Cool looking Harley Dealership. We were greeted right away when we walked in the door, by someone at the counter and then a sales person. They have a very large inventory of new and used bikes. Good selection of clothing at typical Harley prices. They did have a couple of racks with clearance clothing for men and women. We purchased poker chips, like we always do at a new dealership. Poker chips are $4.00 each

Ive been looking at buying my first Harley and contacted Javelina. Randall called me within a day and was present when looking at the various models. I knew what I wanted in a beginner bike and Randall answered all my questions. Hes very knowledgeable and pleasant; we actually started talking about sports. I purchased a 2024 Nightster Special and Randall and the team made the process enjoyable.

Randall and Gino made the process easy and , mostly, painless. They ensured that my personalized derby and point covers got transferred over as well as the 2 cup holders with no difficulty or fuss. I've already recommended them to another couple that was there looking at bikes.

Bought our second Harley from Randall at Javelina. This experience was every bit as good if not better than the first. We were met with incredible service and understanding of what we were looking for with absolutely no pressure. And Randall was absolutely amazing. We actually rode out on a Beautiful CVO Limited that was a lot more bike than we initially went to buy. Thank you Randall and Javelina for working so hard for us and the continued check ins. We will be buying our third from yall one day. I would definitely give a 10 star rating if I could."

First off, she was kind and funny. I had the best time buying this bike. She made things easy and fun. She and her team worked with me on price and weren't overly pushy about it. It was nice buying a vehicle without someone using the old sales manager tactics that drive me nuts. Totally worth drive up there and ride back. Glad she didn't force me to ring the stupid bell. Whew! Maybe she can ring it today. Lol.

We rode in for the rally over the weekend from Houston and had the check engine light come on. The service guy stayed past closing on Saturday to ensure our bike was safe to ride home and was just a fluke the light came on. Super thankful for the amazing service and no issues riding back to Houston on Sunday. THANK YOU. I didn't get his name but he was leaving for vacation this week.

I purchased the 2022 Road Glide ST from Randall Dooley yesterday. Hes very detail oriented through the entire process, answering all my questions about the bike and accessories. Hes straight forward and transparent with everything going on throughout the entire purchase. He's not just there to sell you a bike. He treats you like family and makes sure you are taken care of even after the sale. I highly recommend purchasing at Javelina and seeing Randall. The staff in all departments are amazing and friendly. I sent my brother in today to see him and was able to get his 2022 Street Bob.

Staff was very kind and welcoming. They were extremely helpful and provided exactly what we needed. As a passenger on a Harley, my seat was less than desirable when it came to comfort. Zac helped us find a seat that felt like it was made for me. Ruben was kind enough to transport our old seat to the bike rally in Bandera where we were camping that weekend. Candace and Ashley both are so friendly and also helpful. Together, that same weekend, they were able to help my brother-in-law find a Harley Trike he absolutely loved. My family was so pleased with the care they received at Javelina Harley-Davidson. We will always make time to stop and visit this location. Thank you!

They wanted me to buy a bike that I ve never seen and put a down payment very extensively Wanted to buy the bike with without even looking at it yes it s my fault. I did not go with it but then the actual person which I ll rol Was very difficult to work with and also call me a liar, which I didn t want to buy the bike after a certain confrontations with them I would rethink about buying a bike from this particular person or coming up here they might want to buy a motorcycle without even looking at it But good faith is not enough.

I kept this bike in outside storage for a couple of years. It was filthy dirty with dust and grime in every corner and dull chrome. Shredder and Mitch did one helluva job making this bike look like it just rolled off of the showroom floor. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. Thanks a million guys. "

I've now been here a few times. No complaints at all. I have an older Harley, so I've dealt with Parts. I've bought some H-D Merch also. Honestly, everyone I've dealt with at this Dealership has been top notch.If you're in the market to purchase a bike, talk to Randall or Chris. Both are great guys.

I just purchased another new trike from them, my 4th. Randall and John are very easy to deal with, making for a pleasant transaction. Randall also does a good job of follow up after the sale. Javelinas whole staff is great. If your looking for new or used bikes, check them out.

Gino and the whole team were fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, I know nothing about bikes other than that I really wanted one. Gino helped me make the right choice, not the most expensive one and once the choice was made he got me exactly what I was looking for. Although a total newbie, by the time I rode the bike home I felt like one of the family. I cant imagine buying a bike from anyone else.
