My mother and I were on the market for a small truck, and Jeremy Hill did amazing with assisting us throughout the entire process. This is hands-down, the best experience I ve ever had at a dealership! Not once did we feel rushed or pressured to do anything throughout the entire process. After working with Jeremy, we had the pleasure Of working with Rob from finance who is also amazing, and very good at explaining all options. Overall, we are very satisfied with the vehicle and how everything went. I couldn t recommend this dealership enough!

Really appreciate the extensive help on finding a new truck from Garrett & Will at Ford of Boerne. Unfortunately I wasn t able to find exactly what I wanted but, it wasn t for lack of effort by these two individuals. Extremely professional & knowledgeable and best yet nobody walked away with a bad attitude. If you go to this dealership you won t be pressured into buying something you don t like or aren t comfortable with.

Absolutely a great bunch of people, and an excellent dealership!I just purchased a Mustang Dark Horse, and everyone was so helpful, patient, and attentive. Cameron's an excellent sales rep, and highly recommended. Matt is also great, and took care of all the car delivery prep and logistics just perfectly.Just can't recommend them enough, and was definitely worth the drive from Kerrville.Thank you, Ford Boerne! I did a lot of research and spoke with a number of dealerships before buying a used car from Ford of Boerne. They were by far they best, particularly in customer service, and they were transparent as well. I worked with Luke, and it was the best experience I ever had with a car salesperson.

The Boerne Ford Service Department is a great place to take your truck in for repair. They did a great job on my truck! The service manager I spoke with was Daniel. He was very helpful, friendly, responsive to phone calls and kept me in the loop at all times as to where they were in the repair process. I believe that a good service department is most important when choosing a dealership and Boerne Ford did a great job. Ask for Daniel!

We have trying to decide on a vehicle and we had already purchased an F150 from Ford of Boerne. We decided on the the Bronco Sport in Alto Blue and it s awesome! Our sales person Albert Jimenez was fantastic to work with, very friendly and patient with us. This was an easy and quick purchase and we greatly appreciate Albert and the staff at Ford of Boerne.

I just ordered and purchased a 2024 Maverick XL. If you go see Jeremy Hill, he will give you the straight info, no arm twisting or upselling. He listens to what you want. I also like the fact the Ford of Boerne is the only dealer (and I spoke with 6 or 7) who did not tack a $10K charge above MSRP on an ordered vehicle. Go see Jeremy.

Well I must say today was very exciting after a few emails and phone calls with salesman Matt Molinari I drove out to Boerne this morning and met him and few others it that amazing dealership that made you feel right at home and within just 2 hours time he had me in my dream truck a 2023 ford F150 Shelby which I will be driving away in a couple of days, awesome folks out there and well worth the drive from New Braunfels best service in the state of Texas in my book and only place I will spend my money. Thank yall very much for an the perfect 60th birthday present to me!!!

Don't shop here for your Ford. Ownership group uses it as a playground and takes vehicles being sold for their own use. Salesperson loses a sale and guaranteed to waste your time. Sure sign they don't need the money since they don't care about making a sale. Would be one star but Jeremy the salesman was a nice guy.There are plenty of Ford dealers around, choose different.

Buyer beware! I recently experienced the worst customer service of my life at this dealership.. I purchased a used transit van, was informed the vehicle did go through a thorough inspection process, no one ever communicated to me the vehicle was being sold as is and they would include a bumper to bumper warranty. As soon as I got home the check oil light came on. After having a trustworthy local mechanic inspect it they found over $2000 worth of repairs needed including leaking brake caliper, turbo leaking coolant, valve cover gasket leaking oil and other issues. After repeated attempts of getting this dealership to address these issues no one wanted to take responsibility. After asking the general manager for assistance the first thing he said to me was why not upgrade to a new vehicle? . Later, he reluctantly offered to look into the issues. I then learned my warranty did not even begin until 60 days. So I left the vehicle with him, waited the 60 days (never got a call from the general manager or anyone else), and disgusted, I drove to this location to pick it up and found their service department said there was a high probability my warranty would not even cover these issues. A friend of mine experienced similar issues.In addition, even their financing took 2-3 hours and they charged me almost 12% interest and that s with good credit. I recently refinance with a local bank and saved 2 full percentage points.Congrats Ford of Boerne on the worst customer service I ve ever had. If I ever buy another Ford I will go to a family owned location like Ken Stoeple in Kerrville.Final thought, I spoke to 3 associates at this location in an attempt to help future customers avoid the same issues I had, I offered to meet with anyone to help improve their customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ford of Boerne. I ordered a 2022 F350 customized the way I wanted it. My salesman Cameron Fisher was incredibly well informed, guided me through the process, notified me of every update from Ford, and was just an all-around great trustworthy guy & also retired military.The finance manager was great, he got me a better rate than what I was preapproved for. I was in and out in 15 minutes.I highly recommend shopping with these guys, ask for Cameron.

Bought a used 2022 F-150 Platinum in August of 2023. Seemed like a good deal considering the tires I was getting and the shape of the truck. Fast forward only 5 month later and I have a nail in my tire. No problem, I take it to my trusted tire shop that I've used for 15 years. He comes in after inspection and tells me not only are my front tires in need of replacing but all four tires are from 2018. He couldn't believe how "dirty" they did me. They sold me 2018 tires on a 2022 truck. Called up and talked to Jesse, a used car manager, and he basically told me to kick rocks. I don't understand how a seemingly reputable dealership like Ford of Boerne could sell me 5 year old tires on a 1 year old truck. I wouldn't buy there again.

