I am absolutely impressed with the work done on my car; it looks better than I had anticipated. I have already received compliments on how fabulous the body work looks relative to what it looked like prior to getting it fixed. Nick Ward is FANTASTIC and he deserves to be recognized for it! I was updated regularly and he made sure that my car was taken care of accordingly. To all the other individuals who also worked on my car that I didn't get to meet, THANK YOU! I 10/10 recommend. :)

Classic Collision is extremely professional and does a fantastic job with keeping you up to date. Justin is phenomenal and just a good dude. He kept me up to date with every last detail through the process. The process took way less time than expected and still came out looking perfect. Highly recommend Classic Collision to any car guy.Have to add a second review. We had to get further collision guidance and once again Justin came through with excellent Information. Even though classic couldn t work on this vehicle he still pointed us to the best location that could. As usual they are very helpful and can t recommend them enough!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were great!! My dad took his car down for a minor ding. Let me tell you, Justin was extremely professional and open to what needed to be done. Wonderful place and would definitely recommend any body work. Justin treated my. dad with respect the whole time . This place is a gem!!

North Park Lexus at Dominion sends their customers here for a reason: Alamo Body & Paint provides top-notch service from start to finish. They're conveniently located just off of I-10 westbound, in Boerne. I used their phone app to take photos of the damage to my Cruising Vessel (guess from which 80s movie I plagiarized that name) and had an estimate within 48 hours. I had to rescheduled my appointment and they accommodated me. The staff are attentive and professional. Their waiting area is large, clean and spacious with free beverages. After leaving my Cruising Vessel, my service coordinator called or left voice messages daily. I also received text messages with updates, including links to photos of my Cruising Vessel. They worked transparently with USAA and Enterprise Rent-A-Car to ensure a smooth transaction. The original estimate was very close to the final price. The car was finished on time, as promised. Our 2019 Tacoma with only 15K miles was hail damaged in College Station. A National auto body repair company wanted to replace the hood and the roof. I was leary of replacing the roof so we went to Randy and his team at Alamo Body & Paint (now ProCare Collison) in Boerne for a second opinion. Randy and Rudy and their team did an amazing job of PDR on the roof and replaced the hood. The truck looks as good as it did before the hail damage. They were professional, kept me updated throughout the process and completed the vehicle in less time than quoted. They made sure we were completely satisfied and the work they performed exceeded our expectations! We've had our vehicles repaired with four different auto body repair companies in Boerne but we'll only do business with one from now on!

Good service to get the estimate for insurance, but unfortunately doesn't extend to actually getting the car fixed. Scheduling inaccuracies (scheduled the wrong day), no ability to drop a car after hours if you need someone to give you a ride home after work, and an unfriendly person on the phone to tell you that they won't do your repair. Wouldn't go again.

Justin and his team have excellent communication and timelines to their customers. Our vehicle work did present some hiccups, however Justin would not settle until my wife and I were completely satisfied. I m recently retired military and have been to numerous body shops over the years and Justin and his team rank at the top because of the willingness to ensure the customer is happy at the end of the day.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The repair was fine, my car looks good but the customer service wasn t great. I dealt with insurance so my experience could be different based on that. Rudy was always polite and professional. It took almost 3 weeks to fix a bumper repair, granted my rental sucked so it felt like an eternity, but I feel like this took a while. I ve had a bumper repaired before here and it didn t take as long but maybe the damage was worse this time. I was shown pictures of what they did but I m not in this industry so I don t know what I m looking at. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was told I needed to pay my deductible. It was told to me and classic collision, by my insurance, that the other person who hit me was covering it and it would be at no cost to me. They made me call the insurance to get it figured out, I was told they would not release my car to me without the deductible being paid. While I m on the phone with insurance they come out and tell me to call a representative that they had a phone number for and had been speaking to prior to this. If you had the number for who I should of called the better way to handle the situation is to call for the client and see what s going on. Instead I was just told no and to figure it out. I ve been here 3 times but I think this will be my last. It takes less effort to go above and beyond then to argue with a client. Above and beyond would of impressed me, instead I m left with a bad impression.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I just picked up my truck from ProCare this morning. It was looking nice and shiny after a good wash and I could hardly recognize it. My advisor was easy to get in touch with and would call me back whenever I left a message. The repair job took way longer than expected but I feel it was more due to usual insurance delays and don't fault ProCare for that. I was even able to leave my rental car there when I picked up my truck making the process that much smoother.

