first Car Sale. I would like to recognize the Barrett Auto Team from the GM on down. I will be back soon for that New Rover. Amazing Customer Service it's worth the drive over to experience this type of Service. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Sterling Smoak. He displayed excellent customer service. He had a friendly� attitude, very personable and spoke clearly. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle's features and was able to answer my questions. He was very patience during the whole process which helped to reduce the stress of purchasing a car. My experience started with my salesman Arty sending a text about some options they had on their lot. He was never pushy and moved at my pace. It was my first experience purchasing at that price point; so it came with a little anxiety. He made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The he negotiation process with Timo was super professional and they gave me top dollar for my trade.They provided top notch service and was amicable to every little request I had. They helped me shop for the best loan possible with no questions asked! Overall great experience and would absolutely do business with Land Rover of Boerne again! Strong work guys!!!

Y all, they gave me a Teacher Appreciation discount! I bought a used Range Rover from a friend and have had lots of repairs to make. Honestly, probably cannot afford to keep this car, but I don t think I can afford a car payment right now.Anyway, Bobby Cruz and his manager were kind and patient. I was very anxious about the repairs, because I do not live in/near the San Antonio/Boerne area. Bobby was quick to respond and never gave the impression that he was frustrated by my questions.I m so thankful for their help.

I bought a pre-owned Porsche from Don Gies III. His service was top notch! He took me on an extended test drive and showed me all the vehicle features. He was patient, not pushy at all. The only negotiation happened between me and the manager and took less than 30 minutes. The next day I came back to sign the paperwork. The finance manager Albert took really good care of me also and wasn't pushy with the extra sales products. I came back a month later to have my license plates installed and again Don was there to help right away. I even got a free car wash again! I highly recommend you come see Don for your next vehicle purchase!

I had the pleasure of working with Tom Fagan at Land River Boerne. I found the truck I wanted but live 5 hours away. Tom and his team helped me to do everything remotely. We did it all within a couple of hours and everything was straightforward and honest. He kept me up to date with everything throughout the process. Our experience buying our new Range Rover at this dealership could not have been better! We worked with Tom Fagan, and he was phenomenal! The transaction was easy, and he kept us updated throughout the process. We live in Austin, so we could not be on hand for the addition of a custom feature - no problem! Tom made sure all went well, and then drove the car to us as soon as it was ready. Love the car, Tom, and Jaguar/Land Rover Boerne!
