Thanks to Jiffy Lube for a great experience. Fastest oil change ever and unbelievable service. Ask for Patrick, especially if you drive a Ford.

My husband took my car to get the Texas inspection today to the Jiffy Lube on 1345 S. Main St. in Boerne (store #3238). Patrick provided exceptional customer service, was very efficient, and made the visit delightful. Thank you Patrick.

The front counter man was amazing. The guy that welcomed me and took my keys was a breath of fresh air. These guys work hard they need to be appreciated! I know they all do it all. So great!

On a busy Saturday, they had me in and out in 15-20 mins. They have numerous bays so that helps with getting customers in and out faster. Friendly, fast service is what I got today. I ll definitely be going back. They have a decent waiting area as well. I was at a competitors place down the road, and there was a five car wait. It would have probably taken 45 mins or more to get the same service. In addition, the waiting area is very open to the area where they service your vehicle. You can see everything going on and you can even see the second they bring your vehicle around when it s finished.

I have not been to A Jiffy Lube in years. So I was very surprised when there was no one at the desk I had to wait while he worked on a car in a bay. I requested an oil change. Then when I picked it up, I left it there for 7 hours so there was no rush. I had to wait again. When I got in the car the windows were not washed, they did not vacuum out the drivers side and the washer fluid was not filled. They had not checked anything else. They did not ask they did not tell me anything. Very surprised I will not use Boerne Jiffy Lube again.

Seemed disorganized. Had full service, head light restore and inspection. I had to return for lack of the inspection report. They had not entered the information into the system. They also forgot to replace the service reminder sticker on the windshield. Lots of forgetfulness today. Hopefully, they got the oil changed ..

I went for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. The Jiffy Lube reps were friendly, professional and fast. One rep recommended a cleaning for my headlights which were ridiculously dirty and had been for years. With some cleaning solvent, some sandpaper and some elbow grease, he did a great job. This is the little extra one gets at this location...

This location is my go to, I came in today for an inspection, they got me in and out in a timely manor and also went over some needed updates on my truck which was much appreciated. The staff that assisted me were extremely professional and very kind during my visit today. Thank you!!!!

Stopped by to have my yearly car inspection for my tag. No lines and I was able to wait in their waiting room which was clean and comfortable. Was in and out in about ,30 minutes time. Friendly and polite staff

Shortly after jiffy lube Boerne changed the oil on my 2021 f350 6.7L diesel truck on 8/27/23 the check engine light came on.I parked it at home and the following day proceeded (today 8/28/23) to the auto zone to have the code read. All the codes were related to the engine air intake systems so we popped the hood and the pictures show what myself and the auto zone employee found.The air intake system had been taken apart by jiffy lube staff and left disassembled and ajar for me to drive like that. They did not change my air filter which needed changing, or even offer to do so. They took apart the system and left it that way without asking if I wanted a new filter.A screwdriver was left stuck between my bumper and grille.The management acknowledged the mistakes made by their staff and offered to replace the nox sensor if the codes return. Hopefully no long term damage has been done to my engine.I only selected 1 star as this system does not let you post here with 0 stars.Service: Oil change

Inflated my tires without questions or trying to sell me new tires. The best was when the manager offered to clear the gunk off my head lights and made my headlights look brand new!!! Excellent exceptional service!!! Many thanks!!!

I expect a markup when I let the oil change guys change my wiper blades and air filters. But something like a 4x markup over RETAIL prices for each item is highway robbery. $39 for each wiper. $62 for an air filter. Just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Bad for business.The employees of this place provided good service and did nothing wrong.

Great service however the particular technician working on my oil change spilled oil all over the interior and it got into my throttle body and caused my engine to die. A mechanic was able to get it all cleaned up but this was at an extra cost to me, which would have been unnecessary if technician had done the oil change correctly. Additionally I have 4 children and was without a vehicle for two days following this incident. Great customer service in the front but will not be coming back.