First time tried to picked up a ready car the sunroof was not functioning properly and had a broke pillar. Caused damage to our luxury car which now has a loud wind noise coming in. Delivered a dirty car and did not disclose the hail damage that occurred while in their possession.

Giving a 4.5 - My LC was there in 2020 (Alamo body and paint) getting substantial damage repair after smoking a huge axis buck. I began having issues with my radiator and condenser in 2021 Parts that were replaced after the collision with the deer. Rudy, the manager of the shop, now under a new name/ownership, was helpful and responsive. They did the warranty work and even delivered my car back to me on the exact day they had estimated completion. I appreciated their professionalism. I had a pretty bad experience at Alamo when I was getting the original body/accident repairs in 2020; however, it seems that the place has turned itself around and I was very pleased with their service this time.Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioning

I had my car here for hail damage. While under their care it hailed again and I had to file a second claim. Took them 2 months to complete repairs. I keep a really clean car and when I picked it up it wasn t as clean inside or out as when I dropped it off. I spoke to the manager and expressed my frustration. He asked what I wanted him to do. Wasn t it obvious? Clean the areas I just showed you! It really just needed a quick wipe down but he told me it would take 30 minutes before they could do it. I told him I wouldn t wait that long but would post on social media. He said, do what you need to do. Nice attitude from a manager. I was taught to leave things better than you found them. Guess they don t need any more business of mine or anyone I might send their way.Service: Body & Trim

Wife took our vehicle in for an estimate on a dent on the back left bumper since we had used them before. The quote was good, but we decided to wait till later to get it done. (No insurance, or anyone else was notified). Went to check our carfax report several 18 months later, with dent still in bumper. Carfax listed a damage claim on the same exact day that we received an estimate to fix the dent!!!!!!! DO NOT trust this business with your vehicle or your privacy!Service: Body & Trim

I ve used Alamo Body and Paint in the past and have always had great service! I recently had work done on my pickup. Unfortunately, my first impression after the repairs was not a good one.I brought my pickup back and showed them the issues. They quickly agreed to make it 100% right! Yes it s unfortunate that it didn t get done the first time, but their overall professionalism and customer service is a rare find these days. I will be using them again in the future.

Alamo Body and Paint did such a great job with my vehicle. They updated me throughout the repair, communicated with the insurance company and made sure my vehicle was clean when i picked it up. Thank you to Danny and the entire staff for taking care of me & and car!

Excellent customer service from the initial appraisal thru job completion. Jerry Gibson and Randy Fuller kept us informed on the status of our vehicle from start to finish. The paint and body technicians brought the car back to NEW. I plan on using Alamo Body & Paint of Boerne for any future repairs and will recommend them to all of my friends.

Edit: As they replied to this review I am going to simply say this - It's great that it was "logged that I was called" however that doesn't explain the lack of any missed calls on my phone or my voicemail system "being full" despite having next to no messages. When I called in for an update I was told someone forgot to call, but suddenly when I have my insurance company investigate the delay there are logs of these calls? I even told State Farm I would send them the call records straight from AT&T to prove I was never contacted. Someone dropped the ball and is trying to cover their back, simple as that. It doesn't matter how happy I was with the repairs if I'm forced to pay out of pocket for a rental vehicle I did not need, and if somewhere in the body shop there is a dishonest staff member. If I can't trust someone to tell the truth about a phone call, how can you trust them with the safety of your vehicle?Original post: My vehicle was at the body shop for repairs, and was apparently ready on 5/30. The body shop never called me to let me know my vehicle was ready. I called for an update on 6/3 when I was told it s been ready and I guess we forgot to call . Then the shop had the nerve to lie to my insurance company and say they tried calling me but my voicemail was full. I have a whopping two messages in my inbox, and not a single missed call. It s not a large amount, but that s about $50 in rental car costs that my insurance company isn t covering due to the body shops lies.

