Took our vehicle here for a state inspection.Guy wouldn t pass us because our vehicle insurance was expiring in 10 days and because it wasn t longer than 30 days then he couldn t pass us .This place was certified to do state inspections but doesn t know the actual rules / laws to the state inspection. Then continued to argue and tell us he didn t have time to deal with us because he has somewhere to go.This guy claims he has 20 years + customer service experience but doesn t know how to talk to customers.Save yourself the time and go somewhere else

This place is amazing. I went here first for an oil change. They have great customer service and good prices.More recently I went to have my car looked since it started to sound much louder than normal. They diagnosed it in probably less than 15 minutes and I had my car back the same day.

This place is awesome. Just needed a state inspection for this visit, and they were friendly, quick, and efficient. Most importantly, they didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of other services I didn't need. Will definitely be coming back here for my other automotive maintenance and repair needs!

Highly recommended local garage. Went for inspection and oil change plus fluids check, all was professional and competent. Ivan and crew have been servicing our vehicles for six years, from small jobs to clutch replacement and they have always been a pleasure to deal with.

This is absolutely the best place to go to in the entire county for all of your car care needs. Ivan and Chely are absolutely incredible.I have never been treated so well. They always finish servicing my car early. Send me messages on its progress and when it's completed... And you can not, absolutely can not beat their prices.It is very difficult to find great customer service these days, and places like this really restore my faith.I will never go any place else and I was you all do the same.

I recently took my car to Full Service Auto and had the pleasure of working with Ivan and his team. My vehicle had a fuel system issue, needed new spark plugs, and an injector replacement. Great shop. Went in to have some aftermarket pads and rotors installed, as well as a five tire rotation on a Wrangler. Full service got me in and out within a few hours on a Friday afternoon. Will certainly be using them again as other needs come up.

I found Full Service by accident. Originally, I was quoted an obscene price for replacing the aging catalytic converters on my Dodge Caravan. This caused me to do some price checking where I found that Full Service could not only take care of major repairs, but also maintenance. The best part is that they don't ask you to take a second mortgage out to pay for anything. Their prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent. I was also very impressed with their shop which is actually well organized and just about spotless. I now take both my cars there for any repairs or maintenance and wouldn't consider using the dealership again.Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance, Oil change

My starter starter to go out on my F150. I called them about the problem and they took it in that day. By noon the next day it was ready and they provided different price options. Excellent experience and highly recommend.

After getting the run around at Sun I came here for my State inspection. They were friendly, got me in and out in under 10 minutes. Just off I10, this is a great alternative to the chain auto places for your automotive needs.

We purchased a used vehicle from a dealership. The heater was not working and after a diagnostic from FSA, a coolent leak as well as other issues were discovered which made the vehicle unsafe to drive. Full Service Automotive performed all necessary repairs in a timely matter that Toyota of Boerne should have caught before selling my family the vehicle. Everything is running well which means Full Service Automotive is s trustworthy repair shop.

Awesome shop!I had a bad leak coming from my transmission. Called up on Monday morning around 8am. They said to bring it in. Got there around 8:30am and met Ivan, who was friendly and attentive. He took my keys and had it inside the shop before it was 9am. Within an hour or so, Ivan and the team let me know that the gasket on the transmission pan needed to be replaced. They said they had to order the part (and it might take an hour or so to arrive), but could have it finished by end of day. I received a text message around 3:30pm saying the job was done. Very impressed with the speed of the service, and the honesty of the shop. I was a bit worried that there were going to be "big" issues with the transmission that might cost thousands and thousands of dollars. I would definitely bring my vehicle back if I ever have any other issues. Many thanks again to the Full Service Automotive team!

I had to get my system calibrated after hours and the owner turned around on his way home to calibrate my system. While waiting for it to be completed I locked my keys in my truck, and within seconds he was able to open the door and get me on my way. I highly recommend this business for all your automotive needs. I won t go elsewhere ever. Thank you!