Terrible service. They had customers wandering around the building trying to find someone to help them. I flagged someone down and he seemed to be irritated that I needed his assistance. My car was finished and parked out front and nobody wanted to let me know. I had to flag someone down the check me out. I turned to the gentleman behind me and said they aren't very good today and he replied "they aren't very good every day". This jiffy lube in Boerne keeps getting progressively worse.

Went in to have our motor coach inspected recently.As anyone with a motor coach would know it is very hard to find an inspection station that has a large enough parking area and easy on and off access.So when a friend recommended we try this business we were happy to find the overall experience a pleasant one.

They did a great job upselling. When it was all done, it was $70 more than I had been told and they didn t do the damn State safety inspection that I asked for. I will not be going back there and I will recommend that others avoid the place. Borderline fraud. Not happy at all.

I came to this Jiffy Lube in Boerne, Texas They have to be one of the worst staffs ever they completely butchered my car. They destroyed a lug nut on my air filter. They cut up my skid plate and zip tied it on then the next time I came to bring in my car they refused to work on it. And the whole time while I was talking to one of them employees, he just kept vaping in front of me and blowing smoke everywhere if I could give them half the star, I totally would

I don t say this often but I love these guys even at the other jiffy lube I ve been to. The guys at the Boerne store are good people and I respect the job they do. You have a lot of good people working over at the Boerne store. 10+ great job !!

Friendly staff, Cody was awesome I went in to have my tires replaced he got them done in a timely manner and the manager James even informed me about some brake issues that I was unaware of, I will definitely be returning for additional services.

I brought my car in for an oil change, they took my key, also came outside with me and offered other services, and agreed on tire rotation. After more than one hour I left to kill some time at WMart, they called to tell me that they are not able to change my oil on my car. I was soooo upset that can t describe. So mad that they wasted my time. Will never bring my car there.

Upon my arrival I was told multiple times to move my car because they couldn t decide which bay I should be in. While waiting for my car to be serviced, the workers kept joking around with one another and made multiple suggestions to an employee to drive a car (who didn t have a license) and kept disappearing. After over an hour wait, my car was finally next. They didn t take any of my information other than I needed an oil change and a state inspection. A worker came to discuss with me that I needed a new filter, discussed my oil replacement options and offered to do tire rotation at a discounted rate which I found relief in. While waiting, the same gentleman opened the waiting room door and asked between my fianc� and I who was more mechanically inclined and waved my fianc� over without a response from either of us. I felt upset because me as a female, he didn t give a second look and it was my car, not my fianc�. All they ended up discussing is a brake pad replacement was recommended soon. After over an hour, my car was finished being serviced , I discussed my charges and had to remind the worker multiple times that I needed an inspection. He told me he would no charge it and bring my my paper soon. They never once inspected my car and just gave me the paper saying they did. On my drive home, my car now struggles to increase/decrease in speed and feels like my tires aren t on correctly. I have made an appointment with my car dealership to have my car inspected. Highly disappointed in this location, employees and services provided.

Just went today to have my car inspected. There was only one vehicle in front of me and they told me where to park my car. After 30 minutes of waiting I was told they were waiting for the inspector to come down. After an hour, and after several people who had come in after me having their cars serviced I checked outside and saw my car hadn t even been moved or touched and there were now many more cars in line to be inspected. I waited to speak with someone and was just told we are sorry I left after that because I didn t have the time to keep waiting and needed to run more errands.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I simply went to get my car inspected and what should have been a very easy process allowing me to stay in my vehicle, was not. They said they needed to drive my car to inspect the brakes which I have never had anyone do before. Then I find out they popped the hood and went inside my vehicle as a courtesy to look at the filters for replacement. How about you be courteous and ask first! I never would have allowed them to look under the hood or in my car to take out filters that did not need to be replaced. When I left my car reeked of gasoline and still does. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place is awful!!!
