Great service, great work, good people. I've had three repairs done here. All work was excellent and at a fair price. I highly recommend them. And they're just really nice people.

Every aspect of having a car repaired was done great and with precision. The repair, time, communication, pleasant people....And one of the most important areas. Maybe the most important. Dealing with the insurance company. I needed a new door. Wasn't gonna settle for less. Jared is very skilled and knowledgeable in dealing with the adjusters. He knew how to get it done. Excellent work 6 STARS

We've been coming here for years with great experiences, but things seem to have declined quite a bit recently. Our last 2 experiences have been increasingly negative, from getting the car back with a new problem it didn't have before, to failing to communicate with insurance so that our rental car would be covered, to taking six weeks to repair it, only for me to see an issue as soon as I walked up to the car. Their response? "You're lucky it was only 6 weeks. There's a car sitting back there that's been here a year." And "we didn't do this. The bumper was put on wrong by the people we had come to calibrate the car."Poor communication, inadequate repairs, and making excuses rather than taking responsibility is a far cry from the service they have provided in the past.

I was rear ended I brought my car to Grahams and got it back you couldn't even tell it was hit the paint was nice and looked original. I'm very amazed at the end product!

This is the most professional and knowledgeable auto body shop you will find. I have used their services over the years for both my vehicles and I am never disappointed. I took my Nissan Murano in today, because the front right bumper panel was not hinged properly. They fixed it perfectly. No job is too big or small. Awesome body shop - great receptionist/staff and the work comes out practically flawless. They set honest timelines and expectations which is hard to find these days. I went to Grahams Collision Center, after researching the auto collision repair market, because of the good reviews they had. Believe me, they didn t let me down. I put my truck in the shop on Monday, just as scheduled, and by Thursday, it was finished. Phil said it would be ready by Friday and he was a day early, without sacrificing quality. My truck looks great! I would definitely use them again, if needed.

Would highly recommend Graham Collision Center to anyone! Our Jeep had hail damage and no one would make us an appointment to get it repaired. Graham got us in very quickly, and not only that the Jeep was done within a WEEK! They were very helpful and nice!

Phil and the rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful. Always had time to answer my calls and questions, extremely courteous, had my bumper ordered before I even brought it in and had it fixed and painted within hours. They even buffed my headlights for me and fixed my grill, without me even having to ask. Wonderful experience.Thank you to Phil and the Graham's staff!-Leah

I had my bumper replaced. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and did an awesome job. They also fixed my door lock, that had not been re-assembled correctly at different collision center, at no charge.

The owner, Phil Graham and his son know collision repair and offer the most cost effective repair solutions using OEM parts. They go beyond just the estimate and repair as they suggest the best rental car service and limit your exposure from being separated from your vehicle! All this and totally affordable compared to other body shops in the area. Appreciate all your help!!

Graham Collision repaired damage to the rear bumper on my '91 Mercedes-Benz 300-SEL. Did a very good job with the body work and matching the paint to the rest of the cladding on the car.