I recently had my 2019 ford F-250 serviced. I was a walk in without an apointment. Josh called me over and asked how can I help you ? That was the beginning of an awesome experience. I believe that any dealership is only as good as the service department and this guy is next level. I m not sure where he came from because I haven t dealt with him or seen him here in the past but I would suggest the rest of the folks around there use him as an example. Thanks Josh ! David

Was shopping for Ford f150 for about 2-3 months. I had seen several trucks throughout San Antonio. I couldn t find the right used truck. It wasn t till I came across Ford Boerne. It s not often I m compelled to write a review, but with the excellent service and great experience I had, it s a MUST. Ford of Boerne has earned my business for all the time to come. Their current inventory held the truck of my dreams. A one-owner 2014 Ford Raptor. I arrived at 9AM sharp to see the truck in person. After performing a visual inspection on the truck I came inside and was introduced to one of the salesman, Caden Anderson. From that point, Caden guided me throughout the entire process. From the test drive to looking over the truck, and ultimately closing the deal. I had confidence every step of the way because the friendly and attentive service I received from Caden and everyone there. That being said, I would never hesitate to do business there again. I couldn t recommend them enough!

My remote purchase experience of a super-low miles pre-owned BMW from Ford of Boerne was an overall positive experience. It started actually on a high note with responsive and cooperate sales guys (Ryan and Tristan), eager to please, polite and ready to make things happen. I kept though feeling that I was the one who kept over communicating because the team there was under communicating so I had to ask many questions, some of them were left unanswered. Still, we progressed forward and I purchased the car and had it transported to Los Angeles. The car arrived mostly as described but a number of things were not communicated adequately or accurately, and while they were not huge surprises, they did leave me rather unhappy about the omissions and the cost of fixing them. I reached out to the dealership management and the director of pre-owned cars (Jesse) contacted me shortly thereafter. Unlike my dealing with other team members there, he acted like a typical used car salesman and did not take responsibility for much, ignoring evidence and my suggestion to figure out a way to work things out. However, as I elevated the matter to the dealership s GM (Ivan) and bypassed Jesse (because he honestly left a pretty negative impression), Ivan rose to the occasion and we had a very cooperative and positive experience working together to resolve the issues. Overall, this could have been a 5 star review if Jesse had not let me down and acted unprofessionally. Overall, I do recommend Ford of Boerne to anyone considering purchasing a car but make sure you ask questions and get your answers fully and know that Ryan, Tristan and Ivan truly are committed to deliver a great experience.

Don t buy a car from Luke or ford of boerne, Luke sold me a car after their service department put on an improper fitting oil filter resulting in a serious oil leak. Shop rags had been stuffed around the oil filter so it would sell. Unfortunately I purchased that vehicle it currently has 13k miles on it and a serious engine knock and is in need of serious engine repairs. Notified the dealership of my problems and they seemed amused by the situation that they put me in I have not heard back after requesting documents proving they last serviced my vehicle Thanks Luke! Also I had to sign paperwork a few days after I purchased my vehicle because the finance guy is like 19 and doesn t know what the hell he s doing. See you in court

I took my F-150 pickup for a periodic oil change. At the end of service, Robert Curtis gave me the necessary documents for the work done to my truck, i.e., oil change, oil filter, compartment filter, and other works. But there were no maintenance charges for the work done to my truck. I questioned Robert why there is no charges for today s work. Robert said that your premium maintenance plan that I purchased with my new truck will cover the maintenance. I told him that I have been paying for the truck service in the past since no one told me. His response was to me I will speak with his service manager in regards to the past charge.I really appreciate Robert s honesty and integrity. I think that Quick Lane should be hiring more people like Mr. Robert Curtis.

Sold my mom a car with the wrong size battery. 2019 Subaru acent. All the electronics have been going crazy. Window wont roll down sometimes . Until the tow truck guy told us about battery. Went to O'reilly's and they looked it up on the computer and said yes u definitely have the wrong SIZE battery. We did purchase the electronics package but I'm sure the battery isn't included. Would be nice for a refund for the battery. Will change review if happens

It was time to change the oil on my GT350 and rather than doing it myself, i decided to pay a trip to the dealer. I wanted to get on record showing the maintenance and future maintenance for the car.Going into it, i was expecting to wait at least a hour even with having a appointment scheduled but that was the only thing I was really anticipating. I knew the price of the oil change was going to be higher than anyone else but I was fine with that knowing Ford was going to handle all the work.A hour and a half later, my car was ready. I was not really bothered by the wait time since i figured the service would speak for itself...i was wrong.I got the car back and drove home. I noticed the smell of burnt oil so I checked underneath the car and there was oil dripping from the undercarriage shield. There was also oil that flew all underneath the car. With further examination, i found a pool of Old oil sitting underneath my engine. The Tech did a poor job of cleaning all the old oil up and wiping down all the oil residue. Poor execution on his part hands down. I have never seen so much oil left underneath a car I had. They did actually manage to change my oil. Sounds silly to say since this is basic stuff. I went in expecting to be taken care of and not have to get on the advisor saying, there better not be any oil anywhere or I want it to come back to me like how I left it . I shouldn't have to do that. Thats never any fun for anyone to have to deal with.I called them back and they did give a apology and they wanted to give me a free oil change the next time I came back but I am not going to be taking them up on their offer. Sadly, I just don t have the trust in them to handle any other jobs for me if a oil change can t be done the proper way.

Took my Bronco in for a new windshield, some recalls, and a couple of warranty items. I dealt with Dave the service manager as well as Chuck and was very happy with the process and work. Will be returning here for all future work!
