The transmission light came on, in my daughter's car, and it was acting funny. We called over and they got us in the same day. I was 100% sure I was going to be paying a $3,000-$5,000 bill. They kept it for 3 or 4 days, and when we went to pick it up the bill was $0. There was nothing wrong with the car. They couldn't find anything wrong with it after they looked at, drove it on a few different occasions, and hooked it up to diagnostics. I appreciate their thorough assessment and very honest approach. They could easily swindle people out of money, but their integrity and honesty did not go unnoticed! They made my daughter's day and my pocketbook was more than pleased with the outcome. Have always had pleasant experiences here and will continue to be a loyal supporter and customer! I just want to say Ford of Boerne Service Dept is AMAZING. I just had knee surgery it s hard for me to get around. They scheduled for my truck to get picked up and it was quick and fast ! Christopher from service was very helpful and kept me updated on my truck. If anyone needs their vehicle serviced or purchasing I highly recommend Ford of Boerne !

The best experience I ve ever had period when it comes to the service department of a dealership! From the very beginning Josh was upfront and explained what I was to expect and what my options were. I anticipated the problem to be longer than the 5 day period but my vehicle was inspected and repaired in 4 days! That s not to include when I dropped off my vehicle they shuttled me over to the rental car business. Outstanding service! Thank you!

David was amazing and made this buying experience one of the best ever and I have purchased many cars over the years. He was informative, patient and listened with a kind ear (oh and he is funny). Felt like I had made a new friend within minutes of meeting him. He did several follow ups within days of the purchase. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Albert in finance was amazing too. Fast and to the point without hassle. Thank you Ford of Boerne for meeting us with a smile and sending us off as new family members.

Danny Kaufman in the Service Department was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of getting my tail lights replaced after they had been stolen. He went above and beyond to keep me up to date on everything that needed to be done and working with my insurance company. Highly recommend!

Great service! My Service Advisor Daniel Kaufman kept me informed on status of my 2021 F150. Finally got Sync 4 system working and taking updates. Tech Andrew Oster evaluated and corrected issues. Parts had to be ordered two separate times but that s expected when troubleshooting computer systems and software. Bottom line is I was kept informed and the repair was completed in a satisfactory and timely manner!! Thanks Ford of Boerne!!Service: Oil change

Always excellent service. They really help me to keep my car up to date on service. I appreciate it very much. I would always prefer to maintain my car then it breaking down. I have never had any of my Ford vehicles break down on me, ever. I trust my Ford vehicles and won't buy anything else. Greatpeople. Always professional and friendly and extremely helpful.

This was the first time I have used Ford of Boerne. My experience was five star from the telephone receptionist to Chris. Chris is an exceptional service representative. He is knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. He treated me as though he had known me for years.

I really want to appreciate these guys. Phenomenal service. I inquired about a car and I was contacted by Mark. When I went there, Mark unfortunate had an emergency but we were still warmly welcomed and Wes worked with us. He did an excellent job, was patient, very helpful and if he didn t have enough info about something, he d ask someone who had info of it.We did not take the car home on the same day. However, Wes indicated it d be delivered next day. Our new car was delivered by Mark When he returned the next day. He was absolutely patient with us and delivery couldn t have been any smoother. We were glad to have shopped our new car from here.

Josh was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He provided upfront cost estimates to repair power steering issues, but as it it turned out the repaired item was much less costly. He has restored my confidence in the auto repair industry. He is obviously an asset to Boerne Ford.

I worked with Chris, a new service advisor to me. He was friendly and trustworthy. He kept me informed on the repairs and the timeline. Ford of Boerne, is the only Ford Dealership that has never disappointed! Quality and trust and good pricing!

Had to get a new tire so I scheduled online and it was very easy. Once I got to the Ford of Boerne they got me checked in quickly. Chris was great to work with, he did tell us they didn t have our specific tire, but they would have it early afternoon and have me all fixed up. Thank you FOB for taking care of me.

I was recommended here by my husbands employer. Highly recommend David Cruze to guide you on selecting your next vehicle! Such a great lot with good selection and he will make sure you see the cars you want and keeps good communication on the status of the cars if they re still getting processed. Teamwork! From the time I called in to schedule my appointment to the time for to pick up my truck. I was never left waiting. It seemed that each team member stepped up along the way to insure that I was left waiting.Impressive!! I was also kept informed of the diagnosis and cost of the required repairs via video so I could see what the technician was recommending. Texted when my vehicle was ready for pick up.

Matt was fantastic. He listened to what our needs were for our next truck. He brought some up for us to look at. He saved the best for last. When he showed it to us, he said I think this is going to be the best fit and boy was he right. Hands down the best experience in years!

I made an appointment for a home installation service for a recall of a product on my vehicle. I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate the appointment time. Nobody showed. Four hours later I received a call that they did not make the appointment because the tech was running late and did not have a gate code(They could have easily called me from the gate). He stated he would call me to reschedule. I did not receive a call. When I left my house today I found the product they were suppose to install my front porch. This is my second experience with this lack of costumer service. Very disappointing .

I had a wonderful experience there I had some warranty issues that needed to be taken. Care of Daniel really took care of me and made sure that they got the ball rolling.. Everything was fixed within 2 weeks. I find that to be quite quick. Due to the fact we were in the holiday season..
