Exceptional service! I recently brought my car in for a state inspection at Brady s Auto Repair and Diesel, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the team provided outstanding customer service, making me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Not only was the inspection process efficient, but the team also completed it in record time without sacrificing quality. Their professionalism and friendliness truly stood out. I am glad to have found a shop that has the equipment to perform a total fluid exchange for the transmission and cooling system.I especially appreciated the thoughtful guidance and detailed service recommendations provided by Josh.My experience at Brady's is over-the-top. Too often, outstanding Customer Service goes unrecognized and this is to also commend Josh for a job very well done.

Hands down the BEST automotive shop I ve ever used! The staff were all super professional, kind and respectful. The shop itself was clean and inviting. The staff repaired my jeep in a timely manner. The owner kept me updated every step of the way. These men ROCK! Excellent workmanship and execution skills! Thank you all so much! They were very kind and helpful to me. My son had his truck worked on there, and he was very happy with them. Even, once he got sick, he wanted to go say hi. Unfortunately, it all moved more quickly than we expected, but Gregrey spoke very highly- and he didn't do that often, so thank ya'll for being THAT kind of upstanding business.

Brady's did a fabulous job of repairing my truck quickly and getting me back on the road. I was on vacation from Georgia, and major engine problems while pulling a camper. Brady's diagnosed a slew of engine codes quickly and correctly to some burnt wires against the EGR valve. Great service, honest and fair. Highly recommend Brady's!!

I was very happy with my experience with Brady s Auto Repair in Boerne with my Dodge Challenger. They were available, responsive and held to their word on how the diagnosis- repair and cost would play out. I needed an electrical repair on my car. I called around several other shops to include the main dealership in San Antonio I often use. The San Antonio dealership was 3 weeks out to take the car in and one hour of diagnosis would cost 1 shop hour of just shy of $200. Then it would depend from there how many hours it would take to track down the issue. Over the phone, after speaking about my concern, my service advisor at Brady s (Phillip) gave me a minimum ($98)and a worst case scenario that was still what I would call reasonable ($500). That won me over to use their shop. The Dealer s shop representative said it would be the 1 shop hour to diagnose ($200) and then it just depends on how long it takes to track it down. I expressed a concern that if it took 4 hours it would be over $800 . In the end, Brady s got me in the day after I called, found the issue, and had my car back to me that afternoon. I was only charged $180 for the repair, which included a Military Discount. They called me at the one hour point, when they found the issue and when the car was done. They also sent me texts in case they couldn t reach me on the phone. The best customer service ever from Steven! He kept me well informed of what was happening with the repairs annd explained everything in detail. He was also very patient answering my question's. The repairs were done quickly. I am very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

Beyond excellent service. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I was quoted from a particular body shop 3-5 business days to leave my car to just have someone LOOK at my issue with my vehicle PLUS the time it would take to leave it for them to repair it I would have had to leave my car there for a month without a rental vehicle option. Bradys Auto Repair was able to get my in on a day and time that worked for me, diagnosed my issue within ten minutes, and got me in the next day to fix my issue in under two hours. I really appreciated their kindness to my son as well who had to tag along. Exceptional local business. Highly highly recommend.

The people at Brady's are very kind and courteous. The serviceman, Mark, listened closely as I described the concerns I had with my Avalon. After he drove my car, he had a couple of possible solutions in mind. They serviced my car and had it ready for me in the matter of a few hours. I felt that the cost of the service was fair. I believe these people are very trustworthy and I would highly recommend them..

Incredibly knowledgeable, very communicative - explained everything throughout diagnostics and repair, and were patient as I made a decision about how I wanted to move forward, and very efficient. This was the first time I have taken any vehicle to Brady, but I will definitely be taking all my vehicles to Brady for any automotive issue from now on. Thanks!

Brady's treated me with the utmost respect and kindness in the midst of a catastrophe regarding both our vehicles. Josh is Heaven Sent! I came in a Damsel in Distress and he immediately took control of the situation fix my car and got me out the door at 5:00. You won't find a better place! Oh and Joseph drove me to work and picked me up! Sweetest guy!! PICK BRADY'S, you won't go wrong!! Thanks Josh and Joseph

I was referred to Brady s by a friend. Ray was great! I was treated fairly and the work was done quickly. Yes they do up sell you but what place doesn t? I declined the services I did not want done at that point keeping it in relation to the needed repair. The diagnostic fee does not get rolled into the work being done as some places do. But I plan to use them for my maintenance items while living here. They are home town and privately owned. The dealership is 17 miles away. I did compare prices and they charge a bit less than the dealership. Plus they will take me home if it will be a while before the work can be completed.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Had extensive front end work done. They were prompt getting back to me with diagnosis and estimate. They send videos and full estimate via text and email. Had all the work done by end of the day. Very satisfied with overall experience.

We appreciate the fair pricing and transparency. As owners of older vehicles other shops often present us with high estimates including suggestions for repairs not needed. Brady's has not done this. Brady s Auto Repair has excelled in providing service for my 1999 F-250 SD (7.3L). Beyond the quality customer care provided by staff, I was pleased to find a spacious, clean, and welcoming facility. Representatives of Brady s were professional, personable, and responsive throughout the process from start to finish. Needing AC repairs Brady s technical staff quickly diagnosed and completed service/repairs. This was in a very timely and satisfactory manner, all at a very respectful and affordable price. Had the rear differential replaced in my 2014 Jeep WranglerFriendly knowledgeable competent staff.Listened to the issues I had and alerted me to ones that I was not aware of. Nothing shady here. Shop rate comparable to all other mechanics I have used in Boerne Tx.All in all good experience and will use their service again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

After a battery tested fine yet the vehicle would not start, we took it to Brady s. They quickly determined the problem as a simple and inexpensive fix and got the vehicle back on the road.
