Most pleasant experience. I stopped in with a non audio issue, couple of questions answered as to the nature of my problem, ten minutes later, down the road smiling. Jason s knowledge and willingness to help was refreshing. The lobby and display area are nice, have no hesitation to recommend stopping by this location.

Took my son s Ford focus for tint. Had a couple issues and warranty work that Jason the manager took care of, and made it right. The extra effort that Jason and his team did made a bad experience a much better one. Will continue going here because of the customer service.

I had a JVC stereo installed back in Nov. We just went on a two week vacation and after returning my stereo didn t turn on. I took it in today to have it looked at, they got it into the back within a few minutes of me being there and after about 15 mins found out it just wasn t working at all. So they replaced the unit for me right then and there. The team did a great job!

This place is amazing! The staff are incredibly helpful, shoutout toJason and his crew for going beyond to educate me on the priducts .Affordable pricing and many options whether you need a tear down and reinstall, straight up installation, or even purchasing. 10/10 would reccomend if you re a beginner in the sound world, Extra Thank you to James for the radio and tint install.

I had a really great experience with custom sounds. They are honest and hardworking people who work at this custom sounds.Although I had a rough start, they did everything to make it right and have gained my trust in confidence to do Business with them in the future. During my time with them I had a Car Alarm and Window Tint Installalled. Highly recommend Ceramic Coating Tint and tinting windshield. It really makes a difference.I will be returning to do more work on three different cars because of the professionalism of the team and installers.The Key with this store is Patience and they will get it done right! Great Job Custom Sounds get ready for more work I will bring to you.
