Just wanna give a shout out to Daniel and Christina, When I first talked to Daniel On the phone he sounded like a white guy, When we go to meet with him, here comes out this big black guy.that was so funny, but he did a great job, very polite, very professional. He handled his business. Then we met with Christina. She was awesome. Big smile pretty teeth. She rides a bike or she used to They were just a great combo to work with. Thank you very much. Gabe and Jr were amazing and super patient. I came in for a search on a specific car but I left with a better deal from their recommendation, I love my new ride! They were awesome enough to help my mother purchase her own vehicle right after as well. we are both very happy!

Khalil was by far, the most professional salesman I ve ever had to buy a car through. If you ever want to deal with someone not pushy, at the same time knows what he s talking about, and very responsive, I highly recommend you ask for Khalil. The rest of the staff from financing to reception to management were all professional and all had smiles on their faces the whole time throughout the deal. Not to mention, their prices are very competitive and the quality of the service they provide is great! They have no hidden fees and they were straight forward from the beginning! Would definitely Check their stock the next time I need a car, whether new or used.

The process took longer than expected. The dealership was courteous, friendly and helpful. I am satisfied with my purchase even though I received a call that my 2023 Suburban had to go back almost immediately for a recall repair. I would have given the review 5 stars except that the vehicle only came with one key fob. I am very disappointed about this, especially after the purchase finding out to get a spare key fob is extremely expensive, almost $500. I really believe each vehicle should have a spare key or at least be able to purchase one for a reasonable price.

Cavender of Boerne had my C8 for 7 days and couldn t pull off an oil change or registration. Not once in 7 days Jason Luna reach out to provide me status. When I gave him a heads up on a Thursday that I would need my car back on Saturday, he said he understood but never responded or got back to me.

Extremely disappointed I have bought my last 4 vehicles from them brand new and I trade them in ever 2-3 years . The amount of business I send their way because I ve always been happy is ridiculous .I was looking to trade in my truck I told the sales man my $$$ amount and said we aren t far off with trade in ( pictures posted of trade in )I wanted to pay 13k I waited all day and was ready to sign and he came back with $30k NO WHERE NEAR WHAT WE DISCUSSED . I was also looking to purchase my daughter a used vehicle they made good money off me and I won t be returning very sad to see the way this was handled

Alan was amazing. He answered all of our questions on our first visit to the dealership. We did not purchase the vehicle on our first trip, however Alan kept in contact with us and answered other questions we had about Suburbans. Alan sent us videos of Suburbans and pointed out the pros and cons that my wife had mentioned on our first visit. This demonstrated that Alan was listening to his clients. We scheduled a return trip to buy a Suburban. From that point Christian took over four to Alan becoming ill. Christian showed us the vehicle and walked us through the purchase. Chrisitan introduced us to the parts department and service department. He walked us around the dealership. While he introduced us to the parts department we ended up purchasing weather protection mats. Overall it was a great team experience. We will certainly be back. Alan and Christian both were friendly, knowledgeable and very informative. It was a great experience. Thank you.

It was a great experience. I was able to go home with my dream car in just a couple of hours. I felt comfortable, not rushed and the staff was ready to answer all our questions. Tony Guerrero was our sales rep and he made sure everything moved right along. I would definitely buy from here again!

Cavender Chevrolet sets a "high bar" for great customer service. You always know what you are getting when doing business with this outstanding dealership. Everyone is genuinely honest, trustworthy, and professional. I have been doing business with them for several years and always come away with a bigger smile than previously occasions. After being disappointed twice at a different dealership, my husband and I decided to give Cavender Chevrolet a shot. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint! We love our new 2024 Equinox. It was such a quick, and smooth process done remotely with our salesman Mr Josh Baker, and John in their finance dept. They even delivered our vehicle to us! Highly recommend Cavender Chevrolet 10/10.

Excellent customer service, Alan went above and beyond to make sure my car buying experience was superb. I live in another state and he took many videos for me and was very detailed throughout the process. Once I arrived in Texas they picked me up from my hotel from over 30 min away and brought me to the dealership. The car and paperwork was all ready for me when I arrived. I cant thank Alan and this dealership enough for the ease of purchase and their absolute go above and beyond customer service! You guys are awesome!!

Prompt service for a scheduled oil change.....less than an hour and Richard as always was very courteous.Only issue is the constant sales pitch for something other than my oil change. 2023 Blazer with 30,000 and a $500 transmission fluid flush was recommended? I have run Terrains, Trucks, Camrys over 100,000 miles before even considering a look at transmission.

Great customer experience with the team (Alfredo, Rick, John) at Cavender Chevrolet. Normally, I don t like going through the back/forth of car buying; but, when you have a great experience it should be shared. We shared a few laughs as we negotiated a fair price for the vehicle I purchased. No pressure at all. This is the epitome of what the car buying experience should be. Alfredo was straight forward, professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely purchase from them again. Definitely recommend purchasing from this team.

Easily one of the best experiences I've had buying a car. I was in desperate need of one as my own vehicle was in the shop constantly recently. I was able to sell it and move on. I found that the new 2024 Trax was exactly what I wanted with it's redesign. Such a great size and so many options. My daughter located the 1RS in transport and contacted Cavender directly. Had Jimmy Young contact us and arranged time with Matthew McKee to make a deposit on the car so that I had first chance once off the truck. On Monday received the text from Cavender that the car was on site and that they would put it in for it's inspections asap and arranged to be there around 5pm. John Bragg worked out all the finances and helped me making the perfect choice for coverage and that was it! I signed and drove my car home. Great group of people working so hard to get you what you want! Thank you so much!

It was nice to have a rental for the 2 months the truck was there, however we kept getting phone calls from hertz that the vehicle was due back and then we had to keep getting to get a hold of Richard. Trying to communicate with Richard the entire 2 months was extremely difficult. I even had to drive the half hour there with an infant one time because literally nobody would call us back. One of the last times I talked to Richard I asked him about an oil change for the truck and he never called me back.

I m extremely happy with my new truck, Ian was an outstanding sales rep that I highly recommend. Every step of the way he was responsive to all my questions, understanding of what I wanted and didn t waste no time getting me in too it. They also delivered my vehicle to me 2hrs away down in south Texas that s what you call quality customer service Ian and Cavender have my vote any time.

I did not have a good experience at this Cavender which is unexpected. First of all, I know I was overcharged for a simple task. Secondly, it was extremely fishy the situation I had to deal with here. My window regulator stopping working so I took the part to have them replace it so I was charged $334 for 1 hour of labor and a diagnostic fee. The first 2 parts I gave them were the wrong ones so I bought a new one and took it to them. Interesting how when I got the parts back, it was replaced with a used one that was not the original one I bought for $200+. The customer service here is extremely poor.

Great staff and service. Matthew was outstanding & made sure to provide a fair a deal on my new Chevrolet Colorado. Cavender Chevrolet does right by their customers. Would go through the experience all over again!