My wife and I had an unfortunate incident involving our new vehicle. We obviously had high expectations regarding the quality of work that was going to be undertaken to repair it. The fine staff at Alamo B&P in Schertz worked closely with me and my wife, as well as with our carrier Liberty Mutual Insurance, to ensure those expectations were not only met, but exceeded.The entire staff are really knowledgeable and very courteous. They coordinated, expedited, and completed the work in less time than was anticipated. The quality of the work the technicians performed was excellent. We had absolutely no conflicts or have any complaints what-so-ever about our experience with Alamo B&P.We highly recommend the Alamo Body and Paint service center in Schertz. Tell em' I sent ya....

From the outside, the repair looked great. I took my car to my mechanic for an oil change and brake check. While there, I asked him to look at the repair for the bumper done by the body shop. He told me that only half of the clips were installed when the bumper was reinstalled. And the aftermarket fender well does not fit correctly and they cut off part of another piece because the holes for the plastic rivets did not line up correctly. Perhaps I should have read the other online reviews before I took my car to this body shop. I will let USAA know what was discovered.

This has been the BEST experience I've had with a body shop! Not only was I extremely happy with the quality of their work but the staff there is amazing!.. I never felt rushed, Charles explained the complete process from beginning to end and I felt completely comfortable asking any questions, (and trust when I say I had a lot of questions). I'm certainly not proud of this but I've dealt with quite of few body shops in San Antonio and even tho there are many shops closer to me, I do not mind driving out 20 miles from where I live to take my body repair needs to Alma Body & Paint in Boerne! I highly recommend this place !

They have been my go-to collision center for the past several years. They do amazing work, and the results are amazing. The new parts and new paint matched perfectly.USAA members: Don't drive to SA, when you can have it done locally with these guys.

Dropped off my truck Tues morning, supposed to be a few days, I told Brian I would pick it up Friday, I called Thurs, Brian said they were waiting on part that would be in that afternoon. I told Brian I would pick it up Fri. I called Fri morning it was not finished, Brian was out of the day but they were supposed to finish it Fri, I asked to be called when finished, no call that day. I called Monday it was to be finished that day, Brian finally called me at 4 pm wanting to know if I needed my truck that day he would have guys work late. I informed him I would pick it up Tues on way back from SA. Arrived at noon and truck was not finished, it was still missing parts. I sent Brian a email that was never answered. I called Brian Wed morning, we assured me truck was ready. I went to pick it up, it was ready, when we were taking care of bill, he seemed to forget all about the insurance and presented me with total bill. Then he seem surprised that insurance was involved. At end he did offer a very insincere " sorry for the inconvenience". I will never take any of my vehicles to them nor will I ever recommend them for repairs. Zero customer service

Disclaimer: I am not a relative or friend of anyone at this business. I have taken several of my vehicles to Alamo Body for everything from road-rash to crumpled fenders. Great service and outcomes with every encounter. Friendly staff, professional, timely. I strongly recommend that folks in Boerne consider this bodyshop, before going the usual default operator.

Customer service was amazing Derek at the front desk was on point and more than helpful throughout this whole experience my car is perfect looks brand new and all done with and great timing! Everyone was super helpful and very sweet I would definitely recommend to anyone with their car trouble !

Poor customer service from Brian and John the manager. They claim to call you back but they never do. As a customer I would definitely take my vehicle where customers are kept informed of the progress on your vehicle and not ignored.
